Claims (4)
- Dispositif pour le fractionnement à basse température de l'air, comprenant un échangeur de chaleur principal (6) et un échangeur de chaleur à contre-courant de sous-refroidissement (2), un système de colonnes de distillation pour la séparation azote - oxygène (5), qui présente une colonne à haute pression et une colonne à basse pression, et une colonne de mélange (1) et des moyens pour introduire de l'air de charge par le biais de l'échangeur de chaleur principal dans la colonne à haute pression et dans la colonne de mélange, une conduite d'oxygène liquide pour introduire de l'oxygène liquide depuis la colonne à basse pression dans la région supérieure de la colonne de mélange et une conduite de produit d'oxygène pour prélever de l'oxygène gazeux de la région supérieure de la colonne de mélange à travers l'échangeur de chaleur principal, la colonne de mélange (1) et l'échangeur de chaleur à contre-courant de sous-refroidissement (2) étant disposés dans la boîte froide commune (3), la colonne de mélange (1) étant disposée au-dessus de l'échangeur de chaleur à contre-courant de sous-refroidissement (2), la boîte froide commune (3) entourant la colonne de mélange (1), l'échangeur de chaleur à contre-courant de sous-refroidissement (2), la colonne à haute pression et la colonne à basse pression, et la colonne à haute pression et la colonne à basse pression étant disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la colonne de mélange (1) est disposée sur un bâti.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la colonne de mélange (1) et l'échangeur de chaleur principal (6) sont disposés dans la boîte froide commune (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la colonne à haute pression et la colonne à basse pression d'une part, et la colonne de mélange d'autre part, sont disposées l'une à côté de l'autre.
