Definitions
- the invention relates to a dishwasher, in particular domestic dishwasher, with a rinsing container for receiving items to be cleaned, wherein the items to be washed can be acted upon by a rinsing liquor liquid via at least one first spraying device and / or at least one further introduction unit and wherein a switchable inflow inhibition is provided which in one fürlrudwolf all supply lines for the inflow of Spülflottenrawkeit to both the first sprayer and to each other introduction unit leaves open and locks in a closed position at least one inflow to the at least one other introduction unit wholly or partially.
- rinsing liquor liquid is water, in particular multi-circulating water, which may be mixed with rinsing or cleaning agents, rinse aid, chemical additives, and / or dirt particles - depending on the phase of operation of the dishwasher - understood. It is known to supply this rinsing liquor liquid via a circulation pump and this downstream spray arms to the washing container during operation.
- rinse liquor or rinse liquor it is desirable, in certain operating conditions, to supply rinse liquor or rinse liquor to a single spray device, e.g. one
- Spray arm of several provided in the washing container of the dishwasher SprühOL. Introduction units such as e.g. Concentrate low spray, thereby increasing the pressure at which the wash liquor emerges from this Sprühvorrichturng, and thus also to solve stubborn dirt better.
- Concentrate low spray thereby increasing the pressure at which the wash liquor emerges from this Sprühvorrichturng, and thus also to solve stubborn dirt better.
- the invention is based on the problem of achieving an improvement here.
- this object is achieved in a dishwasher of the type mentioned in that the inflow inhibition at least one in the stream of Flush liquor liquid arranged and contactless controllable closure body comprises, at least between the all supply lines to the first spray device and the one or more introduction unit (s) releasing open position and the blocking closed position in which the at least one supply line to the at least one further introduction unit is locked alone can be driven by non-contact introduced force.
- the invention provides a dishwasher in which an inflow inhibition of one or more further introduction units, for example a further spray arm or a nozzle arrangement, is made possible in a simple and in particular by an external control, so that in the flow region of the rinsing liquid or rinsing liquor only few changes compared to one Dishwasher without such inflow inhibition are required. Due to the contactlessness of the control and the introduction of force, it is unnecessary to lay cables or mechanically controlling elements between the flow area of the rinsing liquor and the dry outside area. Also, expensive valves are unnecessary. The fact that in manrud too
- a simple and reliable solution provides that the inflow inhibiting closure body is movable by magnetic force.
- this actuator can be completely unaffected by rinsing and also easy to retrofit in the outer space, so that the assembly effort for this is low.
- the closure body is associated with a further magnet arrangement, such that the outer, controlling magnet arrangement is displaceable by movement of the actuator in at least a first position, in which they one on the Magnetic arrangement of the closure body attractive force, or in a second position is displaceable, in which it exerts a repulsive force on the magnet assembly of the closure body.
- the outer magnet assembly can exert force in both directions on the closure body, so that a corrosion or wear-prone return element, such as a spring or even an additional drive, within the space occupied by the wash liquor is completely unnecessary.
- the closure body comprises a pivot lever, which releases or closes at least one inflow channel to another introduction unit by its pivoting with a flange. Then a simple pivoting movement of the closure body with only one degree of freedom is possible. Then, in particular, the second magnet arrangement may be located at the short, otherworldly end of the pivot lever, so that a translation is achieved and only a very small magnetic force is required for the movement of the pivot lever.
- an inflow channel to a lower spray arm remains free, so that there held pots, plates or similar large, pollution-intensive parts can be acted upon with high pressure of the wash liquor.
- closure body is disposed within a downstream of an outlet of a circulating pump and an inlet into the washing compartment upstream distribution space, so that here for an outside to be attached actuator comparatively much space is available and the narrow lines to the actual spray arms or other introduction units can remain free of further measures.
- FIG. 1 shows a dishwasher in an embodiment according to the invention with a further injection unit comprising an upper spray arm in a schematic side view, and
- FIG. 2 is a detail view of a arranged between the circulating pump and the spray arms of a dishwasher and sealed to the outside distribution space with in the closed position (dashed) and in fürlrudwolf (drawn through) Shutter body shown, the dishwasher corresponds approximately to that shown in Figure 1 ,.
