Claims (9)
- Dispositif de formage pour des corps creux (56) en forme de coupe, comportant un bâti de machine (2), un dispositif d'entraînement (6), un plateau circulaire à pièce (3) servant à recevoir des corps creux (56) et un porte-outil (4) servant à recevoir des outils d'usinage (58), sachant que le plateau circulaire à pièce (3) et le porte-outil (4) se font face et peuvent être tournés l'un par rapport à l'autre autour d'un axe de rotation (5) et peuvent être ajustés linéairement l'un par rapport à l'autre le long de l'axe de rotation (5), et sachant que le dispositif d'entraînement (6) servant à fournir un mouvement progressif de rotation et un mouvement linéaire cyclique est réalisé entre le plateau circulaire à pièce (3) et le porte-outil (4) afin de permettre un formage des corps creux (56) au moyen des outils d'usinage (58) en plusieurs étapes d'usinage consécutives, et comportant un tube porteur (33) associé de manière stationnaire au bâti de machine (2), dont l'axe médian s'étend le long de l'axe de rotation (5) et qui supporte le porte-outil (4) et/ou le plateau circulaire à pièce (3), sachant qu'est disposé au niveau d'une surface extérieure (36) du tube porteur (33) un dispositif de guidage (40) qui est réalisé pour un ensemble support mobile linéairement du porte-outil (4) et/ou du plateau circulaire à pièce (3) sur le tube porteur (33), sachant que le bâti de machine (2) comporte un ensemble support rotatif (25) réalisé de manière espacée du tube porteur (33) pour le plateau circulaire à pièce (3) ou le porte-outil (4) et que l'ensemble support rotatif (25) et le tube porteur (33) sont disposés conjointement sur une plaque d'appui (26) du bâti de machine (2), caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'appui (26) forme conjointement avec un cadre d'appui (31) une première partie de bâti de machine (27), et sachant que le dispositif d'entraînement (6) est logé au niveau de faces porteuses (17) qui forment une deuxième partie de bâti de machine (59), de telle sorte qu'on obtient au moins dans une large mesure un découplage entre les forces fournies par le dispositif d'entraînement (6) et le plateau circulaire à pièce (3) ainsi que le porte-outil (4).
- Dispositif de formage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube porteur (33) est appliqué contre le bâti de machine (2) de manière stationnaire.
- Dispositif de formage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une zone de couplage (60) réalisée de manière articulée, de préférence de manière flexible, en particulier en tant qu'articulation de solide est prévue entre la première partie de bâti de machine (27) et la deuxième partie de bâti de machine (59).
- Dispositif de formage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un axe d'articulation de la zone de couplage (60) articulée est orienté de manière transversale par rapport à l'axe de rotation (5).
- Dispositif de formage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un ensemble support de corps de roulement (42) de préférence précontraint, en particulier précontraint sans jeu est réalisé entre le tube porteur (33) et le porte-outil (4) ou le plateau circulaire à pièce (3).
- Dispositif de formage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de support (39) réalisé de préférence comme un palier de glissement pour un chariot de couplage (34) du dispositif d'entraînement (6) est réalisé au niveau de la surface intérieure (35) du tube porteur (33), le chariot de couplage étant prévu pour un assemblage à transmission de force entre une bielle motrice (7) du dispositif d'entraînement (6) et le porte-outil (4) ou le plateau circulaire à pièce (3).
- Dispositif de formage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen de couplage (53, 54) élastique réalisé de préférence de manière annulaire est disposé entre le chariot de couplage (34) et le porte-outil (4) ou le plateau circulaire à pièce (3), lequel moyen de couplage est réalisé de manière transversale par rapport à l'axe de rotation (5) pour la transmission de force entre le chariot de couplage (34) et le porte-outil (4) ou le plateau circulaire à pièce (3) et pour le découplage de mouvements de basculement du chariot de couplage (34).
- Dispositif de formage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une longueur de guidage pour le porte-outil (4) ou le plateau circulaire à pièce (3) le long du tube porteur (33) et/ou pour le chariot de couplage (34) le long du tube porteur (33) est égale au moins à 1,5 fois, de préférence au moins à 2 fois, en particulier au moins à 2,5 fois la course maximale du porte-outil (4) ou du plateau circulaire à pièce (3).
- Dispositif de formage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tube porteur (33) et le porte-outil (4) ou le plateau circulaire à pièce (3) sont appliqués contre la plaque d'appui (26) de manière autoporteuse.
