Further, when so positioned, it can be seen that by tightening wing nuts 32 and 44, flanges 24 and 36, respectively, will urge stanchion 18 toward stringer 50, stanchion 12 being compressed against the outer edges of flanges 54 and 56 of stringer 50, thereby rigidly securing stanchion 12 to stringer 50.

Claims (8)

  1. Montagevorrichtung (10) zur Verwendung bei der Errichtung einer temporären Führungsschiene an einer Treppenwange (50), die einen Wangensteg (52), einen unteren Wangenflansch (54) und einen oberen Wangenflansch (56) aufweist, wobei die Montagevorrichtung umfasst:
    einen länglichen Pfosten (12) mit einer Vorderseite (14) und einer Rückseite (18);
    eine erste vordere Bohrung (31) in der Vorderseite (14) des Pfostens (12) und eine erste hintere Bohrung (30) in der Rückseite (18) des Pfostens (12), wobei die ersten vorderen und hinteren Bohrungen (31,30) ein erstes Registerbohrungspaar (31, 30) bilden;
    eine erste Backenanordnung (20), die lösbar an dem Pfosten (12) angebracht ist, wobei die erste Backenanordnung (20) einen ersten L-förmigen Kopfabschnitt mit einem ersten Flanschabschnitt (24), der dafür ausgelegt ist, in den Wangensteg (52) der Treppenwange (50) proximal zu dem unteren Wangenflansch (54) davon einzugreifen, und einen ersten Schenkelabschnitt (26), der an dem ersten Flanschabschnitt (24) angebracht ist, und eine erste Kompressionsanordnung (28, 32), die wirksam ist, um eine Kompressionskraft auf die Rückseite (18) des Pfostens (12) auszuüben, um den Pfosten (12) gegen den unteren Flansch (54) zu drängen, beinhaltet;
    die erste Kompressionsanordnung (28, 32), umfassend einen ersten Schaftabschnitt (28), der sich von dem ersten Schenkelabschnitt (26) durch das erste Registerbohrungspaar (31, 30) erstreckt, und eine erste Spannvorrichtung (32) in Wirkverbindung mit dem ersten Schaftabschnitt (28), um den ersten Schaftabschnitt (28) in einer Richtung weg von dem ersten Flanschabschnitt (24) zu drängen, um dadurch kompressiv den ersten Flanschabschnitt (24) in Eingriff mit dem Wangensteg (52) der Wange (50) und die Vorderseite (14) des Pfostens (12) gegen den unteren Flansch (54) zu drängen;
    den Pfosten (12), ferner umfassend ein zweites Registerbohrungspaar (43, 42), wobei das zweite Registerbohrungspaar (43, 42) eine zweite vordere Bohrung (43) in der Vorderseite (14) des Pfostens (12) und eine zweite hintere Bohrung (42) in der Rückseite (18) des Pfostens (12) umfasst, wobei die zweiten vorderen und hinteren Bohrungen das zweite Registerbohrungspaar (43,42) bilden;
    eine zweite, axial beabstandete Backenanordnung (22), die lösbar an dem Pfosten (12) angebracht ist, wobei die zweite Backenanordnung (22) einen zweiten L-förmigen Kopfabschnitt mit einem zweiten Flanschabschnitt (36), der dafür ausgelegt ist, in den Wangensteg (52) der Wange (50) proximal zu dem oberen Wangenflansch (56) davon einzugreifen, und einen zweiten Schenkelabschnitt (38), der an dem zweiten Flanschabschnitt (36) angebracht ist, wobei eine zweite Kompressionsanordnung (40, 44) wirksam ist, um eine Kompressionskraft auf die Rückseite (18) des Pfostens (12) auszuüben, um den Pfosten (12) gegen den oberen Flansch (56) der Wange (50) zu drängen, beinhaltet;
    die zweite Kompressionsanordnung (40, 44), umfassend einen zweiten Schaftabschnitt (40), der sich von dem zweiten Schenkelabschnitt (38) durch das zweite Registerbohrungspaar (43, 42) erstreckt, und eine zweite Spannvorrichtung (44) in Wirkverbindung mit dem zweiten Schaftabschnitt (40), um den zweiten Schaftabschnitt (40) in einer Richtung weg von dem zweiten Flanschabschnitt (36) zu drängen, um dadurch kompressiv den zweiten Flanschabschnitt (36) in Eingriff mit dem Wangensteg (52) der Wange (50) und die Vorderseite (14) des Pfostens (12) gegen den oberen Flansch (56) zu drängen;
    den Pfosten (12), ferner umfassend eine Vielzahl von weiteren Registerbohrungspaaren (43,42), wobei jedes eine vordere Bohrung (43) in der Vorderseite (14) des Pfostens (12) und eine hintere Bohrung (42) in der Rückseite (18) des Pfostens (12) umfasst, wobei die korrespondierenden vorderen und hinteren Bohrungen (43,42) das weitere Registerbohrungspaar (43,42) bilden, wobei sich der zweite Schaftabschnitt (40) von der zweiten Backenanordnung (22) erstreckt, die von dem zweiten Registerbohrungspaar (43,42) bewegbar ist, um sich durch das weitere korrespondierende Registerbohrungspaar (43,42) zu erstrecken; und
    mindestens eine Halterung (70,72), die funktionsfähig an dem Pfosten (12) angebracht und axial von der zweiten Backenanordnung (22) beabstandet ist, wobei die Halterung (70,72) dafür ausgelegt ist, ein temporäres Schienenelement (84,86) aufzunehmen.
  2. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Schaftabschnitt (28) die Vorder- (14) und Rückseiten (18) des Pfostens (12) überspannt.
  3. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der zweite Schaftabschnitt (40) die Vorder- (14) und Rückseiten (18) des Pfostens (12) überspannt.
  4. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei es mindestens zwei der Halterungen (70,72) gibt, die von der zweiten Backenanordnung (22) axial beabstandet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei es ein Befestigungselement (90, 92) gibt, das das mindestens ein Schienenelement (74, 86) an dem Pfosten (12) sichert.
  6. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste und/oder zweite Spannvorrichtung (32,44) eine Mutter umfasst.
  7. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei es ein Distanzstück (60) gibt, das das zweite und die Vielzahl von weiteren korrespondierenden Registerbohrungspaaren (43,42) auf der Rückseite (18) des Pfostens (12) überlagert, wobei das Distanzstück (60) zwischen der zweiten Spannvorrichtung (44) und der Rückseite (18) des Pfostens (12) angeordnet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Backenanordnung (20), die zweite Backenanordnung (22) und die mindestens eine Halterung (70,74) relativ zu dem Pfosten (12) drehbar sind.
