Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour effectuer un lavage de gaz, lors duquel du gaz est guidé du bas vers le haut et un agent de lavage est guidé du haut vers le bas à travers une colonne de lavage (T). Dans la colonne de lavage (T) sont disposées au moins deux sections de lavage (WS1 et WS2) l'une au-dessus de l'autre, dont la section supérieure est délimitée vers le bas par un fond de cheminée (K). Du fond de cheminée (K) est enlevée au moins une partie de l'agent de lavage chargé dans la section de lavage supérieure (WS2) en un point de décharge (A) prévu dans la zone du fond de cheminée (K), ladite partie étant introduite comme agent de lavage dans la section de lavage inférieure (WS1) en un point d'introduction (E) prévu dans la zone de la section de lavage inférieure (WS1). Un dispositif d'échange de chaleur (6) est intercalé dans le sens d'écoulement en aval du point de décharge (A) et en amont du point d'introduction (E). La traversée de l'échangeur de chaleur (6) est garantie uniquement par la pression hydrostatique de l'agent de lavage, qui est déduite de la différence de hauteur entre le point de décharge (A) et le point d'introduction (E). On renonce à l'utilisation d'une pompe.
