Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de contrôle de l'authenticité de billets de banque comportant au moins une fenêtre de sécurité entièrement ou partiellement transparente, les billets de banque (1, 10, 15) se composant d'un substrat de billet de banque qui possède au moins une couche (6, 7, 12, 13, 17) absorbant les UV et évitant sensiblement les émissions et les réflexions dans la plage de longueurs d'onde UV, et la fenêtre de sécurité (2, 11, 16) possédant une substance qui est fluorescente dans la plage de longueurs d'onde des UV, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    irradiation d'un billet de banque (1, 10, 15) avec un rayonnement ayant une longueur d'onde dans la plage des UV du spectre,
    détection avec résolution spatiale du rayonnement émis par le billet de banque (1, 10, 15) au moyen d'au moins un capteur, la sensibilité du capteur dans la plage de longueurs d'onde du rayonnement stimulant étant inférieure à celle dans la plage du rayonnement émis par le billet de banque, ou la longueur d'onde du rayonnement stimulant se trouvant en-dehors de la plage de sensibilité du capteur,
    caractérisé en ce que le produit de l'intensité de la diffusion directe exempte de fluorescence d'un billet de banque authentique avec le rayonnement stimulant d'une part et la sensibilité du capteur dans la plage de longueurs d'onde du rayonnement stimulé d'autre part, est inférieur au produit de l'intensité de la fluorescence à analyser à la longueur d'onde λ d'une part et la sensibilité du capteur dans la plage de cette longueur d'onde λ d'autre part.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le billet de banque (1, 10, 15) est irradié avec un rayonnement dont la longueur d'onde est inférieure à 380 nm.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le billet de banque (1, 10, 15) est irradié avec un rayonnement dont la longueur d'onde est inférieure à 350 nm.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que seul un rayonnement dont la longueur d'onde est supérieure à 380 nm est démontré avec le capteur.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rayonnement émis par la totalité de la surface d'un billet de banque (1, 10, 15) qui fait face au capteur est détecté.
  6. Dispositif de contrôle de l'authenticité de billets de banque comportant au moins une fenêtre de sécurité entièrement ou partiellement transparente, les billets de banque (1, 10, 15) se composant d'un substrat de billet de banque qui possède au moins une couche (3, 4, 12, 13, 17) absorbant les UV et évitant sensiblement les émissions et les réflexions dans la plage de longueurs d'onde UV, et la fenêtre de sécurité (2, 11, 16) possédant une substance qui est fluorescente dans la plage de longueurs d'onde des UV, destiné à mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, le dispositif étant équipé d'au moins une source de rayonnement UV (8) qui irradie un billet de banque avec un rayonnement ayant une longueur d'onde ou dans une plage de longueurs d'onde de la plage spectrale des UV, et le dispositif étant équipé d'au moins un capteur qui détecte avec résolution spatiale le rayonnement émis par le billet de banque (1, 10, 15), et la sensibilité du capteur dans la plage des longueurs d'onde du rayonnement stimulant étant inférieure à celle dans la plage du rayonnement émis par le billet de banque, ou que la longueur d'onde du rayonnement stimulant se trouve en-dehors de la plage de sensibilité du capteur,
    caractérisé en ce que le produit de l'intensité de la diffusion directe exempte de fluorescence d'un billet de banque authentique avec le rayonnement stimulant d'une part et la sensibilité du capteur dans la plage des longueurs d'onde du rayonnement stimulé d'autre part, est inférieur au produit de l'intensité de la fluorescence à analyser à la longueur d'onde λ d'une part et la sensibilité du capteur dans la plage de cette longueur d'onde λ d'autre part.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la source de rayonnement UV (8) possède plusieurs LED à UV disposées les unes à côté des autres en une rangée.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les longueurs d'onde de la source de rayonnement UV (8) sont inférieures à 380 nm.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que les longueurs d'onde de la source de rayonnement UV (8) sont inférieures à 350 nm.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le capteur possède un capteur linéaire par rapport auquel les billets de banque (1, 10, 15) sont déplacés avec une vitesse relative.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la limite inférieure de la plage de sensibilité du capteur est de 380 nm.
