Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kochfeld, insbesondere Gaskochfeld, mit einem Kochfeld-Gehäuse (4), das von einer Abdeckplatte (13) abgedeckt ist, wobei in einem Endmontagezustand (I) das Kochfeld-Gehäuse (4) über die Abdeckplatte (13) im Bereich eines Arbeitsplatten-Ausschnittes (1) abgestützt ist. Erfindungsgemäß weist das Kochfeld zumindest ein Vormontageelement (35) auf, auf dem das Kochfeld-Gehäuse (4) in einem Vormontagezustand (II), insbesondere unabhängig von der Abdeckplatte (13), abstützbar ist.
