Claims (8)
- Système de chargement de haut-fourneau (12) pour alimenter un matériau de charge à l'intérieur du foyer d'un haut-fourneau (10), ledit système (12) comprenant au moins deux trémies (16) pour stocker temporairement un matériau de charge, chaque trémie (16) comprenant un ensemble de décharge (30) pour alimenter ledit matériau de charge de la trémie (16) respective jusque dans le foyer d'un haut-fourneau (10) ; ledit ensemble de décharge (30) comprenant :un canal de décharge incliné (36) ayant, à son extrémité inférieure, un clapet de matière (38) permettant une maîtrise du flux de matériau de charge à l'extrémité inférieure du canal de décharge (36) ;un anneau de protection (50) agencé à proximité du clapet de matière (38) pour conduire le matériau de charge dudit canal de décharge (36) jusqu'à un siège d'étanchéité (46) dudit ensemble de décharge (30);un panneau chauffé (52) agencé sur ledit anneau de protection (50), ledit panneau chauffé (52) étant formé par un corps en cuivre en forme de panneau (66) ayant des canaux de fluide (70) agencés dans celui-ci de façon à former un canal menant d'une entrée de fluide (72) jusqu'à une sortie de fluide (74).
- Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits canaux de fluide (70) dans ledit corps en cuivre en forme de panneau sont des canaux de fluide formés par moulage.
- Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits canaux de fluide (70) dans ledit corps en cuivre en forme de panneau sont des canaux de fluide formés par perçage.
- Système selon la revendication 3, dans lequel des bouchons sont agencés dans les parties d'extrémité desdits canaux de fluide percés.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel ledit panneau chauffé (52) a une forme correspondant à la forme dudit canal de décharge (36), dans lequel ledit corps en cuivre en forme de panneau (66) est formé en ledit panneau chauffé en forme (52) après formation desdits canaux de fluide (70) dans celui-ci.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel ledit panneau chauffé (52) comprend un élément de connexion (76) pour connecter ledit panneau chauffé (52) audit anneau de protection (50).
- Système selon la revendication 6, dans lequel un alliage de cuivre résistant à l'usure est agencé sur une partie inférieure d'une face avant du panneau chauffé (52) et sur une face avant de l'élément de connexion (76).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel lesdits canaux de fluide comprennent une entrée de fluide (72) et une sortie de fluide (74), lesdites entrée et sortie de fluide (72, 74) étant connectées à un circuit de fluide pour délivrer un fluide chaud audit panneau chauffé (52).
