Abstract

Verfahren zur Luftzahlregelung eines Brenners, insbesondere eines Gas- oder Ölbrenners, mit einer Zündelektrode 102, Mitteln zur Erzeugung einer Zündspannung 104, die mit der Zündelektrode 102 verbindbar sind, und einer Ionisationselektrode 103, die mit einer Ionisationsspannung beaufschlagbar ist, wobei das Verfahren umfasst: Trennen der Zündelektrode 102 von den Mitteln zu Erzeugung der Zündspannung 104, Erfassen eines ersten elektrischen Signals 115a an der Ionisationselektrode 103 und Ableiten eines ersten von einer Luftzahl abhängigen Signals 116a in Abhängigkeit von dem ersten elektrischen Signal 115a, Erfassen eines zweiten elektrischen Signals 115b an der Zündelektrode 102, und Ableiten eines zweiten von der Luftzahl abhängigen Signals 116b in Abhängigkeit von dem zweiten elektrischen Signal 115b, Bestimmung einer Regelgröße für den Brennerbetrieb in Abhängigkeit von dem ersten von der Luftzahl abhängigen Signal 116a und dem zweiten von der Luftzahl abhängigen Signal 116b, Vergleichen des ersten von der Luftzahl abhängigen Signals 116a und des zweiten von der Luftzahl abhängigen Signals 116b, und sofern eine Differenz des ersten von der Luftzahl abhängigen Signals 116a und des zweiten von der Luftzahl abhängigen Signals 116b einen Schwellwert überschreitet, Ausführen eines Kalibrationsvorgangs zur Korrektur des ersten von der Luftzahl abhängigen Signals 116a.
