Brenneranordnung für fluidische Brennstoffe und Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Brenneranordnung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brenneranordnung für fluidische Brennstoffe und ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Brenneranordnung .
Mit Brenneranordnungen zum Verfeuern fluidischer Brennstoffe werden unter anderem Gasturbinen in Kraftwerken und anderen Großmaschinenanwendungen betrieben. Insbesondere werden hierbei sog. Dualbrennstoffbrenner eingesetzt, die zum Verfeuern von flussigen und gasformigen Brennstoffen, beispielsweise Erdgas und Heizöl, optional oder kombiniert vorgesehen sind.
Die Brenneranordnungen sind dementsprechend groß dimensioniert und weisen einen komplexen Aufbau mit mehreren Brennstoff zufuhrkanalen auf. So wird bspw. häufig ein mittig ange- ordneter kleiner dimensionierter Pilotbrenner mit eigener
Brennstoffversorgung und Luftzufuhrung dafür verwendet, die Flamme eines großen Hauptbrenners, der ringsherum um den Pilotbrenner angeordnet ist, zu stabilisieren. Der große Haupt¬ brenner wird nämlich vorwiegend im Magergemischbetrieb mit Sauerstoffuberschuss betrieben, um dadurch gunstigere Emissionswerte zu erreichen. Der Betrieb mit einem Magergemisch fuhrt jedoch dazu, dass die Flamme des Hauptbrenners zumin¬ dest in bestimmten Betπebszustanden Schwankungen unterliegt, die durch eine fortwahrend zündende Wirkung des Pilotbrenners ausgeglichen werden. Eine derartige Brenneranordnung ist beispielsweise in EP 0 580 683 Bl wiedergegeben.
Eine Herausforderung bei diesen Brennern stellen die durch eine ungleichmäßige thermische Verteilung entstehenden mecha- nischen Spannungen in den Wandungen des metallischen Gehäuses, der sogenannten Nabe, in der die Zufuhrπngkanale der Gas- und Ol-Energietrager relativ eng nebeneinander angeordnet sind, dar. Ein Gasringraum speist den Hauptbrenner bezo- gen auf die Stromungsrichtung der zustromenden Luft eingangs- seitig stromauf der sogenannten Drallschaufeln, die dem Luft¬ strom mit dem Brenngas einen vermischenden Drall vermitteln, oder durch die Drallschaufeln hindurch. Weiterhin ist eine Olzufuhr vorhanden, die m der Regel naher am Brennerausgang angeordnet ist, als die Gaszufuhr. Sie umfasst einen Olπng- raum sowie einen zum Ringraum fuhrenden Olzufuhrkanal, der in der zwischen dem Gasringraum und dem Pilotbrenner befindlichen Nabenwand angeordnet ist.
Da Gas gegenüber Ol eine geringere Dichte aufweist, beansprucht es einen größeren Querschnitt, wodurch die Dimensio- nierung der Gaszufuhr wesentlich großer ausfallt als der Olzufuhr. Daher weist der Teil der Brenner-Nabe mit der Gaszu- fuhr eine größere zum Luftkanal gewandte Außenflache auf als die Olzufuhr. Die Luftzufuhr erfolgt mit vorverdichteter Luft, die einen Verdichter passiert hat, wodurch diese zuge- fuhrte Luft aufgrund der Komprimierung eine Temperatur auf¬ weist, die bereits über 400°C erreicht. Folglich wird der Be- reich der Brenner-Nabe mit der Gaszufuhr schnell auf eine Temperatur im Bereich von über 4000C aufgeheizt und bleibt bei dieser Betriebstemperatur. Der zum Olπngraum fuhrende Olzufuhrkanal ist dagegen weiter von dem heißen Luftzufuhrka¬ nal entfernt sodass das Ol im Olzufuhrkanal kaum eine Erwar- mung erfahrt und daher lediglich eine Temperatur von etwa 500C aufweist.
