Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zahnringpumpe für flüssige Medien mit einem in einem Pumpengehäuse angeordneten, von einer Antriebswelle angetriebenen Laufradsatz.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine hochdynamische Zahnringpumpe zu entwickeln, die auch bei sehr kleiner Baugröße kostengünstig herstellbar ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Zahnringpumpe zeichnet sich insbesondere dadurch aus, dass im Pumpengehäuse (1) dem Laufradsatz (3) in axialer Richtung benachbart, ein in einer Ausgleichskolbenführung (12) des Pumpengehäuses (1) verdrehsicher geführter, stirnwandseitig am Außenrotor (5) des Laufradsatzes (3) anliegender Ausgleichskolben (13), mit einer in diesem Ausgleichskolben (13) befindlichen Lagerbohrung (14) in der die Antriebswelle (2) des Laufradsatzes (3) drehbar gelagert ist, angeordnet ist, wobei dem Laufradsatz (3) gegenüberliegend am Ausgleichskolben (13) ein in einer Steuerkolbenführung (15) geführter, über einen Steuerdruckraum (16) druckbeaufschlagbarer Steuerkolben (17) anliegt, und der Steuerdruckraum (16) über Druckkanäle (18) und Druckkammer (19) direkt mit der Druckniere (9) über den Druckanschlusskanal (11) verbundenen ist.
