Abstract

Eine Abzugsvorrichtung dienst insbesondere zum Abziehen von Wrasen, Dünsten oder dergleichen. Sie weist wenigstens einen entlang der Seite eines Kochfelds (10) verlaufenden Absaugschacht (11) mit einer sich entlang des Kochfeldes erstreckenden, länglichen Absaugöffnung (12) auf, wobei der Absaugschacht (11) über einen Absaugkanal mit einem Sauggebläse in Wirkverbindung steht. Dadurch, dass auch hinter dem Kochfeld (10) und/oder zwischen das Kochfeld bildenden Kochmulden ein Absaugschacht (14) mit einer entlang des Kochfelds verlaufenden, länglichen Absaugöffnung (15) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Absaugschächte (11,14) unter der Ebene des Kochfeldes (10) in einem gemeinsamen Absaugkanal zusammengeführt sind, lässt sich die Effektivität einer derartigen Abzugsvorrichtung steigem.