Da einerseits die Brenner-Nabe eine starke Aufheizung im Bereich der Gasringraums erfahrt und andererseits der benach- barte Olzufuhrkanal deutlich kuhler ist, unterliegt die Wand zwischen der Gasringraum und dem Olzufuhrkanal einem großen Temperaturgradienten. Infolge des Temperaturgradienten entstehen thermische Spannungen, welche die Lebensdauer derartiger Brenner-Naben verkurzen bzw. die Verwendung eines hoch- wertigen Materials mit den damit verbundenen Kosten erforderlich machen. Auch in anderen Bereichen, in denen ein kalter Brennstoff durch einen heißen Naben-Bereich gefuhrt ist, treten derartige Spannungen auf. Die vorliegende Erfindung macht es sich daher zur Aufgabe, die beschriebenen thermisch bedingten Spannungen in der Brenner-Nabe der Brenneranordnung herabzusetzen.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Brenneranordnung nach Anspruch 1 bzw. ein Verfahren zum Herstellen der Brenner-Nabe einer Brenneranordnung gemäß Anspruch 12 gelost. Die abhangigen Ansprüche enthalten vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung.
Eine erfmdungsgemaße Brenneranordnung für eine Verfeuerungs- anlage zum Verfeuern fluidischer Brennstoffe umfasst eine Brenner-Nabe, ein die Brennernabe umgebendes Luftzufuhrsystem und wenigstens einen Brennstoff zufuhrkanal mit in Richtung auf das Luftzufuhrsystem fuhrenden Brennstoffaustrittsoffnun- gen. Der wenigstens eine Brennstoff zufuhrkanal ist zumindest teilweise in der Brenner-Nabe ausgebildet, so dass das Material der Brenner-Nabe eine Wandung des Brennstoff zufuhrkanals bildet. In wenigstens einem Brennstoffzufuhrkanal ist eine Abschirmwand angeordnet, die von der Wandung des Brennstoffzufuhrkanals beabstandet ist, so dass zwischen der Wandung des Brennstoffzufuhrkanals und der Abschirmwand ein nicht zum Stromungspfad des durch den Brennstoffzufuhrkanal stromenden Brennstoffes gehörender Zwischenraum gebildet ist. Dabei ist die Abschirmwand als ein in den Brennstoffzufuhrkanal eingebrachter, an die innere Kontur des Brennstoff zufuhrkanals an- gepasster Hohlkörper ausgebildet.
In der erfmdungsgemaßen Brenneranordnung bildet der Zwi- schenraum einen im Vergleich zum umgebenden Metall der Brenner-Nabe schlecht Warme leitenden Bereich, der das Metall der Nabe von dem stromenden Brennstoff thermisch isoliert und so den Wärmeaustausch zwischen dem Brennstoff und der Brenner- Nabe einschrankt. Aufgrund des verringerten Wärmeaustausches vermindern sich die thermisch bedingten Spannungen im Vergleich zu Brenneranordnungen ohne Abschirmwand. Die Anpassung an die innere Kontur des Brennstoff zufuhrkanals ermöglicht es, einen gleichmäßigen Zwischenraum zwischen der Wandung des Brennstoffzufuhrkanals und der Abschirmwand zu gewährleisten.
In der erfmdungsgemaßen Brenneranordnung kann der der Brenn- stoff zufuhrkanal insbesondere einen zu den Brennstoffaustrittsoffnungen fuhrenden und im Wesentlichen ringförmigen Verteilerkanal und einen im Wesentlichen rohrformigen und zum Verteilerkanal fuhrenden Zuleitungskanal umfassen. In diesem Fall kann dann der Hohlkörper bspw. als eine Hülse oder als ein hohler Torus ausgebildet ist.
Ferner ist der Hohlkörper vorzugsweise wenigstens teilweise aus Metall oder aus Keramik ausgebildet. Dabei kann der Hohlkörper grundsätzlich emstuckig oder mehrteilig ausgebildet sein kann. Em aus Metall ausgebildeter Hohlkörper kann bspw. wenigstens teilweise als ein in Form gebogenes Blechteil oder wenigstens teilweise als ein spanabhebend geformtes metallisches Teil, etwa als Drehteil, ausgebildet sein.
Der Hohlkörper kann mit Austπttsvorsprungen versehen sein, die in die jeweiligen Brennstoffaustrittsoffnungen des Brennstoff zufuhrkanals eingeführt sind, so dass ein Eindringen von Brennstoff in den Zwischenraum am Übergang zwischen dem Ver¬ teilerkanal und den Brennstoffaustrittsoffnungen vermieden werden kann. Außerdem kann der Hohlkörper mit wenigstens einem Emtπttsanschluss versehen sein, der m eine Eintπtts- offnung des Brennstoffzufuhrkanals eingeführt ist, um ein Eindringen von Brennstoff in den Zwischenraum am Übergang zwischen dem Zuleitungskanal und dem Verteilerkanal zu ver- mieden. Die Vorsprunge können darüber hinaus als Positionier- mittel dienen, die den Hohlkörper im Brennstoffkanal in der richtigen Position halten.
