Abstract

Bei einer Leuchte (1) mit einem Gehäuse (2), das eine Gehäuseöffnung (2a) aufweist, im Gehäuse (2) befindlichen Anschlussmitteln (4) für wenigstens eine Lampe (5), die deren Position im Gehäuse (2) definieren, einem Lichtleitelement (7), das sich in der Hauptabstrahlrichumg (6) vor der Lampe (5) befindet, und mindestens einem seitlich neben dem Lichtleitelement (7) angeordneten Diffusor (8), der eine den Rand (2b) des Gehäuses (2) überragende Ausformung (12) mit einer zum Lichtleitelement (7) hin ansteigenden Flanke (13b) sowie einer zum Lichtleitelement (7) hin abfallende Flanke (13b) aufweist, sind die Flanken (13a, 13b) des Diffusors (8) konvex oder konkav gerundet und der Winkel (W2) der ansteigenden Flanke (13a) oder der Winkel (W3) der abfallenden Flanke (13b) geht von 0° aus.
