Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Entpackvorrichtung, welche automatisiert die um ein Packgut befindliche Verpackung aufschneidet und vollständig vom Packgut trennt, wozu die Verpackung maschinell gefasst und gespannt wird und in diesem Zustand aufgeschnitten wird.
Das verpackte Gut (10) wird auf einem Spannteller (3) abgelegt, mit dieser in einer Spannkammer (2) bewegt und dabei durch Kontakt mit den Wänden der Spannkammer ausgerichtet, festgeklemmt und gespannt, dann gemeinsam mit der Spannkammer gedreht, dabei durch ein nicht mit gedrehtes Messer (5) aufgeschnitten und schließlich gemeinsam mit dem oberen Teil (10.1) der Verpackung durch einen Abschieber (6) vom Spannteller (3) weg geschoben.
Die erfindungsgemäße Entpackvorrichtung ist insbesondere in Verpflegungsautomaten vorteilhaft einsetzbar, in denen Lebensmittelportionen in luftdicht verpacktem Zustand aufbewahrt und in erhitztem Zustand ausgegeben werden, wozu die Verpackung vor dem Erhitzungsvorgang zu entfernen ist.
