Abstract

La présente invention concerne un canal à scorie sur des brûleurs ou des niches de brûleur permettant d'assurer une protection contre l'écoulement de scorie produite par la gazéification de combustibles finement pulvérisés contenant des cendres dans un gazéifieur. L'objectif de l'invention est d'assurer, avec un tel canal à scorie, une protection sûre des sorties de brûleur ou des niches de brûleur contre un encrassement avec des scories. A cet effet, le canal à scorie (8) est composé de plusieurs coudes de tuyau (9) dans lesquels circule un milieu de refroidissement et qui, lorsqu'ils sont montés, forment une surface de canal orientée vers l'intérieur du gazéifieur, formant un angle avec la paroi (1) du gazéifieur et protégeant le brûleur (2) ou la niche de brûleur (7) dans la région supérieure, dans la direction de la gravité, laquelle surface de canal forme un angle (a) sensiblement aigu avec la paroi (1) du brûleur.
