Claims (15)
- Appareil d'aspiration (10 ; 170) aux fins de nettoyage, en particulier pour le nettoyage des sols, qui comprend les éléments suivants :- un récipient collecteur de saletés (24) pourvu d'une entrée d'aspiration (26) et d'une sortie d'aspiration (28), sur laquelle un filtre (34) est retenu,- un groupe d'aspiration (44) pour créer un vide dans le récipient collecteur de saletés (24),- une chambre d'aspiration (102) entre le groupe d'aspiration (44) et le filtre (34), pourvue d'une entrée d'air extérieur (112), par l'intermédiaire de laquelle de l'air extérieur peut affluer dans la chambre d'aspiration (102) pour agir sur le côté propre du filtre (34),- un ensemble de soupape (64 ; 116 ; 128 ; 138 ; 188) pourvu d'un siège de soupape (66 ; 132) formant l'entrée d'air extérieur (112) et d'un corps de soupape (68 ; 186) mobile par rapport audit siège, lequel corps, dans une position de fermeture, s'applique de manière étanche contre le siège de soupape (66 ; 132) et, dans une position d'ouverture, libère le siège de soupape (66 ; 132), ainsi que- un organe d'actionnement (76 ; 172), par l'actionnement duquel le corps de soupape (68 ; 186) peut être amené de la position de fermeture dans la position d'ouverture,caractérisé
en ce que l'appareil d'aspiration (10 ; 170) comporte un dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (108 ; 118 ; 136 ; 140), auquel une énergie à accumuler peut être amenée par actionnement de l'organe d'actionnement (76 ; 172) et duquel l'énergie accumulée peut être libérée pour amener le corps de soupape (68 ; 186) de la position de fermeture dans la position d'ouverture, et en ce que le dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (108 ; 118 ; 136 ; 140) comprend au moins un organe d'accumulation d'énergie (106 ; 126 ; 134 ; 148 ; 154) déformable élastiquement, dans lequel le au moins un organe d'accumulation d'énergie (106 ; 126 ; 134 ; 148 ; 154) est réalisé sous la forme d'un ressort (98 ; 156). - Appareil d'aspiration selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'énergie accumulée par le dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (108 ; 118 ; 136 ; 140) peut être délivrée au corps de soupape (68 ; 186) pour amener celui-ci de la position de fermeture dans la position d'ouverture.
- Appareil d'aspiration selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une force d'actionnement exercée par un utilisateur et agissant sur l'organe d'actionnement (76 ; 172) permet d'amener de l'énergie au dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (108 ; 118 ; 136 ; 140).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'actionnement (76 ; 172) est monté coulissant, pivotant et/ou rotatif sur l'appareil d'aspiration (10 ; 170).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'actionnement (76 ; 172) présente un élément d'appui (96 ; 178) destiné à s'appliquer contre le dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (108 ; 118 ; 136 ; 140) au moins lors de l'actionnement de l'organe d'actionnement (76 ; 172).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un organe d'accumulation d'énergie (106 ; 126 ; 134 ; 148 ; 154) comprend un élément d'appui (100 ; 158) destiné à s'appliquer contre le corps de soupape (68 ; 186) au moins lorsque le corps de soupape (68 ; 186) est amené de la position de fermeture dans la position d'ouverture.
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (108 ; 118 ; 136 ; 140) forme une partie (124) déformable élastiquement du corps de soupape (68 ; 186).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le corps de soupape (68 ; 186) présente une première partie (122) rigide s'appliquant de manière étanche contre le siège de soupape (66 ; 132) dans la position de fermeture, et une deuxième partie (124) qui forme la partie (124) déformable élastiquement.
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de soupape (68 ; 186) est monté pivotant sur l'appareil d'aspiration (10 ; 170).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le corps de soupape (68 ; 186) forme un levier pourvu d'une première partie formant un premier bras de levier, laquelle première partie s'applique contre le siège de soupape (66 ; 132) dans la position de fermeture, ainsi que d'une deuxième partie formant un deuxième bras de levier, laquelle deuxième partie peut être soumise à l'effet de l'énergie pouvant être délivrée par le dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (108 ; 118 ; 136 ; 140).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de soupape (68 ; 186) est réalisé au moins en partie en forme de plaque.
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le siège de soupape (66 ; 132) forme une surface d'étanchéité courbée.
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil d'aspiration (10 ; 170) présente un premier dispositif de rappel destiné à amener le corps de soupape (68 ; 186) de la position d'ouverture dans la position de fermeture.
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil d'aspiration (10 ; 170) présente un deuxième dispositif de rappel (115) destiné à amener l'organe d'actionnement (76 ; 172) d'une position d'actionnement, dans laquelle de l'énergie peut être amenée au dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (108 ; 118 ; 136 ; 140), dans une position de repos, dans laquelle aucune énergie ne peut être amenée au dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (108 ; 118 ; 136 ; 140).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil d'aspiration (10 ; 170) est réalisé sous la forme d'un aspirateur (10 ; 170).
