Claims (13)

  1. Procédé pour sectionner une banderole (11) entourant une pile de pièces découpées (10), la banderole (11) étant sectionnée, de préférence dans la région d'un poste de banderole (19), par un moyen de coupe, notamment un couteau (23), et étant ensuite enlevée de la pile de pièces découpées (10), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) la pile de pièces découpées (10) est comprimée de telle sorte que la banderole (11) soit écartée au moins par sections de la pile de pièces découpées (10),
    b) la banderole est amenée, au moins pendant la compression de la pile de pièces découpées (10), par sections, en appui contre au moins une face latérale de la pile de pièces découpées (10), de telle sorte que la banderole (11), par la compression de la pile de pièces découpées (10) dans une région ne s'appliquant pas contre l'au moins une surface latérale de la pile de pièces découpées (10), soit écartée de cette pile, et soit sectionnée à cet endroit par le biais du moyen de coupe.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pile de pièces découpées (10) s'applique, pendant la compression, en partie dans la région d'une face latérale, contre une paroi d'appui (31), la paroi d'appui (31) présentant des dimensions plus petites, notamment une plus petite hauteur que la surface latérale correspondante de la pile de pièces découpées (10), de telle sorte que la banderole (11), par la compression de la pile de pièces découpées (10) dans la région de la surface latérale de la pile de pièces découpées (10) ne s'appliquant pas contre la paroi d'appui (31), soit écartée de cette pile et soit sectionnée à cet endroit par le biais du moyen de coupe.

Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le sectionnement de la banderole (11) dans la région écartée de la pile de pièces découpées (10) est effectué à distance (latérale) de la pile de pièces découpées (10) ou du contour de la pile de pièces découpées (10), de telle sorte que le moyen de coupe ne pénètre pas dans la pile de pièces découpées (10).

Dispositif de séparation d'une banderole (11) entourant une pile de pièces découpées (10) comprenant un poste de banderole (19) dans lequel la pile de pièces découpées (10) repose du côté inférieur sur un subjectile, notamment une plate-forme (21) et dans lequel la banderole (11) peut être sectionnée par un moyen de coupe, notamment un couteau (23), caractérisé en ce que la pile de pièces découpées (10) peut être comprimée au moyen d'une plaque formant matrice (29) en vue d'écarter la banderole (11), au moins par sections, de la pile de pièces découpées (10), de telle sorte que la banderole (11) puisse être sectionnée, dans la région écartée, par le biais du moyen de coupe, et en ce qu'une paroi d'appui (31) pour le positionnement de la pile de pièces découpées (10) dans le poste de banderole (19) peut être déplacée de haut en bas de telle sorte que la paroi d'appui (31), en fonction de la hauteur de la pile de pièces découpées (10), se termine à distance d'un côté supérieur de la pile de pièces découpées (10), de telle sorte que la banderole (11), lors de la compression de la pile de pièces découpées (10), soit exposée dans la région à l'extérieur de la paroi d'appui (31) et puisse être sectionnée à l'aide du moyen de coupe.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la pile de pièces découpées (10) peut être comprimée par une plaque formant matrice (29), un coulisseau (33) pouvant de préférence être actionné conjointement avec la plaque formant matrice (29), pour le positionnement de la paroi d'appui (31) par rapport au plan de sectionnement.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau (33) est accouplé à la plaque formant matrice (29) et fait saillie, par le biais d'une face latérale, notamment le côté inférieur, de la plaque formant matrice (29), et en ce que le coulisseau (33) est disposé de telle sorte que la paroi d'appui (13), lors du déplacement, notamment lors de l'abaissement de la plaque formant matrice (29), puisse être déplacée dans la direction correspondante par le coulisseau (33), la position de fin de course de la paroi d'appui (31) étant prédéfinie par la hauteur minimale de la pile de pièces découpées comprimée (10).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le couteau (23) est orienté dans un plan orienté obliquement par rapport aux face latérales de la pile de pièces découpées (10) et de la banderole (11), et en ce qu'une arête de coupe (26) du couteau (23) est disposée de manière opposée à la pile de pièces découpées (10), de telle sorte que lors du sectionnement de la banderole (11), une force de traction orientée à l'écart de la pile de pièces découpées (10) puisse être exercée sur la banderole (11).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la banderole (11) peut être saisie avant le sectionnement par un dispositif d'aspiration (32) disposé dans la région de la paroi d'appui (31) et peut être retirée en partie de la pile de pièces découpées (10) après le sectionnement par un déplacement vers le bas de la paroi d'appui (31), la partie retirée de la banderole (11) pouvant être transportée subséquemment par une paire de rouleaux de traction et par un retrait supplémentaire de la banderole (11) de la pile de pièces découpées (10), un premier rouleau de traction (49) de la paire de rouleaux de traction étant de préférence disposé de manière fixe sous la plate-forme (29) et un autre, deuxième, rouleau conjugué de la paire de rouleaux de traction, étant monté à pivotement et pouvant être amené en appui contre le premier rouleau de traction (49), en vue du transport de la banderole (11).
