Claims (4)

  1. Scharnier, das dazu dient, die Blockierung von beweglichen Rahmengestellen zu ermöglichen und als Jalousiehalter, Fensterfeststeller, Öffnungsschutz, Diebstahlschutz, Türhalter zu funktionieren, das genannte Scharnier besteht aus einem Außenscharnier (1"") und einem Innenscharnier (2""), das dazu dient, operativ mit dem genannten Bestandteil des Außenscharniers (1"") verbunden zu werden, das genannte Bestandteil des Außenscharniers (1"") ist mit einem Bolzen (90, 91) ausgestattet, der einerseits aus einer geformten Außenfläche (90), die als Schloss funktioniert, und einerseits aus einer glatten Außenfläche (91) besteht, die als Führung dient, das genannte Bestandteil des Innenscharniers (2"") ist mit einer geformten Buchse (50) ausgestattet, um durch die Verbindung mit dem geformten Teil des genannten Bolzens (90, 91) eine on-off-Bewegung der Verankerung des Scharniers mit darauf folgender Blockierung des beweglichen Rahmengestells in zahlreichen Positionen in einem Drehbereich von 0° bis 180° am Scharnier zu ermöglichen, das selbstblockierende Scharnier wird durch eine Feder (100) angetrieben, die im Außenscharnier (1"") enthalten ist, während das Scharnier blockiert ist, führt es das Ende der Drehung aus, da der Scharnierbolzen (90, 91) automatisch funktioniert, die genannte Feder hat die Funktion, den Bolzen (90, 91) des Außenscharniers (1"") zu aktivieren, der in der Buchse (70) des Innenscharniers (2"") gebunden wird, sodass eine Feststellung an einem bestimmten Punkt ermöglicht wird, und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das genannte Außenscharnier (1"") mit dem genannten Bolzen (90, 91) ausgestattet ist, dessen geformte Außenfläche (90) eine Halbmondform hat, und dessen glatte Außenfläche (91) konzentrisch ist, und es dem Scharnier ermöglicht, wie ein normales Scharnier zu funktionieren, die genannte Buchse (50) des genannten Innenscharniers (2"") ist unabhängig und enthält einen Halbmond (70), der im Verhältnis zu ihm hohl ist, die Buchse ist außerdem mit einem Hohlraum (25) ausgestattet, um den Winkel der Halteposition einzustellen, um einer Schraube (26), die am Hals des Innenscharniers (2"") angebracht ist, zu ermöglichen, die Drehung der Buchse (50) durch Spannen des genannten Hohlraums (25) zu blockieren, die genannte Feder (100) ermöglicht dem Bolzen (90, 91), sich auszubreiten und in der Buchse (50) blockiert zu werden, wenn die beiden Hälften axial zueinander liegen, die Halteposition dient dazu, in unterschiedlichen Gradationen von 0 bis 180° eingestellt zu werden, und zwar an dem Punkt, der aufgrund der unabhängigen Buchse (50), die im Innenscharnier (2"") durch die Buchsen-Schrauben-Lösung (25, 26) eingestellt werden kann, als zweckmäßig betrachtet wird.
  2. Scharnier gemäß Patentanspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es aus Aluminium oder Stahl oder Eisen oder Kunststoff oder Messing besteht.
  3. Scharnier gemäß Patentanspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es zwei Flügel hat (1"", 2"").
  4. Scharnier gemäß einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es außerdem mit einer Scharnierabdeckung (10) ausgestattet ist.