In einer besonderen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung, die das Em- bringen des Hohlkörpers in einen ringförmigen Kanal in einfa¬ cher Weise ermöglicht, umfasst der Brennstoff zufuhrkanal einen m der Wandung der Brenner-Nabe angeordneten, zu den Brennstoffaustrittsoffnungen fuhrenden und wenigstens teil- weise ringförmig ausgebildeten Brennstoffverteilerkanal. Die¬ ser ist aus zwei mit den offenen Seiten einander gegenüber¬ liegend angeordneten Nuten gebildet. Die Brenner-Nabe umfasst wenigstens ein erstes und ein zweites Nabenteil, die aneinan- der gefugt sind. Eine Trennebene zwischen dem ersten und dem zweite Nabenteil verlauft derart durch den Brennstoffvertei¬ lerkanal des jeweiligen Brennstoffzufuhrkanals, dass vor dem Zusammenfugen der beiden Nabenteile in jedem Nabenteil jeweils eine der den Brennstoffverteilerkanal bildenden Nuten vorhanden ist und der Hohlkörper in einer der Nuten positionierbar ist. Das erste und das zweite Nabenteil und ggf. weitere Nabenteile der Brenner-Nabe können miteinander kraft-, form- oder Stoffschlussig, bspw. durch Verschweißung, Verlo- tung, Verschraubung oder Vernietung, verbunden sein.
Nach einem weiteren Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung wird die genannte Aufgabe durch ein Verfahren zum Herstellen der Brenner-Nabe gemäß der beschriebenen besonderen Ausgestaltung der Brenneranordnung gelost, indem a) wenigstens ein Hohlkörper m die einen Teil des Brennstoff zufuhrkanals bildende Nut in einem ersten oder zweiten Nabenteil der Brenner-Nabe eingebaut wird, b) das erste und das zweite Nabenteil der Brenner-Nabe ent¬ lang der Trennebene aneinandergefügt werden, und c) zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Nabenteil der Brenner- Nabe eine kraft-, form- oder stoffschlüssige Verbindung geschaffen wird, bspw. durch Verschweißen, Verlöten, Verschrau- ben oder Vernieten.
Das erfmdungsgemaße Verfahren ermöglicht das Herstellen einer Brenner-Nabe mit einer Abschirmwand in einem ringförmigen Brennstoffverteilerkanal, wobei die Abschirmwand als in den Brennstoffverteilerkanal eingebrachter Hohlkörper ausgebildet ist. Das Verfahren kann insbesondere auch auf eine Brenner- Nabe mit mehr als zwei Nabenteilen angewendet werden. Hierzu wird nach dem Schritt b) oder c) ein weiterer Hohlkörper in die einen Teil eines Brennstoff zufuhrkanals bildende Nut in einem weiteren Nabenteil der Brenner-Nabe eingebaut. Die Na- benteile werden zusammengefugt und zwischen den zusammenge¬ fugten Nabenteilen der Brenner-Nabe eine kraft-, form- oder Stoffschlussige Verbindung geschaffen.
Mit der erfmdungsgemaßen Brenneranordnung lasst sich eine betriebsfähige Losung realisieren, die eine erhöhte Lebens¬ dauer mit den Vorteilen einer gegossenen Brenner-Nabe verbinden lasst. Ferner lassen sich die Herstellkosten erheblich senken und die Konstruktion der an die Brenner-Nabe angren- zender Baugruppen muss nicht zwangsweise geändert werden.
