Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schutzhandschuh.
Beim Montieren oder Bearbeiten von Blechen, Profilen und anderen metallischen Bauteilen besteht die Gefahr von Verletzungen der Hände. Die mechanische Belastung der Hände durch das Benutzen von Werkzeugen, das Greifen und Halten scharfkantiger oder grathaltiger Werkstücke, die Verschmutzung und die damit verbundene häufig zu aggressive Hautreinigung bringen die Gefahr von Verletzungen und Hautkrankheiten mit sich.. Das Tragen von geeigneten Schutzhandschuhen ist somit eine wichtige Maßnahme, um derartige Verletzungsrisiken zu minimieren sowie zur Vermeidung berufsbedingter Hauterkrankungen.
An offenen, insbesondere rotierenden Werkzeugen wie beispielsweise Fräsern, Bohrern oder Handschraubern können jedoch Handschuhe nicht immer getragen werden, da die Gefahr besteht, dass die Handschuhe von den rotierenden Geräteteilen erfasst und eingezogen werden. Eine besondere Gefahr geht von handgeführten Schraubern aus, bei denen das zu verschraubende Bauteil von Hand während des Einschraubvorgangs gehalten werden muss. Die Folge können schwere Verletzungen der Finger, Hände oder Arme sein. Unter diesen Umständen können somit Schutzhandschuhe, trotz ihrer Schutzwirkung, das Verletzungsrisiko für den Träger erheblich erhöhen. Es ist daher bei der Verwendung zahlreicher Maschinen nicht zulässig, Handschuhe zu tragen.
Der Stand der Technik beschreibt verschiedene textile Flächengebilde und Produkte, in denen Reißzonen oder Sollbruchstellen eingearbeitet sind, die bei einer Zug- oder
BESTÄTIGUNGSKOPIE Druckbelastung definiert reißen sollen. So werden in der Automobilindustrie textile Materialien mit Reißzonen beschrieben, die das Austreten eines Airbags erleichtern sollen.
Aus WO 00/32860 ist ein gestrickter Sitzbezug bekannt, der bei Austreten eines Airbags definiert reißt. Erzielt wird das definierte Reißen dadurch, dass in einem Bereich des Gestrickes, welcher die definiert reißende Maschenreihe oder das entsprechende Maschenstäbchen umgibt, mit einem Faden höherer Reißfestigkeit und/oder geringerer Elastizität gestrickt ist. Hierzu wird eine um mehr als 15 % kleinere Elastizität gewählt. Auch die Reißfestigkeit des Fadens in dem Bereich wird auf ungefähr 0,05 bis 0,25 der Reißfestigkeit des Fadens im übrigen Strick gewählt.
Aus DE 10 2004 010 359 AI ist eine textile Verkleidung für eine Kxaftfahrzeuginnenausstattung bekannt, die eine definierte Airbag-Aufreißlinie besitzt. Hierzu wird ein geschwächter Faden entlang der Aufreißlinie in die gestrickte oder gewirkte Verkleidung eingearbeitet.
Aus DE 103 20 628 AI ist ein durch Maschenbildung hergestelltes textiles Flächengebilde mit einer eingearbeiteten Sollbruchstelle bekannt, bei der der Sollbruchbereich durch wenigstens einen Faden gebildet ist, der die einander zugewandten Maschen zweier benachbarter Maschenbereiche miteinander verbindet. Der Faden besitzt eine geringere Reißfestigkeit und ist in einer Breite von 4 bis 6 mm verstrickt.
