Claims (13)

  1. Sicherheitsvorrichtung gegen Unfälle bei der Scließung von Türen und Fenstern, die aus zwei Teilen besteht, wobei ein davon in der Vorderseite des Flügels (4) des Rahmenfalzes (1) ein festgelegter Streifen (18) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andere von Windungen (19) als Verlängerung des Streifens (18) auf der Seite des Bordes (14) von der Vorderseite (6) des Flügels (4) gebildet ist, wobei die Windungen in Öffnungen (7, 8) und diese auf Ebene des Türrahmens (5), die mit einziger Öffnung (7) realisert sind, eindringen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus starkem, widersetzenden Material hergestellt ist, das eine gute Elastizitätsgrenze aus stahl, Aluminium, Kunststoff, Titan oder anderes hat.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (18) eine veränderliche schwache Dicke von 0,2 mm bis 1 mm hat. Zudem ist sehr ermittelt, eine normale Schließung des Flügels (4) zu ermöglichen, ist auch wichtig, im Fall man bei der Vorbereitung einer Kerbe auf Ebene der Vorderseite (6) des Flügels (4) oder Vorderseite (9) des Türrahmens (5) von Rahmenfalz (1) geht, um diesen Streifen (18) unterzubringen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (18) flach ist und eine veränderliche Breite von minus 1 bis 3 cm und mehr hat und entweder teitweise oder insgesamt die Oberfläche der Vorderseite (6) des Flügels klebt und anpasst.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (18) von Leimen oder anhand einer Schraube festgelegt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (18) eine Länge hat, die der Zone (20) mit einem hohen Risiko fur die Kinder und der Zone (21) mit einem Risiko für die Erwachsene und auch diese mit eine Risiko auf Ebene des Fensters entspricht.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Windungen (19) eine rechteckige Form und verdoppelte oder einen einzigen Faden haben. Sie sind voneinander um 1 cm in den Zonen (21) entfernt, mit Risiko für die Erwachsene und um etwa 0,4 cm in den Zonen (20) entfernt mit einem hohen Risiko für die Kinder.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung mit zwei Öffnungen (7, 8) eine veränderliche Länge und Krümmung gemäss des Vermögenswerstes der Winkel (11) und (12) und gemäss der Stellung der Öffnungen (7, 8) haben.
  9. Vorrichtung nach der Ansprüche 1 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Leitungen mit zwei Öffnungen (7, 8) eingesetzende Windungen (19) mit massgebender Länge und in schwächer Krümmung sind und diese mit einer einzigen Öffnung (7) aus einem Materiai in hoher Elastizitätsgrenze hergellt sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach der Ansprüche 1 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die in der Leitungen mit zwei Öffnungen (7, 8) eingesetzende Windungen (19) mit kürzer Länge und in hoher Krümmung aus einem Material in einer durchschnittlicher Elastizitätsgrenze hergestellt sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie für die Windungen, die die Leitungen mit verdoppelten Öffnung (7, 8) eindrücken und die von der Öffnung (8) ausgeht, auf Ebene der Öffnung (8) eine Maske (22) umfasst, die in Form des Quaders oder des Zylinders ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Leitungen mit zwei Öffnungen (7, 8) un der mit einziger Öffnung (7) ausreichend wichtig ist, um eine leichte Bewegung der Windungen (19) zu ermöglichen.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchführung der Leitungen mit zwei Öffnungen (7, 8) und schwacher Krümmung und der Leitungen mit in einer einzigen Öffnung (7) den Wandkörper erreicht, im Fall die Dicke des Türrahmens (5) unzureichend ist, die Windungen (19) unterzubringen.