Weitere Merkmale, Eigenschaften und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung eines Ausfuh- rungsbeispieles unter Bezugnahme auf die beiliegenden Figu- ren. Es zeigen:

Figur 1 zeigt eine Brenneranordnung nach dem Stand der Technik, die ggf. in Verbindung mit mehreren gleichartigen Anord- nungen, beispielsweise in der Brennkammer einer Gasturbinenanlage eingesetzt werden kann. Sie besteht aus einem inneren Teil, dem Pilotbrennersystem und einem konzentrisch dazu liegenden äußeren Teil, dem Hauptbrennersystem. Beide Systeme sind für einen Betrieb mit gasformigen und/oder flussigen Brennstoffen in beliebiger Kombination geeignet. Das Pilotbrennersystem umfasst eine zentrale Olzufuhr 1 (Medium G) mit einer an ihrem Ende ange¬ ordneten Olduse 5 und einen konzentrisch um die zentrale Olzufuhr 1 herum angeordneten inneren Gaszufuhrkanal 2 (Medium F) . Dieser wiederum ist umgeben von einem konzentrisch um die Achse des Brenners angeordneten inneren Luftzufuhrkanal 3
(Medium E) . In oder an dem inneren Luftzufuhrkanal 3 kann ein geeignetes Zundsystem angeordnet sein, für welches viele Aus- fuhrungsmoglichkeiten bekannt sind und auf dessen Darstellung hier deshalb verzichtet wurde. Der innere Luft-Zufuhrkanal 3 weist in seinem Endbereich eine Drallbeschaufelung 6 auf. Das Pilotbrennersystem kann in einer an sich bekannten Weise, d. h. überwiegend als ein Diffusionsbrenner, betrieben werden. Seine Aufgabe besteht darin, den Hauptbrenner in einem stabilen Brennbetrieb aufrecht zu erhalten, da dieser zur Vermin- derung des Schadstoffausstoßes meistens mit einem Magergemisch betrieben wird, was ein Stabilisieren seiner Flamme mittels einer Diffusionsflamme oder einer auf einem weniger mageren Gemisch beruhenden Flamme erfordert.
Das Hauptbrennersystem weist ein konzentrisch zum Pilotbrennersystem angeordnetes und schräg auf dieses zulaufendes äußeres Luft-Zufuhr-Rmgkanalsystem 4 auf. Auch dieses Luft- Zufuhr-Ringkanalsystem 4 ist mit einer Drallbeschaufelung 7 versehen. Die Drallbeschaufelung 7 besteht aus Hohlschaufeln mit Auslassdusen 11 im Stromungsquerschnitt des Luft-Zufuhr- Ringkanalsystems 4 (Medium A) . Diese werden aus einer Gaszu¬ leitungskanal 19 und einem Gasringkanal 9 durch Offnungen 10 gespeist. Zusatzlich weist der Brenner eine Olzuleitungskanal 23 auf, welcher in einen Olringkanal 13 mundet, der seiner- seits Auslassdusen 14 im Bereich oder stromab der Drallbeschaufelung 7 aufweist. Figur 2 zeigt eine Ausgestaltung der Brenner-Nabe 18 einer Brenneranordnung nach Stand der Technik im Querschnitt. In der Brenner-Nabe 18 sind ein Gasringraum 9 und ein Olπngraum
13 angeordnet. An der nach außen gewandten und sich verjun- genden Seitenflache der Brenner-Nabe 18 weisen die Rmgraume 9 und 13 jeweils eine Vielzahl an Austrittsoffnungen 10 und
14 auf, durch welche der jeweilige Brennstoff (Medium B bzw. Medium C in Figur 1) austreten kann.
In Figur 3 ist eine schematisch übertrieben dargestellte Folge der thermisch bedingten Spannungen in der Brenner-Nabe nach Stand der Technik aus Figur 2 dargestellt. Aufgrund der Spannungen ist die Wand 21 zwischen dem Gasringraum 9 und dem Olzuleitungskanal 23 verformt. Diese Verformung der metalli- sehen Brenner-Nabe 18 ergibt sich aufgrund des Temperaturgradienten in der Wand zwischen dem Olzuleitungskanal 23, durch den Ol mit einer Temperatur von ca. 500C strömt, und dem Gasringraum 9, der aufgrund der Erwärmung durch die Verdichterluft im Luftzufuhrkanal 4 (Medium A in Fig.l) auf etwa 420°C erwärmt ist.
Figur 4 zeigt ausschnittsweise einen Querschnitt durch eine Ausfuhrungsform für die erfmdungsgemaße Brenneranordnung. Die Brenneranordnung umfasst eine Brenner-Nabe 18, in der ein Gasringraum 9 mit einem Gaszuleitungskanal 19 (in Figur 4 nicht dargestellt) sowie ein Olπngraum 13 mit einem Olzuleitungskanal 23 angeordnet sind. Der grundsatzliche Aufbau der Brenneranordnung entspricht dem mit Bezug auf die Figuren 1 und 2 beschriebenen Aufbau. Es werden daher nur die Unter- schiede zu dem den Figuren 1 und 2 beschriebenen Brenneraufbau beschrieben.
