Abstract

Bei einem - insbesondere für Flugtriebwerke vorgesehenen - Axialverdichter, der mindestens einen in einem Gehäuse angeordneten Rotor mit von einer Rotornabe ausgehenden Verdichterschaufeln und einen Stator umfasst, ist in die Verdichterschaufeln (7) eine von deren Hinterkante (13) ausgehende und unmittelbar an die Rotornabe (6) angrenzende schlitzförmige Ausnehmung (14) eingeformt. Dadurch können im Übergangsbereich zwischen Rotornabe und Verdichterschaufeln auftretende Sekundärströmungen und entsprechende Rotorverluste reduziert und folglich der Verdichterwirkungsgrad erhöht sowie Treibstoffverbrauch gesenkt werden.
