Claims (4)
- Dispositif pour le réchauffement d'au moins un outil (28), positionné sur la circonférence d'un cylindre rotatif (22), pour lequel une bobine d'induction (24) est prévue pour la génération d'un champ magnétique,
caractérisé en ce que
l'outil (28) est positionné sur un support (27) en forme de manchon pouvant être glissé sur une enveloppe de cylindre (26) du cylindre (22), que l'outil (28) est réalisé dans un matériau magnétisable, que l'enveloppe de cylindre (26) et le support (27) en forme de manchon sont réalisés dans un matériau non magnétisable et qu'un corps de cylindre (23) du cylindre (22) est réalisé dans un matériau non magnétisable, pour lequel le champ magnétique peut être généré par alimentation en courant de la bobine d'induction (24) pour le réchauffement de l'outil (28). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le cylindre (22) est un cylindre de gaufrage destiné au gaufrage d'un support d'impression en bande ou en feuille, en papier/et ou matière plastique notamment. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
les enroulements de la bobine d'induction (24) sont enroulés autour de la circonférence du corps de cylindre (23). - Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
les enroulements de la bobine d'induction (24) sont recouverts par l'enveloppe de cylindre (26).