In der erfmdungsgemaßen Brenneranordnung ist eine Abschirmwand 30 im Olzuleitungskanal 23 so angeordnet, dass zwischen der Wand 21 zwischen dem Gasringraum 9 sowie dem Olzuleitungskanal 23 einerseits und der Abschirmwand 30 andererseits ein Zwischenraum 38 gebildet ist. Dieser Zwischenraum 38 isoliert den von der Innenflache der Abschirmwand 30 gebildeten Stromungspfad des Ols thermisch von der Wand 21 zwischen dem Gasringraum 9 und dem Olzuleitungskanal 23, da das in dem Zwischenraum befindliche Medium, etwa Luft oder nicht oder kaum strömendes Ol, eine sehr viel geringere Warmeleitfahig- keit aufweist, als das Metall der Brenner-Nabe 18. So betragt bspw. die Wärmeleitfähigkeit von Luft 0,023 W/mK und die von Ol etwa 0,15 W/mK (bei Raumtemperatur) . Die Wärmeleitfähigkeit von Metallen ist demgegenüber um zwei bis drei Größenordnungen hoher. Der Zwischenraum 38 kann daher als eine adi- abatisch wirkende thermische Abschirmung gesehen werden. Der Betrag des Abstandes s zwischen der Wand 21 und der Abschirmwand 30 kann konstruktiv zum Einstellen einer gewünschten Warmetransferrate verwendet werden.
In der dargestellten Ausfuhrungsform der Erfindung ist die
Abschirmwand in Form einer in den Olzuleitungskanal 23 eingesetzten Hülse 30 realisiert, die einen direkten Kontakt des entlang des Stromungspfades im Olzuleitungskanal 23 stromen¬ den kalten Ols mit der Wand 21 zwischen dem Gasringraum 9 und der Olzuleitungskanal 23 verhindert. Der Außendurchmesser der Hülse 30 ist um einen vorbestimmten Betrag geringer dimensioniert als der Innendurchmesser des Olzuleitungskanal 23, so dass zwischen der eingesetzten Hülse 30 und der Wand 21 ein Zwischenraum 38 ausgebildet ist, in dem sich ein Medium mit einer wesentlich niedrigeren Wärmeleitfähigkeit als das Metall der Brenner-Nabe 18 befindet. Das durch die von der Wand 21 beabstandet angeordnete Hülse 30 stromende Ol fuhrt hier¬ durch kaum zu einer Abkühlung der Wand 21, wodurch das Temperaturgefalle zwischen der gasπngraumseitgen Oberflache und der olkanalseitigen Oberflache der Wand 21 geringer wird. Infolgedessen treten nur wesentlich geringere mechanische Spannungen als im Stand der Technik auf.
Als geeignetes Medium im Zwischenraum 38 ist im einfachsten Fall das Ol selbst verwendbar, sofern keine Zündung zu be¬ furchten ist, da in diesem Fall keine Abdichtung des Zwischenraums 38 gegen den Stromungspfad des Ols erforderlich ist. Um die Hülse 30 einfach in den Olzuleitungskanal 23 der Bren¬ ner-Nabe 18 montieren zu können, ist sie als ein in eine Öffnung in einem rohrartig ausgeführten Abschnitt 37 des Olzu- leitungskanal 23 einsteckbare Hülse 30 ausgebildet. Die Hülse 30 weist hierzu an ihrem stromaufwartigen Ende einen vorzugs¬ weise kreisumlaufenden, ringförmigen Positionier-Vorsprung 33 auf, der als ein Abstandshalter zum radialen Zentrieren des Hulsenkorpers im Olzuleitungskanal 23 dient und zugleich die Funktion einer Anstoßkante tragt, die gegen eine komplementä¬ re, im Bereich der Öffnung des rohrartigen Vorsprungs 37 vorhandene Gegenanstoßkante einer entsprechenden Nutausfrasung anstoßt und somit die Position der Hülse 30 in axialer Richtung festlegt.
