Claims (8)
- Procédé pour le démoulage de pièces coulées (6) solidifiées dans des moules de coulée en sable (1), dans lequel les moules de coulée en sable (1) sont évacuées par transport, en rangée, successivement, sur un support (2) à partir d'une position de coulée (3),où, avant d'atteindre un bord d'extrémité (12) du support (2), qui détermine une position de désagrégation des moules de coulée en sable (1), dans laquelle le sable de moulage s'élimine en tombant de la pièce coulée (6),au moins un rail de maintien (13, 14) pénètre avec une extrémité, en sens inverse du sens de transport, dans les moules de coulée en sable (1)afin de recevoir les pièces coulées (6) de manière alignée sur le rail de maintien (13, 14), caractérisé en ce que les pièces coulées (6) sur le rail de maintien (13, 14) sont déplacées en glissant sur le rail de maintien (13, 14) par le transport des moules de coulée en sable (1) sur le support (2), de telle sorte qu'elles forment une rangée de pièces coulées (6) en butée les unes contre les autres.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs rails de maintien (13, 14) parallèles les uns aux autres sont utilisés.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les pièces coulées (6) sont suspendues entre les rails de maintien (13, 14), de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'un élargissement de coulée (9).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le support (2) forme une piste de glissement sur laquelle les moules de coulée en sable (1) peuvent être déplacées en étant en contact les unes contre les autres et/ou en ce que le support (2) lui-même est mobile dans le sens du transport.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les pièces coulées (6) sont évacuées par transport au-delà de l'autre extrémité du rail de maintien (13,14) pour un traitement ultérieur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les pièces coulées (6) sont évacuées par transport en tournant autour d'un axe vertical.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les pièces coulées (6) sont acheminées vers un dispositif de séparation (18) pour la séparation des carottes (8).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de séparation (18) utilise un dispositif de cisaillage pourvu d'une matrice (19) et d'un piston (20).