Auch bei Handschuhprodukten werden geeignete Bereiche beschrieben, die ein vorzeitiges Reißen bei Zugbelastung ermöglichen sollen. Aus CN 201 35 60 84 Y ist ein Sicherheitshandschuh bekannt, der aus Fingerabschnitten und einem Handflächenabschnitt besteht. Die Fingerabschnitte und der Handflächenabschnitt sind durch Verbindungsteile miteinander verbunden, wobei die Verbindungsteile entlang dem Umfang der Gelenke zwischen den Fingerteilen und dem Handflächenteil angeordnet sind. Der bekannte Handschuh verhindert, dass die Hand eines Arbeiters sich in der Maschine verfangen kann und dass ausgetragene Fingerteile unabhängig voneinander ersetzt werden können. Derartige Handschuhe müssen jedoch aufwendig im Rahmen einer Konfektionierung hergestellt werden, indem viele konfektionierte Einzelteile des Handschuhes (Fingerabschnitte, Handflächenabschnitte) vernäht und miteinander verbunden werden. Im Gegensatz zu automatisch und nahtlos gestrickten Handschuhen (z. B. Shima Seiki Strickmaschine) ist ein derartiges Verfahren aufwendig im Herstellungsprozess. Darüber hinaus ist das Auftreten von Nähten in der Innenseite des Handschuhes nachteilig für den Tragekomfort.
Aus DE 10 2007 015 961 AI ist ein Arbeits-Schutzhandschuh mit Sollbruchstellen bekannt. Der Handschuh besitzt hierzu Perforierungen entlang der Fingergelenke und zwei sich einander schneidende Perforierungen, die über die Handfläche verlaufen. Das Material der Handschuhe kann so gewählt werden, dass es für den vorgesehenen Arbeitseinsatz am besten passt. Die genaue Herstellung, Ausgestaltung und Umsetzung dieser Perforierungen wird dabei nicht beschrieben. Auch wird nicht beschrieben, ob diese Handschuhe nahtlos verstrickt oder konfektioniert bzw. genäht werden.
Aus US 6,962,064 Bl ist ein gestrickter Handschuh bekannt, bei dem die Erhöhung des Tragekomforts dichter gestrickte Bereiche für die Finger und die Handfläche vorgesehen sind. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schutzhandschuh bereitzustellen, der das Verletzungsrisiko auch bei der Verwendung an rotierenden Werkzeugen verringert.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Gegenstände der Ansprüche 1 und 3 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen finden sich in den abhängigen Ansprüchen, der Beschreibung und den Figuren.
Der erfindungsgemäße Schutzhandschuh ist aus mindestens zwei Garnkomponenten hergestellt, wobei eine erste Garnkomponente durchgehend verarbeitet ist und eine zweite Garnkomponente in mindestens einem eine Sollreißzone bildenden Bereich ausgespart ist, so dass die mindestens eine Sollreißzone eine geringere Reißfestigkeit aufweist, als benachbarte Zonen. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Sollreißzone mindestens teilweise mit einer Beschichtung versehen.
Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe wird ebenfalls durch einen Schutzhandschuh gelöst, der aus mindestens zwei Garnkomponenten hergestellt ist,' wobei in einem die Sollreißzone des Handschuhs bildenden Bereich eine erste Garnkomponente und in dem verbleibenden Bereich des Handschuhs eine zweite Garnkomponente verarbeitet ist. Die zweite Garnkomponente besitzt eine größere Reißfestigkeit als die erste Gamkomponente. Die Sollreißzone ist erfindungsgemäß mindestens teilweise mit einer Beschichtung versehen.
Die Erfindung beruht auf der Erkenntnis, dass die Sollbruchstelle eine sehr geringe Elastizität aufweisen muss, damit die Zugkräfte gut auf die Sollbruchstelle übertragen werden und zu dem gewünschten Reißen führen. Durch die alleinige Auswahl der Garnkomponenten und deren Verarbeitung im Bereich der Sollreißzone kann ein ausreichend schnelles Abreißen nicht erzielt werden. Erst wenn der Sollreißbereich mindestens teilweise mit einer Beschichtung versehen ist, reduzieren sich die Abreißkräfte in der Sollreißzone so stark, dass die Gefahr für den Benutzer deutlich reduziert wird. Die Beschichtung der Sollreißzone stellt sicher, dass die zum Abreißen eines Fingerteils des Handschuhs in Fingerrichtung aufgebrachte geringe Zugkraft direkt zu einem dehnungsarmen Abriss des Fingerteils führt. Durch eine Beschichtung reduziert sich dabei die Höchstzugkraftdehnung im Sollbruchbereich signifikant um 20 % - 40 % im Vergleich zu einem unbeschichteten Sollbruchbereich.