Die beschriebene Art der Positionierung kann im Rahmen der Erfindung bereits ausreichend sein, jedoch weist die vorliegende Ausgestaltung einen weiteren Positionier-Vorsprung 35 auf, der in der Nahe des stromabwartigen Endes der Hülse 30 angeordnet ist. Er kann beispielsweise effektiv gegen eventuell auftretende Eigenschwingungen der Hülse 30 wirken. Auch der am stromabwartigen Ende der Hülse 30 angeordnete Positionier-Vorsprung 35 ist vorzugsweise als ringförmiger kreisum- laufender Vorsprung ausgeführt und reicht mit seinem vorzugs- weise zylindrisch ausgestalteten Außendurchmesser bis an die Wandung des Hohlraums 38, so dass er ebenfalls zur Zentrierung der Hülse 30 beitragt.
Figur 5 zeigt eine zweite Ausgestaltung der erfmdungsgemaßen Brenner-Nabe 18 mit einer im Gasringraum 9 angeordneten Abschirmwand, die durch einen in den Gasringraum 9 eingesetzten Holkorper 40 gebildet ist. Im Gegensatz zur Hülse 30 in Figur 4 ist dieser der Ringform des Ringraums 9 nachgebildet und dadurch selbst torusformig ausgebildet. In Figur 6 ist eine perspektivische Ansicht des torusformigen Holkorpers 40 dar¬ gestellt . Die Außenabmessungen des torusformigen Holkorpers 40 sind in Bezug auf die Innenabmessungen des Gasringraums 9 so gewählt, dass ein adiabatisch wirkender Zwischenraum 48 zwischen der Außenseite des Hohlkörpers 40 und der Innenflache des Gas- πngraums 9 gebildet wird, mit dem das einströmende Brenngas von den Wandungen des Gasringraums 9 thermisch isoliert wird.
Der torusformige Holkorpers 40 weist eine Vielzahl kreisum- laufend angeordneter Austrittsanschlusse 42 auf. Wie in Figur 5 zu erkennen ist, werden diese in die Brennstoffaustritts- offnungen 10 des Gasringraums 9 so eingeführt, dass ihre Außenflachen an den Innenflachen der Offnungen 10 anliegen. Außerdem weist der torusformige Holkorper 40 wenigstens einen Emtπttsanschluss 43 auf, der in den zum Gasringraum 9 fuh- renden Gaszuleitungskanal 19 so eingeführt werden kann, dass seine Außenflache an den Innenflachee des Gaszuleitungskanals 19 anliegt. Diese Anschlüsse 42 und 43 erfüllen zugleich die Funktion von Abstandhaltern, durch welche zwischen den Wandungen des Gasringraums 9 und den Außenflachen der Hullenvor- πchtung 40 ein vorbestimmter Abstand eingestellt und im Betrieb beibehalten wird.
Durch diesen im Gasringraum 9 angeordneten torusformigen Hohlkörper 40 wird das durchströmende Gas an dem direkten Wärmeaustausch mit den umgebenden Bereichen der Brenner-Nabe 18 gehindert. In einigen Anwendungen kann das Brenngas eine niedrigere Temperatur als die durch die vorverdichtete Luft auf etwa 420 ° C erwärmte Brenner-Nabe 18 aufweisen. Wie im vorher mit Bezug auf Figur 4 beschriebenen Ausfuhrungsbei- spiel kann das Gas aufgrund der thermischen Isolierung die
Wandungen des Ringraums 9 nicht direkt abkühlen. Infolgedes¬ sen kann die Brenner-Nabe 18 eine gleichmäßigere Durchwarmung erreichen, sodass keine oder nur wesentlich geringere thermisch bedingte Spannungen auftreten. Der ausgesparte adiaba- tisch wirkende Zwischenraum 48 kann, sofern keine Zündung zu befurchten ist, im einfachsten Fall mit dem Gas gefüllt sein, wodurch sich Abdichtungsprobleme vermeiden lassen. Brenngase haben im Vergleich zum Metall der Brenner-Nabe niedrige War- meleitfahigkeit, wodurch der Warmetransport von der Nabenwand zum Gas deutlich reduziert wird.
Der Holkorpers 40 ist vorzugsweise als ein dünnwandiges, aus Blech gebogenes Bauteil ausgeführt. Hierzu können beispielsweise zwei zu Halbschalen gebogene Blechteile zusammengefugt und verschweißt oder verpresst werden. Alternativ kann der Holkorpers jedoch auch als ein Gussteil ausgebildet sein, wobei jedoch die durch Guss bedingte Wanddicke sich nachteilig auswirken und eine Vergrößerung der Dimensionen der Brenner- Nabe 18 erforderlich machen wurde.
