Claims (3)
- Rideau romain adapté pour être monté sur une fenêtre (3), le rideau romain comportant:une unité de rideau (5) présentant une partie de recouvrement (51) dont une partie de bord supérieur est adaptée pour être montée sur ou à proximité d'un bord supérieur de la fenêtre (3) et qui s'étend vers le bas, un tube supérieur (53) qui s'étend horizontalement et qui est disposé sur le côté arrière de ladite partie de recouvrement (51), un tube inférieur (54) qui s'étend horizontalement et qui est disposé sur ledit côté arrière de ladite partie de recouvrement (51) au-dessous et espacé verticalement dudit tube supérieur (53), et deux tiges (55) qui s'étendent dans lesdits tubes supérieur et inférieur (53, 54) respectivement, ledit tube supérieur (53) étant formé avec une fente supérieure (531); etune unité d'enroulement (6) présentant une tige d'enroulement (61) qui s'étend horizontalement et qui est adaptée pour être montée de manière rotative sur ou à proximité du bord supérieur de la fenêtre (3), et une pièce d'enroulement (62) dont une partie d'extrémité supérieure est connectée à ladite tige d'enroulement (61) et qui est à même d'être enroulée autour de ladite tige d'enroulement (61) pour être raccourcie et déroulée de ladite tige d'enroulement (61) pour être allongée et pour s'étendre vers le bas le long ou près dudit côté arrière de ladite partie de recouvrement (51) de ladite unité de rideau (5), ladite pièce d'enroulement (62) s'étendant à travers ladite fente supérieure (531) depuis ladite tige d'enroulement (61) et une partie d'extrémité inférieure de ladite pièce d'enroulement (62) étant limitée en mouvement vers le haut par rapport audit tube inférieur (54);lorsque ladite tige d'enroulement (61) est tournée pour enrouler ainsi ladite pièce d'enroulement (62) autour d'elle, ledit tube inférieur (54) étant déplacé vers le haut ensemble avec ladite partie d'extrémité inférieure de ladite pièce d'enroulement (62) jusqu'à ce que ledit tube inférieur (54) vienne en butée contre ledit tube supérieur (53), repliant ainsi ladite partie de recouvrement (51) de ladite unité de rideau (5),caractérisé par le fait que:ledit tube inférieur (54) de ladite unité de rideau (5) est formé avec une fente inférieure (541) destinée à l'extension de ladite partie d'extrémité inférieure de ladite pièce d'enroulement (62) à travers d'elle, et ladite unité d'enroulement (6) présente une tige en butée (63) qui est montée horizontalement sur ladite partie d'extrémité inférieure de ladite pièce d'enroulement (62), est plus grande que ladite fente inférieure (541) et vient en butée contre une surface inférieure dudit tube inférieur (54);ledit tube supérieur (53) présente des extrémités opposées espacées horizontalement, et ladite fente supérieure (531) s'étend vers l'une desdites extrémités dudit tube supérieur (53);ledit tube inférieur (54) présente des extrémités opposées espacées horizontalement, et ladite fente inférieure (541) s'étend vers l'une desdites extrémités dudit tube inférieur (54);chacun desdits tubes supérieur et inférieur (53, 54) comporte un premier moyen de fixation (571) disposé sur ladite une desdites extrémités de ces derniers, et un deuxième moyen de fixation (572) connecté audit premier moyen de fixation (571) pour obturer l'une correspondante de ladite fente supérieure (531) et de ladite fente inférieure (541).
- Rideau romain selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que chacun desdits premiers moyens de fixation (571) et l'un correspondant desdits deuxièmes moyens de fixation (572) forment un ensemble de fixation en forme de crochet et boucle.
- Rideau romain selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que chacun desdits premiers moyens de fixation (571) est un bouton, et l'un correspondant desdits deuxièmes moyens de fixation (572) est une boucle attachée à l'un respectif desdits tubes supérieur et inférieur (53, 54) et qui peut être connectée en boucle autour dudit premier moyen de fixation (571), pour se connecter à ce dernier.
