Abstract
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Wassererwärmer.The present invention relates to a water heater.
Herkömmliche Wassererwärmer bestehen in der Regel aus einem inneren Speichergefäß, einem außerhalb des inneren Speichergefäßes angebrachten Gehäuse und einer zwischen innerem Speichergefäß und Gehäuse befindlichen Wärmeisolierschicht. Der Wassererwärmer ist üblicherweise an einer Wand im Badezimmer befestigt und weist an der Außenseite des Gehäuses einen äußeren Halter auf, der sich mit einem an der Wand angebrachten Stützteil verbinden lässt. Innerhalb der Wärmeisolierschicht befindet sich ein innerer Halter, welcher meistens auf der Außenfläche des inneren Speichergefäßes angeschweißt ist. Im chinesischen Gebrauchsmuster

Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, einen Wassererwärmer mit einer verbesserten Wärmeisolierbaugruppe zu schaffen, bei dem eine Beschädigung der Wärmeisolierbaugruppe ausgeschlossen ist und eine zuverlässige Wärmedämmung zwischen innerem Speichergefäß und Halter gewährleistet wird, um den Energieverlust zu reduzieren.The object of the present invention is to provide a water heater with an improved heat insulating assembly in which damage to the heat insulating assembly is excluded and a reliable thermal insulation between the inner storage vessel and holder is ensured to reduce the energy loss.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe gelöst durch einen Wassererwärmer mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1, mit
- einem inneren Speichergefäß zur Aufnahme einer vorgegebenen Menge von erwärmbarem Wasser,
- einer Einlassöffnung und einer Auslassöffnung, welche mit dem inneren Speichergefäß verbunden sind und dem Durchlass von ins innere Speichergefäß eintretendem bzw. aus dem inneren Speichergefäß austretendem Wasser dienen,
- einer Wärmequelle zum Erwärmen des im inneren Speichergefäß befindlichen Wassers,
- einem Gehäuse, das das innere Speichergefäß von außen umschließt,
- einem inneren Halter, der am inneren Speichergefäß angebracht ist und sich zwischen innerem Speichergefäß und Gehäuse befindet,
- einer Wärmeisolierbaugruppe aus einem ersten und einem zweiten Wärmeisolierteil, welche sich an entgegengesetzten bzw. bezüglich des Halters auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des inneren Halters befinden und miteinander verbindbar sind,
- einer Mutter, die lösbar im zweiten Wärmeisolierteil angeordnet ist,
- einer Schraube, die durch das Gehäuse und den inneren Halter geführt ist und mit der Mutter zusammenwirkt bzw. in einer Wirkverbindung zueinander stehen.

- a screw which is guided through the housing and the inner holder and cooperates with the nut or are in operative connection with one another.