In Figur 5 ist auch die in dem Olzuleitungskanal 23 angeordnete Hülse 30 sichtbar, die in den Olπngraum 13 vorragt. In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann auch in dem Olπngraum 13 eine Abschirmwand in Form eines torusformigen Hohlkörpers entsprechend dem Holkorper 40 im Gasringraum 9 angeordnet sein, sodass die Wärmeübertragung zwischen den Wandungen des Olπngraums 13 und dem Ol ebenfalls vermindert werden kann. Dieser nicht dargestellte torusformige Hohlkörper kann dann mit dem Ende der Hülse 30 verbunden sein.
Um die Montierbarkeit des torusformigen Hohlkörpers 40 zu er¬ möglichen, wird die Brenner-Nabe 18 vorzugsweise in wenigs- tens zwei Nabenteile 1801 und 1802 derart aufgetrennt ausgebildet, dass die Trennebene X-X den Gasπngraum 9 im Wesentlichen symmetrisch und kreisumlaufend auftrennt und dadurch zuganglich macht. Der Gasringraum 9 ist dann im Wesentlichen aus zwei in den Stoßflachen der Nabenteile 1801 und 1802 ein- ander gegenüber liegenden Nuten ausgebildet. Dadurch kann der torusformige Hohlkörper 40 vor dem Zusammenfugen der beiden Nabenteile 1801 und 1802 in die Nut eines der beiden Naben- teile 1801 und 1802 eingelegt und dort fixiert werden. Das Zusammenfugen der Nabenteile 1801 und 1802 kann danach kraft-, form- oder stoffschlussig, vorzugsweise durch Ver¬ schweißung, Vernietung oder Verschraubung erfolgen. Falls auch in den Olπngraum 13 ein torusformiger Hohlkörper 40 eingebaut werden soll, so kann die Brenner-Nabe 18 hierzu eine weitere Aufteilung entlang der Trennflache Y-Y aufweisen. Die Brenner-Nabe 18 umfasst in diesem Fall ein drittes Nabenteil 1803, das durch die Trennebene Y-Y, die den Olπng- raum 13 im Wesentlichen symmetrisch und kreisumlaufend auf¬ trennt und dadurch zugänglich macht, von dem vorhergehend angeordneten Nabenteil 1802 getrennt ist. Der Olπngraum 13 ist dann ebenfalls im Wesentlichen aus zwei m den Stoßflachen der Nabenteile 1802 und 1803 einander gegenüber liegenden Nuten ausgebildet. Auch in diesem Fall kann der Einbau des to- rusformigen Hohlkörpers erfolgen, indem der torusformige Hohlkörper vor dem Zusammenfugen der beiden Nabenteile 1802 und 1803 in die Nut eines der beiden Nabenteile 1802 und 1804 eingelegt und dort fixiert wird. Die Hullenvorπchtung 40 kann in diesem Fall auch mit dem Emtrittsanschluss 43 am in den Olπngraum hineinragenden Ende der Hülse 30 befestigt werden .

Patentansprüche
1. Brenneranordnung (20) für eine Verfeuerungsanlage zum Verfeuern fluidischer Brennstoffe, wobei vorhanden sind: - eine Brenner-Nabe (18),
- ein die Brennernabe umgebendes Luftzufuhrsystem (3, 4),
- wenigstens ein Brennstoff zufuhrkanal (9, 13, 19, 23) mit in Richtung auf das Luftzufuhrsystem weisenden Brennstoffaustrittsoffnungen (10, 14), wobei der wenigstens eine Brenn- stoff zufuhrkanal (9, 13, 19, 23) zumindest teilweise in der Brenner-Nabe (18) ausgebildet ist, so dass das Material der Brenner-Nabe eine Wandung des Brennstoffzufuhrkanals (9, 13, 19, 23) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in wenigstens einem Brennstoffzufuhrkanal (9, 13, 19, 23) eine Abschirmwand (30, 40) angeordnet ist, die von der Wandung (21) des Brennstoffzufuhrkanals (9, 13, 19, 23) beabstandet ist, so dass zwischen der Wandung (21) des Brennstoff zufuhrkanals (9, 13, 19, 23) und der Abschirmwand (30, 40) ein nicht zum Stromungspfad des durch den Brennstoffzufuhrkanal (9, 13, 19, 23) stromenden Brennstoffes gehörender Zwischenraum (38, 48) gebildet ist und die Abschirmwand (30, 40) als ein in den Brennstoff zufuhrkanal (9, 13, 19, 23) eingebrach¬ ter, an die innere Kontur des Brennstoffzufuhrkanals (9, 13, 19, 23) angepasster Hohlkörper (30, 40) ausgebildet ist.

Brenneranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brennstoffzufuhrkanal (9, 13, 19, 23) einen zu den Brenn- stoffaustrittsoffnungen (10, 14) fuhrenden und im Wesentlichen ringförmigen Verteilerkanal (9, 13) und einen im Wesent¬ lichen rohrformigen und zum Verteilerkanal (9, 13) fuhrenden Zuleitungskanal (19, 23) umfasst.
3. Brenneranordnung nach Anspruch 1 und Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlkörper (30, 40) als eine Hülse (30) oder als ein hohler Torus (40) ausgebildet ist.
4. Brenneranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlkörper (30, 40) wenigstens teilweise aus Metall oder aus Keramik ausgebildet ist.
5. Brenneranordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlkörper (30, 40) wenigstens teilweise als ein in Form gebogenes Blechteil ausgebildet ist.
6. Brenneranordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlkörper (30, 40) wenigstens teilweise als ein spannab- hebend geformtes metallisches Teil ausgebildet ist.
7. Brenneranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlkörper (40) mit Austπttsanschlussen (42) versehen ist, die in die jeweiligen Brennstoffaustrittsoffnungen (10) des Brennstoffzufuhrkanals (9) eingeführt sind.
8. Brenneranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlkörper (40) mit wenigstens einem Emtrittsanschluss (43) versehen ist, der in eine Eintrittsoffnung des Brennstoff zufuhrkanals (9, 13) eingeführt ist.
9. Brenneranordnung nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
- der Brennstoffzufuhrkanal (9, 13, 19, 23) einen in der Wan¬ dung der Brenner-Nabe (18) angeordneten, zu den Brennstoffaustrittsoffnungen (10, 14) fuhrenden und wenigstens teilweise ringförmig ausgebildeten Brennstoffverteilerkanal (9, 13) umfasst, wobei der Brennstoffverteilerkanal (9, 13) aus zwei Nuten gebildet ist, die mit ihren offenen Seiten einender gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, - die Brenner-Nabe (18) wenigstens ein erstes und ein zweites Nabenteil (1801, 1802, 1803) aufweist, die aneinander gefugt sind und
- eine Trennebene (X-X, Y-Y) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Nabenteil (1801, 1802, 1803) derart durch den Brenn- stoffverteilerkanal (9, 13) des jeweiligen Brennstoff zufuhr- kanals (9, 13, 19, 23) verlauft, dass vor dem Zusammenfugen der beiden Nabenteile (1801, 1802, 1803) in jedem Nabenteil (1801, 1802, 1803) jeweils eine der den Brennstoffverteiler- kanal (9, 13) bildenden Nuten vorhanden ist und der Hohlkörper (40) in einer der Nuten positionierbar ist.
10. Brenneranordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und zweite Nabenteil (1801, 1802, 1803) der Brenner-Nabe (18) miteinander kraft-, form- oder stoffschlussig verbunden sind.
11. Brenneranordnung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kraft-, form oder stoffschlussige Verbindung zwischen den Nabenteilen (1801, 1802, 1803) der Brenner-Nabe (18) durch Verschweißung, Verlotung, Verschraubung oder Vernietung aus¬ geführt ist.
12. Verfahren zum Herstellen der Brenner-Nabe (18) einer Brenneranordnung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass a) wenigstens ein Hohlkörper (40) in die einen Teil des Brennstoffzufuhrkanals (9, 13) bildende Nut im ersten oder zweiten Nabenteil (1801, 1802, 1803) der Brenner-Nabe (18) eingebaut wird, b) das erste und das zweite Nabenteil (1801, 1802, 1803) der Brenner-Nabe (18) entlang der ersten Trennebene (X-X, Y- Y) aneinandergefügt werden, c) zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Nabenteil (1801, 1802, 1803) der Brenner-Nabe (18) eine kraft-, form oder stoff- schlussige Verbindung geschaffen wird.
13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kraft-, form oder Stoffschlussige Verbindung zwischen den Nabenteilen (1801, 1802, 1803) der Brenner-Nabe (18) durch Verschweißen, Verlöten, Verschrauben oder Vernieten ausgeführt wird.
