Claims (14)

  1. Appareil frigorifique, notamment appareil frigorifique à usage domestique, présentant un corps (2) muni d'un espace intérieur réfrigérable et un vantail de porte calorifugé (3), ménagé pour l'ouverture et la fermeture de l'espace intérieur, articulé sur le corps (2), lequel vantail de porte présente une porte intérieure (5) et une porte extérieure (6) qui, en commun avec deux montants (14) s'étendant verticalement et un capuchon terminal supérieur et un capuchon terminal inférieur (15, 16) s'étendant horizontalement, reliant les deux montants, délimitent un espace creux (12) rempli d'une matière isolante (13), caractérisé en ce que la porte extérieure (6) est réalisée comme un élément composite en forme de plaque constitué d'un support (7) en forme de plaque tourné vers la porte intérieure (5), notamment en métal, d'une plaque de verre (8) et d'une couche collante (9) en forme de plaque disposée entre le support (7) en forme de plaque et la plaque de verre (8), au moyen de laquelle couche collante le support (7) en forme de plaque et la plaque de verre (8) sont reliés.
  2. Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'entre le support (7) en forme de plaque et la matière isolante (13) est disposée une couche formée notamment à partir de matière plastique, sur laquelle la porte extérieure (6) est fixée au support (7) en forme de plaque.
  3. Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la matière isolante (13) est directement adjacente de manière plane au support (7) en forme de plaque, notamment en ce qu'elle y adhère.
  4. Appareil frigorifique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche collante en forme de plaque est réalisée comme une feuille adhésive (9) qui est notamment transparente, et/ou en ce que la couche collante (9) en forme de plaque est une couche collante adhésive notamment en polyvinyle butyrate.
  5. Appareil frigorifique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les étendues planes du support (7) en forme de plaque et de la plaque de verre (8) sont de même taille.
  6. Appareil frigorifique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le côté (10), tourné vers la plaque de verre (8), du support (7) en forme de plaque est structuré, notamment en ce qu'il est muni d'une rugosité de surface, sablé ou brossé, notamment brossé horizontalement.
  7. Appareil frigorifique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le support (7) en forme de plaque est fabriqué en aluminium, en cuivre, en laiton ou en acier inoxydable et/ou en ce que la plaque de verre (8) est fabriquée dans un verre de sécurité ou dans un verre flottant standard.
  8. Appareil frigorifique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le vantail de porte (3) présente un cadre (11), qui est notamment fabriqué en matière plastique ou en métal, et/ou notamment deux montants (14) s'étendant verticalement et deux traverses (15, 16) s'étendant horizontalement, le cadre (11) étant fixé sur la porte extérieure (6), notamment sur le support (7) en forme de plaque de celle-ci, et sur la porte intérieure (5), et délimitant l'espace creux (12) avec la porte intérieure et la porte extérieure (5, 6).
  9. Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le vantail de porte (3) est articulé sur le corps (2) au moyen d'au moins une charnière (17) et en ce qu'une charnière partielle (17b) de la charnière (17) est fixée sur le cadre (11), notamment sur la traverse (15, 16), notamment en ce qu'il est intégré dans celle-ci.
  10. Procédé de fabrication d'un vantail de porte (3) d'un appareil frigorifique (1) notamment selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, le vantail de porte (3) présentant une porte intérieure (5) et une porte extérieure (6) qui délimitent un espace creux (12) rempli d'une matière isolante (13), présentant les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - fourniture d'une porte extérieure (6) qui est réalisée comme un élément composite en forme de plaque constitué d'un support (7) en forme de plaque, notamment en métal, d'une plaque de verre (8) et d'une couche adhésive (9) en forme de plaque disposée entre le support (7) en forme de plaque et la plaque de verre (8), au moyen de laquelle le support (7) en forme de plaque et la plaque de verre (8) sont reliés,
    - fixation sur le support (7) en forme de plaque d'un cadre (11) réalisé notamment en matière plastique et/ou en métal, comprenant deux montants (14) s'étendant verticalement et un capuchon terminal supérieur et un capuchon terminal inférieur (15, 16) s'étendant horizontalement, notamment par collage, de sorte que le support (7) en forme de plaque et le cadre (11) délimitent l'espace creux (12),
    - remplissage de l'espace creux (12) avec la matière isolante (13), qui est notamment réalisée comme une mousse isolante et adhère au support (7) en forme de plaque, et
    - fixation de la porte intérieure (5) sur le cadre (11).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, les étapes suivantes étant réalisées pour la fourniture de la porte extérieure (6) :
    - fourniture d'une plaque de verre (8) qui a été notamment nettoyée, notamment en salle blanche,
    - fourniture d'une feuille adhésive (9) en forme de plaque, qui a été découpée notamment en salle blanche,
    - disposition de la feuille adhésive (9) en forme de plaque entre un support (7) en forme de plaque, notamment en métal, et la plaque de verre (9), notamment en salle blanche,
    - fabrication d'un élément composite constitué de la plaque de verre (8), de la couche collante (9) en forme de plaque et du support (7) en forme de plaque par pressage de l'élément composite afin de relier entre eux la plaque de verre (8) et le support (7) en forme de plaque au moyen de la feuille adhésive (9), notamment avec une pression de 12 à 15 bars, notamment de 13,5 bars.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le pressage de l'élément composite en forme de plaque sous chaleur notamment à 135°C et/ou notamment dans un autoclave pendant notamment quatre à cinq heures et notamment par l'intermédiaire d'une courbe de démarrage.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que la couche collante (9) en forme de plaque comprend du polyvinyle butyrate, en ce que les étendues planes du support (7) en forme de plaque et de la plaque de verre (8) sont identiques, en ce que le côté (10), tourné vers la plaque de verre (8), du support (7) en forme de plaque est structuré, notamment en ce qu'il est muni d'une rugosité de surface, sablé ou brossé, notamment brossé horizontalement, en ce que le support (7) en forme de plaque est fabriqué en aluminium, en cuivre, en laiton ou en acier inoxydable et/ou en ce que la plaque de verre (8) est fabriquée dans un verre de sécurité ou dans un verre flottant standard.
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le vantail de porte (3) est articulé au corps (2) au moyen d'au moins une charnière (17) et en ce qu'une charnière partielle (17b) de la charnière (17) est fixée sur le cadre (11), notamment sur la traverse (15, 16), notamment en ce qu'elle est intégrée dans celle-ci.
