Abstract

Axialverdichter, der innerhalb eines Verdichtergehäuses (4) mindestens einen Rotor (2) aus mit einer Antriebswelle (1) verbundenen Rotorschaufeln (3) und einen an der Gehäuseinnenwand gehaltenen Stator (5) sowie einen dem zwischen den Schaufelspitzen und der Gehäuseinnenwand vorhandenen Rotorspalt (6) zugeordneten Strömungsimpulserzeuger (7) zur Stabilisierung der Rotorspaltströmung aufweist, wobei der Strömungsimpulserzeuger (7) sich an der Gehäuseinnenwand stromauf vom Rotor (2) in Strömungsrichtung erstreckende und verjüngende Impulskanäle (7a) zur Beschleunigung der wandnahen Strömung (9) umfasst, deren Form und Abmessung durch in Umfangsrichtung im Abstand aufeinander folgende, an der Gehäuseinnenwand des Verdichtergehäuses spaltfrei befestigte Trennelemente (7b) bestimmt ist. Mit dem so ausgebildeten und einfach zu fertigenden Strömungsimpulserzeuger (7) wird eine bessere Stabilisierung der Strömung über den Rotorspalt (6) und ein erweiterter Betriebsbereich des Verdichters mit erhöhter Pumpgrenze erreicht.
