Abstract

Bei einem Profilsystem (1) für Böden (9) zur Abdeckung von Freiräumen in Bodenbelägen und/oder zur Überbrückung von Höhenunterschieden zwischen verschiedenen Bodenbelägen, bestehend aus einem am Boden fixierbaren Bodenprofil (2) und einem daran anbringbaren Abdeckprofil (3), wobei ein im Abstand über dem Boden (9) angeordneter und gegen den Boden (9) entsprechend abgestützter, im Wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichteter Bereich (12) für die Befestigung des Abdeckprofils (3) an dem Bodenprofil (2) mittels bei montiertem Abdeckprofil (3) den Bereich (12) durchgreifender selbstschneidender Schrauben (7) vorgesehen ist, ist vorgesehen, dass zum einen das Abdeckprofil (3) einen Teilbereich (4) mit zwei unterseitig vorstehenden und einander zugewandt gegenüberliegenden, in Längsrichtung des Abdeckprofils (3) verlaufenden und einwärts weisenden, parallel zueinander ausgebildeten inneren Kontaktflächen (16) aufweist, und zum anderen das Bodenprofil (2) ein Führungselement (10) mit zwei oberseitig vorstehenden, in Längsrichtung des Bodenprofils (2) verlaufenden, zumindest oberseitig einen dem Abstand der Kontaktflächen (16) des Abdeckprofils (3) entsprechenden Abstand aufweisenden Kontaktflächen (11) beinhaltet, welche aussenseitig an dem im Wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichteten Bereich (12) des Bodenprofils (2) vorgesehen und auswärts weisend ausgebildet sind, wobei die inneren Kontaktflächen (16) des Abdeckprofils (3) die äusseren Kontaktflächen (11) des Bodenprofils (2) bei montiertem Abdeckprofil (3) seitlich umfassen und durch diese seitlich geführt sind.