Der erfindungsgemäße Schutzhandschuh weist somit mindestens teilweise beschichtete Zonen auf, welche eine verringerte Reißfestigkeit besitzen, als daran angrenzende Nachbarzonen. Wenn nun beispielsweise dadurch, dass der Handschuh sich in einem Werkzeug mit rotierenden Teilen verfängt, eine größere Kraft auf den Handschuh einwirkt, zerreißt der Handschuh an solchen Sollreißzonen in mindestens zwei Teile. Ein Teil oder Teile des Handschuhs werden dann von der Hand des Trägers gerissen, während der übrige Teil in seiner Position verbleibt. Die Hand des Trägers wird somit nicht mit in das Werkzeug gerissen und bleibt vor Verletzungen bewahrt. Auf diese Weise wird das Verletzungsrisiko für den Träger des erfindungsgemäßen Handschuhs beim Bedienen von Werkzeugen mit rotierenden Bauteilen verringert. Gleichzeitig werden aber keine Abstriche bei der Schutzwirkung des Handschuhs gemacht. Der erfindungsgemäße Schutzhandschuh kann die gleichen Eigenschaften aufweisen, wie bekannte Schutzhandschuhe. Die Dimensionierung der Sollreißzone kann so gewählt werden, dass möglicherweise vorhandene Einbußen in der Schutzwirkung im Bereich der Sollreißzone minimiert werden.
Bevorzugt ist der Handschuh aus mindestens zwei Garnkomponenten nahtlos gestrickt. Das Stricken des Handschuhs aus zwei oder mehr Garnkomponenten erlaubt es, die Reißkraft in der Sollreißzone durch Garnauswahl, Maschenhöhe und andere stricktechnische Parameter so einzustellen, dass zusammen mit der Beschichtung die gewünschte geringe Abreißkraft, gekoppelt mit einer geringen Elastizität, entsteht. Schutzhandschuhe können auf modernen Handschuhstrickmaschinen (z. B. Shima Seiki) automatisch nahtlos und vollständig gestrickt werden. Aufgrund der fehlenden Nähte haben solche Produkte einen hohen ergonomischen Tragekomfort. Diese Technologie bei der Herstellung von nahtlosen Strickhandschuhen ermöglicht einen wirtschaftlichen und produktiven Herstellungsprozess. Durch Nutzung und Veränderung der Maschinenparameter können verschiedene Handschuhmerkmale gezielt geändert werden (Geometrie, Maschendichte, Maschenhöhe). Weiterhin sind derartige Strickmaschinen mit Zusatzfunktionen ausgestattet (Farbwechseleinrichtung, Plattiereiruichtung), die eine weitergehende Nutzung ermöglichen.
Der Schutzhandschuh kann auf einer Handschuhstrickmaschine mit einer elektronisch gesteuerten Plattiereinrichtung vollständig nahtlos gestrickt werden. Dabei können zwei Garnkomponenten gleichzeitig in die Strickmaschine einlaufen und über jeweils einzelne Garnführer gleichzeitig verstrickt werden. Beim Verstricken kann der Zulauf einer Garnkomponente, automatisch gestoppt werden. Hierzu kann ein Plattiergarnführer einer Strickmaschine elektronisch gesteuert gestoppt werden. Es wird dann nur noch die andere, Garnkomponente im Bereich der Sollreißzone verstrickt. Nach wenigen Maschenreihen werden wieder beide Komponenten verstrickt. Die Anzahl der Maschenreihen, die nur mit einer Garnkomponente gestrickt wird, bestimmt die Breite der Sollreißzone. Für diesen Zweck können einzelne Maschenreihe ausgespart werden.
Alternativ zu den plattierten Strickzonen kann die Handschuhstrickmaschine auch mit einer Farbwechseleinrichtung ausgestattet sein, die es erlaubt, zwei Garne nahtlos abwechselnd zu verstricken. Bei der Verwendung einer Farbwechseleinrichtung ist in dem Schutzhandschuh stets nur eine Garnkomponente verstrickt. In der Sollreißzone ist die Garnkomponente mit der geringeren Reißfestigkeit verstrickt, während außerhalb der Sollreißzone die Garnkomponente mit der höheren Reißfestigkeit verstrickt ist.
In einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann eine Garnkomponente eine von einer weiteren Garnkomponente verschiedene Zugfestigkeit aufweisen. So kann die Garnkomponente, die im Bereich der Sollreißzone allein verstrickt wird, eine geringere Zugfestigkeit aufweisen, so dass der Handschuh beim Auftreten entsprechend großer Zugkräfte in der Sollreißzone noch schneller, d.h. bei geringeren Kräften reißt.
Die verwendeten Garnkomponenten können unterschiedliche Garnstärken aufweisen. Es können auch unterschiedliche Faser und Garnmaterialien vorgesehen sein. Eine oder mehrere Garnkomponenten können auch Garnkonstruktionen sein, z.B. Kern-Mantel-Garne, Hybridgarne, Garnmischungen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung weist die Garnkomponente mit der geringeren Reißfestigkeit eine Stärke von 10 bis 40 Denier, bevorzugt 15 bis 25 Denier, und besonders bevorzugt 20 Denier auf. Diese Stärke erlaubt es, eine Reißfestigkeit mit Beschichtung von 20 bis 60 N, bevorzugt 40 N zu erzielen. Besonders unterstützt wird die angestrebte Reißfestigkeit von 20 bis 60 N des Abreißens des Fingers bei der Verwendung eines partiell orientierten Garns, das fachsprachlich auch als „Partially Oriented Yarn" (POY) bezeichnet wird. Die verwendeten partiell orientierten Garne bestehen bevorzugt aus Polypropylen, Polyester und/oder Polyamid, wobei Elasthan zugesetzt und/oder mit in dem Garn verarbeitet sein kann. POY-Garne werden im Schmelzspinnverfahren durch Einstellen der Abzugsgeschwindigkeit hergestellt, um eine partielle Orientierung des Kunststoffs zu erzielen. Die Bestimmung der Reißkräfte in der Sollbruchzone erfolgt dabei mit einer Zugprüfmaschine in Anlehnung an die Norm EN 388 (Messung der Wetterreißfestigkeit), mit der die mechanischen Eigenschaften von Schutzhandschuhen geprüft werden. Dabei wird der Zeigefinger in eine obere Klemme und die gesamte Mittelhand des Handschuhes in eine untere Klemme der Zugprüfmaschine eingespannt. Dabei werden die Reißkräfte gemessen, die zum Abreißen des Zeigefingers erforderlich sind. Bei herkömmlichen Handschuhen (z. B. 4 x 70 Denier Polyamid) ohne Sollreißzone sind hierbei Abreißkräfte des Zeigefingers von 200 bis 900 N erforderlich. Wird im Zeigefinger eine erfindungsgemäß beschichtete Sollreißzone eingearbeitet, sind die Reißkräfte bevorzugt kleiner als 60 N.
In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung verläuft mindestens eine Sollreißzone entlang dem Umfang eines Fingers des Schutzhandschuhs. Die Sollreißzone kann aber auch über den Handteller, im Wesentlichen horizontal zur vertikalen Längsachse der Finger verlaufen. Bevorzugt verläuft die Sollreißzone nahe dem proximalen Ende eines Fingers. Die Sollreißzone kann in der Position verlaufen, in der üblicherweise ein Ring getragen wird. Es können auch mehrere Finger oder alle Finger und auch der Daumen des Schutzhandschuhs eine Sollreißzone aufweisen. Die Sollreißzone ist bevorzugt rechtwinklig zur Längsachse des Fingers ausgerichtet. Es können weiterhin beliebig viele Sollreißzonen in den Schutzhandschuh eingestrickt werden. Auch periodische Anordnungen mehrerer Sollreißzonen sind denkbar.
Der Handschuh kann auch aus anderen textilen Flächenmaterialien, wie Vlies, Wirkware oder Webware, hergestellt werden. Bevorzugt handelt es sich um einen Strickhandschuh mit zwei Garnkomponenten. In einer möglichen Ausgestaltung kann der Schutzhandschuh und die Sollreißzone zumindest teilweise mit einem Elastomer beschichtet sein. Als mögliche Beschichtungsmaterialien kommen elastomere Beschichtungen in Frage, wie beispielsweise: Nitril, Chloropren, Polyurethan, Latex oder Polylvinylchlorid.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand einer Figur näher erläutert.
