Claims (10)
- Presse à balles pour compacter des matériaux en vrac, tels que des cartonnages et d'autre matériaux d'emballage, comprenant :- une chambre de compactage (2) où le compactage du matériau en vrac pour obtenir des balles est réalisé au moins en partie, et optionnellement un canal de compactage adjacent,- un puit de remplissage (3) ouvert vers le haut, c'est-à-dire dans le sens opposé au sens de la gravité (S), et qui mène vers le bas dans la chambre de compactage (2),- une unité de soulèvement/basculement (4) adaptée pour bouger un récipient (5) rempli de matériaux en vrac d'une position d'accouplage où l'accouplage du récipient (5) à l'unité de soulèvement/basculement (4) est réalisé, vers une position de déversement de laquelle le matériau tombe à cause de la gravité (S) dans l'ouverture du puit de remplissage (3) et passe à travers de celui-ci dans la chambre de compactage (2), et- un dispositif d'avancement, adapté pour avancer la balle dans un sens d'avancement prédéterminé (V) hors de la chambre de compactage (2), où- l'unité de soulèvement/basculement (4) est adaptée pour déplacer le récipient (5) de la position d'accouplage vers la position de déversement en pivotant autour d'un axe de pivotement (A) perpendiculaire au sens de la gravité (S) et perpendiculaire au sens d'avancement (V), caractérisé en ce que- une unité de support dotée d'un support insérable (7) est prévue pour accoupler et découpler le récipient (5), adaptée de sorte que l'accouplage du récipient (5) est prévu par insertion dans l'unité de support dans le sens (R1) du côté, i.e. d'une des régions latérales, et non pas de l'arrière de la presse de balle, et de sorte que le découplage est réalisé par une expulsion de l'unité de support dans le sens (R2).
- Presse à balles selon la revendication 1, où- l'unité de support comprend deux sections de support (9) parallèlement opposées, arrangées en forme de fourche à une section de pivotement (8) supportée de manière pivotable autour de l'axe de pivotement (A), et- le récipient (5) est doté de membres de support (10) correspondant à la géométrie des sections de support (9) de sorte que le récipient (5) est guidé par les sections de support (9) lors de l'insertion et de l'expulsion et qu'il est supporté par les sections de support (9) pendant le pivotement.
- Presse à balles selon les revendications 1 ou 2, où- l'ouverture d'insertion pour le récipient (5) est positionnée à l'unité de support à côté du dispositif de commande (11) pour la presse à balles (1), ce dispositif de commande (11) comprenant aussi des membres de commande pour l'unité de soulèvement/basculement (4), et- la section de pivotement (8) est arrangée du côté de la presse à balle (1) opposé à l'ouverture d'insertion et au dispositif de commande (11).
- Presse à balles selon une des revendications précédentes,
équipée d'un mécanisme pour contrôler la présence du récipient (5) dans le support d'insertion (7). - Presse à balles selon la revendication 4, où le mécanisme de contrôle comprend des moyens de mesurage de distance ou des moyens de contrôle concernant l'interstice entre le récipient (5) et une position de référence à la section de pivotement (8).
- Presse à balles selon la revendication 5, où un capteur de proximité (12) est prévu et communique avec le dispositif de commande (11) de sorte que l'opération de l'unité de soulèvement/basculement (4) n'est possible que lors de la présence et lors d'une position correcte du récipient (5) dans le support d'insertion (7).
- Presse à balles selon une des revendications précédentes,
équipée d'un mécanisme pour verrouiller le récipient (5) dans le support d'insertion (7) durant la préparation du pivotement et durant le pivotement. - Presse à balles selon la revendication 7, où le mécanisme de verrouillage comprend des membres d'accouplage (13) électromagnétiques.
- Presse à balles selon la revendication 8, où les membres d'accouplage (13) électromagnétiques sont connectés au dispositif de commande (11) de sorte que l'opération de l'unité de soulèvement/basculement (4) n'est possible que lors de la présence du récipient (5) dans le support d'insertion (7) et/ou lors d'un récipient (5) verrouillé.
- Presse à balles selon une des revendications précédentes,
