Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif d'application et de répartition dosées de matières hautement visqueuses, notamment de colles, graisses, cires ou similaires, comprenant une cartouche présentant un volume de remplissage prédéfini, la matière étant située dans celle-ci ou étant apte à être introduite dans celle-ci et la cartouche présentant une stabilité propre de telle sorte que la matière respective puisse sortir via un orifice situé sur la cartouche au moyen d'un poinçon qui fait partie intégrante de la cartouche, et une structure de type tuyère (3), l'orifice passant dans la structure de type tuyère (3) ou étant apte à être relié à la structure (3), la structure (3) possédant, côté sortie de matière, des prolongements (10) espacés entourant l'orifice de sortie (4) proprement dit, pour répartir la matière qui sort sur une surface sans moyen auxiliaire, et la structure se présentant en outre en forme de plaque (9),
    caractérisé en ce que la structure présente, du côté comprenant l'orifice de sortie (4), une pluralité de prolongements (10) en cône tronqué ou en pyramide tronquée qui sont disposés en rangées en direction x et y et sont exécutés, au moins en direction x, de manière décalée les uns par rapport aux autres.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les prolongements sont élastiques.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la structure constituée d'une plaque (9) comprenant des prolongements (10) est apte à être reliée par engagement positif au corps (3) de la cartouche au niveau de l'orifice de sortie (4).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les prolongements sont situés à une distance latérale de l'orifice de tuyère.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les prolongements possèdent une dilatation de longueur différente et/ou une surface de section transversale différente.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la structure de type tuyère est fixée de manière détachable à la cartouche pour pouvoir utiliser différentes tuyères adaptées pour le cas d'application respectif.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les prolongements sont disposés de façon annulaire ou circulaire autour de l'orifice de sortie proprement dit.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins un prolongement est constitué comme écarteur pour l'application de la matière hautement visqueuse respective.