- the dishwasher 1 shown in Figure 1 is a household dishwasher, which may be designed for example as a built-in appliance or as a stand-alone device. Also a device with reduced compared to standard dimensions Dimensions can be designed according to the invention and benefit from the resulting advantages.
- the illustrated dishwasher 1 comprises a washing container 2 for receiving items to be cleaned, such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils or the like, wherein the washing compartment 2 can be closed by a front door 3.
- the closed door position is shown in the schematic side view of the dishwasher 1 according to FIG.
- an upper crockery basket 4 and a lower crockery basket 5 are provided by way of example in the washing container 2, in each of which wash ware can be held. This is via a lower spray arm 6, which is seconded below the lower crockery basket 5, and at least one further introduction unit 7, which is here designed as an upper spray arm, which is arranged under the upper dish basket 4, with Spülflottenrawkeit S, each with an upward Component acted upon.
- the further introduction unit can also be replaced by a
- the lower dish rack 5 is here designed such that in him larger parts, such as pans, pots or plates, can be kept, in particular so that its inner or upper side thereby facing down. Possibly burned areas can then be reached and processed from below with wash liquor S, in order to be able to remove burnt residues or other heavy soiling if necessary.
- the dishwasher 1 further comprises a feed device 8 for
- Fresh water FW, via the externally supplied fresh water FW can be introduced into the washing compartment 2.
- the water from the washing compartment 2 collects due to its gravity as a rinse S in a collecting pot 9, located in the lower part of the Rinse tank 2 as a recess in its bottom, which is also referred to as a washing tub 16 is located.
- the collecting pot 9 is followed by a circulating pump 10, with the aid of which the rinsing liquor S can be pumped out of the collecting pot 9 via a heater 1 1 to a distribution space 12 during a circulation phase of a rinse cycle.
- the circulating pump, the heater 11 and the distribution chamber 12 can be combined to form a common component and housed in particular in a common housing.
- a suds pump 14 is furthermore provided, which is connected on the suction side to collection pot 9 and on the output side to a waste water connection line 15.
- the drain pump 14 it is possible to pump out wash liquor S during a pumping down phase of a wash cycle as wastewater AW to the outside.
- Said distribution space 12 is surrounded by a circumferential and flexible seal 17 (see Figure 2) and has here two outputs, of which a first output 18 leads to the lower spray arm 6 and a second outlet 19 to the further introduction unit 7, here is designed as an upper spray arm for acting on the upper crockery basket 4. If more spray arms or other outlets are provided, correspondingly more outputs may be present.
- the dishwashing machine 1 drawn here is advantageously free of a water diverter and valves, in particular solenoid valves, for distributing the rinsing liquor S to the two spray arms 6, 7.
- the distribution chamber 12 is a between different functional positions movable closure body 13. With its help is controlled or regulated that funded by the circulation pump 10 wash liquor S when rinsing dishes either by one of the spray arms 6, 7 or by both spray arms simultaneously in the Rinse tank 2 can be introduced to clean the items to be washed there.
- the closure body can therefore wholly or partially inhibit the inflow of wash liquor S to at least one of the two spray arms 6, 7 and thus forms a switchable inflow inhibition.
- the arranged in the flow of rinsing fluid S closure body 13 is controlled by a dry area outside the rinsing water contactless and thereby between a all inflow lines 18, 19 to the two spray arms 6, 7 releasing open position and at least one inflow line 19 to the upper spray arm 7 blocking Closed position movable.
- a pivot lever closure body 13 solely by magnetic force between its closed position and open position movable.
- an actuator 20 connected to a controlling magnet arrangement 21 is provided outside the flow of rinsing fluid S.
- the closure body 13 is assigned a further magnet arrangement 22. This is conveniently arranged beyond a pivot axis 24 of the closure body 13 forming pivot lever on a short arm of the pivot lever, so that a translation between the short lever and the long, free end is formed.
- the lock body designed as a pivot lever 13 is held in the open position such that its then flange 25 between the openings 06, 07 of the supply lines 18; 19 is located to the lower spray arm 6 and the upper spray arm 7 and this leaves it free.
- the inflow line 19 is covered to the upper spray arm 7 and thereby completely or partially closed.
