Abstract

Pour que l'utilisateur reçoive par palpation des informations directes sur les conditions du champ opératoire et ne ressente pas une perte de contrôle, il est proposé selon l'invention que l'élément de support (12) entoure une surface effective de traversée (11) d'accès libre et essentiellement circulaire dont le centre est situé sur l'axe longitudinal de l'instrument d'insertion.
