Claims (10)

que chaque mécanisme extracteur (7) comprend une traverse (11) qui est reliée de manière détachable aux colonnes (8) formant une ouverture de réception (9) pour le mécanisme extracteur,
que le dispositif de réglage (13) pour le rouleau de courbure intérieur (18) réglable est articulé sur la traverse (11),
que chaque rouleau de la paire de rouleaux est supporté dans un chariot à rouleau (16, 20) et le chariot à rouleau (16) du rouleau de courbure intérieur (18) est guidé de manière à pouvoir se déplacer sur des glissières (19) des colonnes (8),
que le chariot à rouleau (16) du rouleau de courbure intérieur (18) est relié au dispositif de réglage (13), et

- Installation de coulée continue à plusieurs lignes selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un système d'alimentation en fluides (33) pour l'alimentation des mécanismes extracteurs (7) agencés dans le cadre de support (3a, 3b) est associé à chaque cadre de support (3a, 3b) et les mécanismes extracteurs individuels (7) peuvent être couplés à ce système d'alimentation en fluides (33) grâce à des dispositifs de couplage automatique (34) lors de l'insertion des mécanismes extracteurs (7) dans l'ouverture de réception (9).
- Installation de coulée continue à plusieurs lignes selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de réglage (13) agit de manière centrée sur un rouleau de courbure intérieur (18) réglable du mécanisme extracteur (7), est disposé dans le sens de la longueur de l'ouverture de réception (9) en peigne et est supporté de manière pivotante ou articulée sur la traverse (11) et est fixé de manière pivotante ou articulée sur le chariot à rouleau (16) du rouleau de courbure intérieur (18).
- Installation de coulée continue à plusieurs lignes selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement en rotation (31) pour le rouleau de courbure intérieur (18) est supporté directement sur le mécanisme extracteur (7), de préférence sur le chariot à rouleau (16) du rouleau de courbure intérieur (18), et est relié au rouleau de courbure intérieur (18) par le biais d'une transmission (32).
- Installation de coulée continue à plusieurs lignes selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des cadres de support (3a, 3b) indépendants les uns des autres et des mécanismes extracteur (7) indépendants les uns des autres sont associés aux coulées individuelles (6) de l'installation de coulée continue à plusieurs lignes dans la zone de dressage (5).
- Installation de coulée continue à plusieurs lignes selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la zone de dressage (5) pour chaque coulée (6) de l'installation de coulée continue à plusieurs lignes est formée par plusieurs cadres de support (3a, 3b) disposés les uns derrière les autres.
- Installation de coulée continue à plusieurs lignes selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de réglage (13) pour le rouleau de courbure intérieur (18) réglable de chaque mécanisme extracteur (7) est exécuté de manière à pouvoir être commandé individuellement.
- Installation de coulée continue à plusieurs lignes selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de réglage (13) comprend un vérin hydraulique (13a), un bloc de commande (27) et un système de suivi de trajectoire (28) et le bloc de commande est, de préférence, relié au dispositif de pilotage de l'installation par le biais d'une ligne de données.
- Installation de coulée continue à plusieurs lignes selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que des barres de calibrage (30) pour le calibrage du système de suivi de trajectoire (28) sont placées sur le chariot à rouleau (16) du rouleau de courbure intérieur (18) et sur le chariot à rouleau (20) du rouleau de courbure extérieur (21).