In Figur 1 ist schematisch ein erfindungsgemäßer Schutzhandschuh gezeigt, der vollständig auf einer speziellen Handschuh-Strickmaschine gestrickt worden ist. Der Schutzhandschuh weist einen Daumen 1 und vier weitere Finger 2, 3, 4, 5 sowie eine Mittelhand 6 und ein Handgelenk 7 auf. Hierbei sind die Teile des Handschuhs nach den Teilen einer Hand benannt, die durch den Handschuh abdeckt werden.
Nahe dem proximalen Ende der Finger 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, d.h. nahe dem Übergang zur Mittelhand 6 ist jeweils eine Sollreißzone 10 vorgesehen. Diese verläuft ringförmig am Umfang der Finger 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 des Schutzhandschuhs und verbindet diese mit der Mittelhand 6. Die Sollreißzone 10 weist eine geringere Reißfestigkeit auf, als die übrigen Teile des Handschuhs. Wenn der Handschuh sich in einer rotierenden Maschine, z.B. am Kopf einer Bohrmaschine verfängt und dadurch auf einen Finger 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5 des Handschuhs eine große Zugkraft einwirkt, wird der Finger des Handschuhs 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5 an der Sollreißzone 10 von der Mittelhand 6 abgetrennt. Lediglich der abgetrennte Finger 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5 des Handschuhs verwickelt sich dann in der Maschine. Der übrige Handschuh und insbesondere der entsprechende Finger der Person, die den Handschuh trägt, können unbeschadet bleiben. Der Schutzhandschuh ist aus zwei Garnkomponenten gestrickt, wobei eine der beiden Garnkomponenten im Bereich der Sollreißzone 10 ausgespart ist. Somit umfasst die Sollreißzone 10 nur eine Garnkomponente und weist folglich auch eine geringere Reißfestigkeit auf, als die übrigen Teile des Handschuhs. Die Reißfestigkeit und Elastizität der Sollreißzone 10 lässt sich durch mehrere Faktoren wie das verwendete Material oder die Maschen weite beeinflussen, jedoch läßt sich die für den praktischen Einsatz angestrebte geringe Elastizität nur mit einer zusätzlichen Beschichtung erzielen. Die Abreißkräfte eines Fingers 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5 mit der Sollreißzone 10 betragen 20 bis 60 N. Im Vergleich besitzen herkömmliche Handschuhe Abreißkräfte von 200 bis 900 N.
Versuche haben ergeben, dass insbesondere beim Einsatz mit drehenden Werkzeugen wie beispielsweise Handschraubern die Beschichtung des Handschuhs auch ein Einhaken des Werkzeugs in das Textil verhindert, so dass durch die Beschichtung zusätzlich die Gefahr eines Verhakens verhindert wird.
Die teilweise beschichteten Sollreißzonen sind bevorzugt auf der Handinnenseite über einen Winkelbereich von 90° bis 270°, bevorzugt 180° beschichtet. Die zum Handrücken weisende Seite der Sollreißzone ist nicht beschichtet, so dass sich insgesamt die angestrebte Abreißkraft ergibt. Vollständig beschichtete Sollreißzonen mit einem Winkelbereich von bis zu 360° sind jedoch auch möglich. Durch den Winkelbereich, in dem die gestrickte Sollreißzone beschichtet ist, kann die gewünschte Abreißkraft genau eingestellt werden. Hierbei nimmt mit zunehmender Beschichtung entlang dem Umfang der Sollreißzone die Abreißkraft zunächst zu, um dann bei nahezu vollständiger Beschichtung der Sollreißzone einen Maximalwert zu erreichen. Im Folgenden sind einige Beispiele für den Aufbau eines erfindungsgemäßen Schutzhandschuhs gegeben, der aus zwei Garnkomponenten (Komponenten A und B) gestrickt ist:
1) Gleiche Faser- und Garnmaterialien und unterschiedliche Garnstärken:
Komponente A: Polyamid 1 x 40 Denier, POY
Komponente B: Polyamid 1 x 200 Denier
2) Unterschiedliche Faser- und Garnmaterialien
Komponente A: Cellulose, Viskose, Baumwolle, Elasthan (geringe
Reißkraft)
Komponente B: Polyester, Polyamide, Aramide (Kevlar), High
Performance Polyethylen (HPPE), Elasthan
3) Unterschiedliche Faser- und Garnkonstruktionen
Komponente A: Cellulose, Viskose Baumwolle (geringe Reißkraft),
Elasthan
Komponente B: - Kern-Mantel-Garne:
Kern: Glas, Inox, HPPE, Elasthan
Mantel: Polyamide, Aramide, Cellulose, Bambus - und/oder
Garn- und Fasermischungen:
Polyester/Baumwolle 50 % / 50 %, Elasthan, gezwirnte Garne.