- it is viewed in longitudinal section preferably formed approximately L-shaped, wherein the foot or the short side of this L ' forms the flange 25, while at the longer arm portion of the L ' s at the outer end of the rotation axis 24 of the pivot lever is provided.
- pivot bearing for the pivot lever on the inner surface of the seal 17 or 17 of this preceding pipe section, which adjoins the output side of the circulation pump and / or the heating provided.
- a pivot lever formed closure body as here 13 held in the open position such that its flange such as 25 in a Park position between the opening 06 of at least one supply line such as 18 to the first spray device such as 6 and the opening such as 07 of at least one supply line such as 19 is located to the at least one other introduction unit (s) such as 7 and these openings as eg 06, 07 leaves it free.
- the pivot lever whose top mounted flange 25 is positioned in an area between the two openings 06, 07.
- This parking area preferably has a cross-sectional width which corresponds at least to the flange width of the flange.
- both openings 06, 07 are completely open in the open position of the pivot lever.
- the flange width of the flange 25 is at least the opening cross-sectional width of the opening to be covered 07 selected for supply line 19 to the upper spray arm 7, so that the supply line 19 in the closed position of the pivot arm or pivot lever can be largely completely sealed, so that only the supply line 18 to the lower Spray arm 6 remains open and only this can be acted upon substantially alone with Spülflotten mickeit.
- the flange 25 may preferably be slightly flexible (exaggerated in FIG. 2) so as to be able to nestle and seal against the opening of the inflow conduit 19, as described in more detail below.
- the outer actuator 20 may comprise a linear drive, with the example, a train-push rod 23 is more or less vertically retractable and extendable. This pull-push rod 23 carries the controlling magnet arrangement 21 and can thus also displace it upwards and downwards.
- the closure body can be moved via the actuator 20 indirectly both in the closing and in the forward direction.
- the controlling magnet arrangement 21 is displaceable by movement of the actuator 20 into at least a first position, in which it exerts a force which attracts the magnet arrangement 22 of the closure body 13.
- the closure body 13, which, as described above, here one, preferably approximately L-shaped pivot lever comprises, can thereby be pulled outwardly and so pivoted outwardly about its transverse axis 24 in the manner of a rocker or rocker arm.
- the flange 25 lying at the free end of the pivoting lever passes into one of the at least one Zuflußtechnisch 19 partially or - as here - completely occlusive closed position, so that then the guided through the distribution chamber 12 rinse S can only enter the inflow line 18 to the lower spray arm 6.
- controlling magnet assembly 21 is displaceable in at least a second position in which it exerts a repulsive force on the magnet assembly 22 of the closure body 13.
- the closure body 13 thereby pivots in opposite directions, so that the flange 25, the supply line 19 no longer locks and thus both inflow lines 18, 19 can be acted upon to the spray arms 6, 7 or other introduction units again with wash liquor S. Also intermediate positions for a partial pressure increase on a spray arm 6 may be possible.
- the controlling and linearly displaceable magnet assembly 21 comprises a bar magnet, the different poles depending on the position of the actuator can act on the closure body 13 with magnetic force and so depending on the stroke of the train push rod this act in the closing or in the transmission direction with force. Further controlling or driving elements for one of the directions of movement of the closure body 13 are then unnecessary.
- the closure body 13 is pivoted by the controlling magnet assembly 21 by attracting force to the magnet assembly 22 of the closure body 13 in the open position and by repulsive force in the closed position in which the flange 25 closes the supply line 19 to the upper spray arm 7 ,
- the closure body 13 does not necessarily have to form a pivot lever, but may for example also form a linear or otherwise displaceable latch.
- the exemplary pivoting lever is particularly advantageous because it only requires a pivoting of a few degrees between its positions to move its flange 25 from the closed position to the open position, ie it can thereby with very little effort and without further support, such as by flow , can be relocated.
- the pivoting lever shown here itself comprises a large opening 26, so that in the passage position shown in Figure 2, the wash liquor S can flow through them.
- the flange 25 stands in the rest position between the supply channels 18, 19 and therefore releases both.
- the activation of the power zone function can be done manually or within an automatic program sequence, for example for intensive flushing.
- An automated detection of the contamination of the wash liquor S can also be provided, so that then the dishwasher 1 can switch the power zone function automatically and due to the internal self-regulation.
