Description
- La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de chauffage d'eau comprenant un châssis autoportant, des réservoirs d'eau indépendants et des moyens de chauffe.
- Elle trouvera en particulier son application dans la production d'eau chaude sanitaire à usage domestique.
- Les dispositifs de chauffe eau à usage domestique sont classiquement constitués d'un seul réservoir de forme cylindrique, encombrant et difficilement intégrable dans l'habitat moderne. Ces dispositifs impliquent de chauffer la totalité du volume d'eau contenu dans le réservoir quelque soit par ailleurs le besoin à prélever.
- De plus, ils disposent généralement d'un moyen de chauffe situé à l'intérieur du réservoir accélérant ainsi les phénomènes de corrosion. La présence d'une faible surface d'échange, provoque l'apparition de points chauds qui favorisent la formation de calcaire et limite la durée de vie du moyen de chauffe.
- La présente invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients.
- Elle comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique un dispositif de stockage de l'eau d'une géométrie permettant une intégration aisée, constitué de tubes-réservoirs qui sont des réservoirs cylindriques de faibles diamètres agencés verticalement sur un même plan, calorifugés, indépendants, reliés entre eux par des tuyaux situés à l'extérieur des tubes-réservoirs et reposant sur l'armature d'un châssis autoportant. L'eau d'alimentation arrive par le bas du premier tube-réservoir par la bride de fond, puis circule d'un tube-réservoir à l'autre par l'intermédiaire des tuyaux extérieurs, assurant ainsi le remplissage. Le point de prélèvement d'eau est situé sur la bride de fond du dernier tube-réservoir. Le châssis autoportant qui sert à supporter les tubes-réservoirs, est adapté pour intégrer les éléments d'un ensemble standard de WC suspendu.
- L'avantage est ainsi de pouvoir contenir et chauffer un volume d'eau important (qui peut être variable en fonction du nombre et du diamètre des tubes-réservoirs) dans un espace situé au dessus du réservoir d'eau d'un ensemble standard de WC suspendu, et de part sa faible épaisseur de pouvoir être intégré dans le volume mort d'une double cloison.
- Selon une seconde caractéristique, la présente invention propose un moyen de chauffe qui se présente sous la forme d'un panneau chauffant de grande surface, appliqué sur la paroi extérieure du tube-réservoir. Ce moyen de chauffe est indépendant pour chaque tube-réservoir et individuellement équipé d'une sonde de température relié à un système de régulation électronique centralisé. Cela permet en fonction du besoin, de ne chauffer et réguler à la température choisie, un ou plusieurs tubes-réservoirs et d'optimiser ainsi le volume d'eau chaude disponible immédiatement.
- L'avantage est d'adapter la consommation électrique au plus juste du besoin des utilisateurs et d'engendrer ainsi des économies d'énergie significatives.
- Un autre avantage de cette solution est, à puissance équivalente, d'augmenter énormément la surface d'échange entre l'élément chauffant et l'eau, ce qui diminue la puissance appliquée en watts par cm2, de supprimer totalement les points chauds et ainsi réduire fortement la formation naturelle de calcaire.
- Cette solution présente en outre l'avantage de mieux préserver dans le temps les performances de l'élément chauffant et d'augmenter considérablement sa durée de vie.
- Le dessin annexé qui illustre l'invention est donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif de l'invention.
Lafigure 1 représente, en coupe, un exemple de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention. - En référence à ce dessin, le dispositif comporte 4 tubes-réservoirs disposés verticalement (2), deux latéraux et deux centraux qui présentent une hauteur inférieure à celle des tubes-réservoirs latéraux afin de permettre son intégration à un mécanisme de WC suspendu (4) dans l'épaisseur du réservoir d'eau. L'ensemble du dispositif repose sur un châssis autoportant (1). Accrochées sur le châssis autoportant, des barres transversales (6) situées à différentes hauteurs supportent et maintiennent les tubes-réservoirs (2). Le réservoir et la cuvette du WC suspendu (4) sont fixés directement sur le cadre du châssis autoportant (1) à l'aide de cheville de fixation.
Le dispositif constitué du châssis autoportant (1), des tubes-réservoirs (2) et du mécanisme de WC suspendu (4) peut être encastré dans une double cloison (5). - La paroi extérieure de chaque tube-réservoir (2) est équipée d'un panneau chauffant rectangulaire (3) collé sur ladite paroi. Le panneau chauffant (3) est, par exemple électrique. L'ensemble composé du tube-réservoir (2), de son tuyau extérieur et du panneau chauffant est entièrement recouvert d'une couche d'isolant thermique.
- A titre d'exemple non limitatif, pour une capacité de 100 litres, le dispositif aura des dimensions de l'ordre de 81 cm pour la largeur, de 220 cm pour la hauteur et de 23 cm pour l'épaisseur.
- Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné dans une habitation, au chauffage de l'eau sanitaire à des fins domestiques.
Claims (2)
- Dispositif de stockage et de chauffage d'eau chaude sanitaire comprenant : un châssis autoportant (1), des tubes-réservoirs d'eau (2) reliés entre eux, des moyens de chauffe (3) et un système de régulation électronique centralisé, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins 2 tubes-réservoirs (2) comprenant chacun un moyen de chauffe (3) disposé sur la paroi externe dudit tube-réservoir (2), ledit système de régulation électronique centralisé étant destiné à déclencher le chauffage d'au moins un tube-réservoir (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le moyen de chauffe (3) est un panneau chauffant de grande surface équipé d'une sonde de température reliée au système de régulation électronique centralisé.
