Claims (5)
- Refroidisseur à plaques pour liquides, en particulier pour huile hydraulique, comportant un paquet parallélépipédique de corps de plaque (1) profilés extrudés parallèles et espacés pour le liquide circulant à l'intérieur de ceux-ci et des conduits d'air (2) disposés entre des corps de plaque (1) adjacents, les corps de plaque (1) débouchant dans des fentes de réception (5) de boîtiers allongés (3, 3') s'étendant transversalement aux corps de plaque (1), à savoir dans un boîtier distributeur (3) et un boîtier collecteur (3') présentant respectivement une entrée (P) et une sortie (P), les boîtiers (3, 3') étant réalisés sous la forme de profilés extrudés en aluminium (7) qui présentent extérieurement des nervures et, sur leur longueur, des rainures de guidage continues (8) pour des éléments de raccordement de montage et, intérieurement, un conduit de liquide continu (6) de section transversale circulaire, caractérisé en ce que les corps de plaque (1) débouchent chacun dans un espace collecteur bombé (3") du boîtier distributeur (3), respectivement du boîtier collecteur (3'), qui est en liaison avec le conduit de liquide (6) associé.
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les corps de plaque (1) insérés sont reliés aux fentes de réception (5) de manière étanche aux liquides au moyen d'un adhésif.
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité du boîtier distributeur (3) et du boîtier collecteur (3') est biseautée pour recevoir des corps adaptateurs (F) pour des raccords- de tuyauterie ayant une orientation différente.
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des filetages (12) pour la fixation d'éléments fonctionnels, de préférence des vannes (11) pour des conduits de dérivation, sont formés côté extrémité dans le conduit traversant (5) du boîtier distributeur (3) et du boîtier collecteur (3').
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps nervuré (7) est pourvu dans la zone des conduits d'air (2) de nervures d'écartement (3"') pour des ailettes de ventilation (2').