Claims

Ansprüche :
1. Schutzhandschuh, hergestellt aus mindestens zwei Garnkomponenten, wobei eine erste Garnkomponente durchgehend verarbeitet ist und eine zweite Garnkomponente in mindestens einem eine Sollreißzone (10) bildenden Bereich ausgespart ist, so dass die mindestens eine Sollreißzone (10) eine geringere Reißfestigkeit aufweist, als benachbarte Zonen, wobei die Sollreißzone (10) mindestens teilweise mit einer Beschichtung versehen ist.
2. Schutzhandschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Garnkomponenten gemeinsam verarbeitet sind und in der Sollreißzone nur die Garnkomponente mit der geringeren Reißfestigkeit verarbeitet ist.
3. Schutzhandschuh, hergestellt aus mindestens zwei Garnkomponenten, wobei in einem eine Sollreißzone des Handschuhs bildenden Bereichs eine erste Garnkomponente verarbeitet ist und in dem verbleibenden Bereich des Handschuhs eine zweite Garnkomponente verarbeitet ist, die eine größere Reißfestigkeit als die erste Garnkomponente aufweist, und wobei die Sollreißzone mindestens teilweise mit einer Beschichtung versehen ist.
4. Schutzhandschuh nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass stets eine Garnkomponente verarbeitet ist und in der Sollreißzone nur die Garnkomponente mit der geringeren Reißfestigkeit verarbeitet ist.
5. Schutzhandschuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus mindestens zwei Garnkomponenten nahtlos gestrickt ist.
6. Schutzhandschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Garnkomponente eine von einer weiteren Garnkomponente verschiedene Zugfestigkeit und/oder der Elastizität aufweist.
7. Schutzhandschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Garnkomponente eine von einer weiteren Garnkomponente verschiedene Garnstärke aufweist.
8. Schutzhandschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Garnkomponente und eine weitere Garnkomponente aus verschiedenen Fasermaterialien gebildet sind.
9. Schutzhandschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Garnkomponente und eine weitere Garnkomponente aus verschiedenen Garnkonstruktionen gebildet sind.
Schutzhandschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Sollreißzone (10) entlang dem Umfang eines Fingers (1 , 2, 3, 4, 5) verläuft.
1 1. Schutzhandschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Finger (1 , 2, 3, 4, 5) des Schutzhandschuhs eine Sollreißzone (10) aufweist.
12. Schutzhandschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 1 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sollreißzone (10) weniger als 10, bevorzugt zwei bis fünf Maschenreihen umfasst.
13. Schutzhandschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Beschichtung eine elastomere Beschichtung vorgesehen ist.
14. Schutzhandschuh nach eAnspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastomere Beschichtung aus Nitril, Chloropren, Polyurethan, Latex oder Polylvinylchlorid besteht.
15. Schutzhandschuh nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Garnkomponente mit der geringeren Reißfestigkeit eine Stärke von 10 bis 40 Denier aufweist, bevorzugt 15 bis 25 Denier aufweist.
16. Schutzhandschuh nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Garnkomponente mit der geringeren Reißfestigkeit ein partiell orientiertes Garn ist.
