Claims (10)

  1. Abdeckung zum Verschließen einer Öffnung eines Behälterkörpers (C), der dazu bestimmt ist, ein in einer Flüssigkeit liegendes Produkt aufzunehmen, das vor seiner Verwendung abtropfen gelassen werden soll, wie beispielsweise in einem Saft liegende Nahrungsmittel, wobei die Abdeckung (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie folgendes umfasst:
    (i) einen Ring (2), umfassend:
    - einen äußeren Teil (5), der geeignet ist, auf einem Rand des Körpers (C), der die Öffnung des Körpers begrenzt, befestigt zu werden, und
    - einen inneren Teil (6), der dazu bestimmt ist, sich im Bereich der Öffnung des Körpers zu erstrecken, wobei der innere Teil (6) ein Abtropfelement (8) und eine zentrale Öffnung (10) umfasst, und
    (ii) eine abziehbare Verschlussmembran (3), deren äußerer Rand hermetisch dicht auf dem Ring (2) befestigt ist, wobei die Membran (3) mit mindestens einer Zuglasche (15) versehen isl, um die Trennung der Membran (3) vom Ring (2) zu gestatten,
    und dass der innere Teil (6) des Ringes (2), wenn die abziehbare Membran (3) vom Ring (2) getrennt wird, und in Abhängigkeit von der Neigung, der der Behälter unterzogen wird, entweder das Abtropfen der verpackten Produkte mit Hilfe des Abtropfelements (8) oder die Entleerung der Produkte durch die zentrale Öffnung (10) gestattet.
  2. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Teil (6) des Ringes (2) einen flachen ringförmigen Kragen (7) umfasst, und dass das Abtropfelement (8) in Form eines flachen Elements vorhanden ist, in dem eine Vielzahl von Abtropföffnungen (11) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Abtropfelement (8) den ringförmigen Kragen (7) verlängert und sich in der Ebene dieses letztgenannten erstreckt.
  3. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abziehbare Membran (3) auf dem ringförmigen Kragen (7) des inneren Teils (6) des Ringes (2) befestigt ist.
  4. Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abtropfelement (8) eine allgemeine Form eines Scheibensegments hat.
  5. Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche des Abtropfelements (8) zwischen 5 und 50 % der Oberfläche des inneren Teils (6) entspricht, und dass der Rest des inneren Teils (6) von der zentralen Öffnung (10) gebildet ist.
  6. Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abtropfelement (8) einstückig mit dem Ring (2) hergestellt ist.
  7. Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abziehbare Membran (3) auf den Ring (2) aufgesetzt ist, so dass sich ihre Lasche (15) über dem Abtropfelement (8) erstreckt und einen Abtropfvorgang durch das Abtropfelement (8) dank einer teilweisen Trennung von der abziehbaren Membran (3) ermöglicht.
  8. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längssymmetrieachsen (15' und 8') der Lasche (15) und des Abtropfelements (8) zusammenfallen oder praktisch zusammenfallen.
  9. Ring (2) mit einem Abtropfelement (8) für eine Abdeckung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
  10. Behälter, der dazu bestimmt ist, ein in einer Flüssigkeit liegendes Produkt aufzunehmen, umfassend einen Körper (C), der mit mindestens einer Abdeckung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 und/oder mindestens einem Ring (2) nach Anspruch 9 versehen ist.
