Claims (6)

  1. Procédé servant à emballer des produits (1) plats, dans le cadre duquel des produits (1) sont amenés en un flux de produits (2) continu, sachant que les divers produits (1) sont empilés par la suite sur un plan (3) incliné, sachant que les produits (1) sont placés de l'horizontale à la verticale sur un côté pour former la pile de produits (5) lors du passage du flux de produits (2) continu vers le plan (3) incliné et que le produit (1) situé le plus en bas/le plus en avant est maintenu, sur le plan incliné, par complémentarité de force ou de forme, dans la position de glissement jusqu'à ce qu'un glissement soit effectué, sachant que des plateaux (4) vides sont approchés sous le plan (3) incliné, sachant que respectivement le produit (1) situé le plus en bas/le plus en avant est glissé hors de la pile de produits (5) au moyen d'un élément coulissant (6) et est déposé par glissement sur le plateau (4), sachant que l'élément coulissant (6) est mis en place au niveau du produit (1) et que son déplacement est stoppé et que le produit (1) est accéléré conjointement avec l'élément coulissant (6) aux fins du dépôt par glissement sur le plateau, et sachant que le plateau (4) est avancé respectivement progressivement d'une distance correspondant à l'épaisseur du produit (1).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les produits (1) sont déposés par glissement sur le plateau (4) à la verticale ou de manière à se chevaucher.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le plateau (4) à remplir est amené à la même inclinaison que le plan (3) incliné et est logé lors de l'opération de remplissage.
  4. Dispositif servant à emballer des produits (1) plats selon le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant un dispositif de convoyage (7) servant à amener en continu des produits (1) dans une position horizontale avec un dispositif de déviation et d'empilement (8) pour les produits (1) aux fins de leur agencement dans une pile de produits, ces derniers étant placés à la verticale sur un côté, comprenant un élément coulissant (6) servant à déplacer par coulissement d'un produit (1) hors de la pile de produits du dispositif de déviation et d'empilement (8) sur un plateau (4) disposé sous le dispositif de déviation et d'empilement (8), sachant que l'élément coulissant (6) peut être actionné au moyen d'une servocommande (10) de telle manière que l'élément coulissant (6) est mis en place au niveau du produit (1) et que son déplacement est stoppé et que le produit (1) est accéléré conjointement avec l'élément coulissant (6) aux fins du dépôt par glissement sur le plateau, et comprenant également un dispositif d'amenée de plateau (9), qui est disposé sous le dispositif de déviation et d'empilement (8) et qui est réalisé pour amener et déplacer progressivement le plateau (4) lors du dépôt par glissement pièce par pièce des produits (1).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déviation et d'empilement (8) ainsi que le dispositif d'amenée de plateau (9) sont disposés de manière inclinée au moins dans la zone mitoyenne.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs flux de produits (8) présentant un ou plusieurs éléments coulissants (6) sont prévus les uns à côté des autres de manière parallèle, lesquels éléments coulissants sont prévus pour déposer par glissement des produits (1) sur des plateaux (4) amenés les uns à côté des autres ou sur des plateaux (4) présentant plusieurs compartiments réalisés de manière juxtaposée et qui sont pourvus d'un entraînement commun ou d'entraînements respectivement propres.
