Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transportbehälter mit einem rechteckigen Boden, an dessen Unterseite Standfüße angeordnet sind und mit von diesem Boden aufsteigenden, um Scharniere klappbar ausgestalteten Seitenwänden, wobei die im zusammengeklappten Zustand oben liegenden Seitenwände zusammen mit der die Scharniere aufweisenden Randkante des Bodens Auflageflächen für die unterhalb des Bodens angeordneten Standfüße eines baugleichen zweiten Behälters bilden.
- Derartige Transportbehälter sind klappbar ausgestaltet, damit beim Rücktransport der geleerten Transporbehälter Platz gespart wird.
- Beispiele derartiger Transportbehälter sind aus den
US 2,793,780 A , der und derGB 2 257 422 A DE 10 2005 031 526 bekannt. - Beim Transport auf LKWS oder auch per Schiff sind die übereinandergestapelten zusammengeklappten Behälter entweder dadurch gegen Verrutschen gesichert, dass sie von Gurten umgeben sind. Eine weitere Möglichkeit besteht darin, dass die jeweils übereinander gestapelten Behälter einander komplementäre Ausformungen aufweisen, durch die sich die Behälter gegenseitig halten.
- Diese einander komplementären Haltevorrichtungen haben jedoch den Nachteil, dass sie die Bauhöhe der zusammengeklappten Transportbehälter erhöhen, so dass nicht genügend Behälter übereinander gestapelt werden können.
- Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Transportbehälter der eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, dass die Halteelemente im jeweiligen Transportbehälter die Bauhöhe des zusammengeklappten Behälters minimieren.
- Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe dadurch, dass im linken und rechten Seitenbereich der im zusammengeklappten Zustand oben liegenden Seitenwände durch Rippen voneinander getrennte Ausnehmungen vorgesehen sind zur Aufnahme von auf der Unterseite der Füße angeformten Noppen, deren Höhe geringer ist als die Tiefe der Ausnehmungen.
- Somit werden in die Aussenseite der im zusammengeklappten Zustand oben liegenden Seitenwände Ausnehmungen in Form einer Matrix eingeformt, die durch eine Rippenstruktur voneinander getrennt sind, wie es bei derartigen Behältern in der Regel üblich ist.
- Diese Ausnehmungen dienen zur Aufnahme der an den Standfüßen angeformten Noppen. Dadurch, dass die Höhe der Noppen geringer ist, als die Tiefe der Ausnehmungen, steht der Fuß mit dem die Noppen umgebenden Bereich voll auf der Randkante, in der die Scharniere für die Seitenwand vorgesehen sind, auf, wodurch die Last der übereinandergestapelten Transportbehälter von den Standfüßen und der Randkante aufgenommen wird.
- Gemäß Anspruch 2 ist vorgesehen, dass die Noppen pyramidenstumpfförmig ausgebildet sind und die Ausnehmungen eine komplementäre Form aufweisen.
- Das hat den Vorteil, dass beim Übereinanderstapeln die Noppen auf einfache Weise den Weg in die Ausnehmungen finden.
- Gemäß Anspruch 3 ist vorgesehen, dass die kürzeren Seitenwände im zusammengeklappten Zustand unterhalb der Längsseitenwände angeordnet sind. Somit ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel vorgesehen, dass die Ausnehmungen in den Längsseiten vorgesehen sind.
- Dadurch, dass gemäß Anspruch 4 die Längsseitenwände im zusammengeklappten Zustand mit ihren Oberkanten aneinander liegen, ist eine ebene Auflagefläche gewährleistet.
- In einem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel ist gemäß Anspruch 5 vorgesehen, dass durch Aufschweißen einer Verstärkungsleiste der Ausnehmungsbereich in zwei Bereiche links und rechts neben der Leiste aufgeteilt ist und komplementär hierzu im Noppenbereich der Standfüße ein Kanal gebildet ist.
- So ist beispielsweise vorgesehen, dass die Ausnehmungen auf jeder Seite der Längsseite in dreier Reihen eingeformt sind, wobei die mittlere Reihe durch die aufgeschweißte Leiste abgedeckt ist. Komplementär hierzu ist zwischen den beiden Noppenreihen, die in die Ausnehmungen eintauchen, der Raum freigelassen, so dass hier die Verstärkungsleiste aufgenommen werden kann.
- Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand von Zeichnungen dargestellt und näher erläutert.

Figur 1 in Seitenansicht - In den Figuren sind jeweils zwei baugleiche Transportbehälter perspektivisch dargestellt und mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 versehen. Sie bestehen jeweils aus einem Boden 2, an dessen Unterseite in den Eckbereichen Standfüße 3 angeordnet sind. Vom Boden 2 steigen Seitenwände 4 auf, von denen in den
Figuren 1 bis 4 lediglich die Längsseitenwände zu sehen sind. Die kürzeren Seitenwände sind unterhalb der Längsseitenwände 4 auf den Boden umgeklappt, wogegen die Längsseitenwände 4 gegeneinander auf die kürzeren Seitenwände umgeklappt sind und mit ihren Oberkanten aneinander stoßen. - Der Klappvorgang wird durch Scharniere 5 ermöglicht, die in vom Boden 2 aufsteigenden Randkanten 6 angeordnet sind.
- In die Seitenbereiche der Aussenseite der Längsseitenwände 4 sind in diesem Beispiel in dreier Reihen Ausnehmungen 7 eingeformt, welche durch eine Rippenstruktur 8 voneinander getrennt sind.
- Wie aus der
Figur 2 hervorgeht, sind an die Unterseiten der Standfüße 3 ebenfalls in diesem Beispiel in dreier Reihen Noppen 9 angeformt, die von der winkelförmigen Standfläche 10 des Standfußes 3 umgeben sind. - Die Noppen 9 fügen sich beim Übereinanderstapeln der Transportbehälter 1 in die Ausnehmungen 7 ein, wobei im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel dies erleichtert wird, dadurch, dass die Noppen konische Seitenwände aufweisen, die komplementär zu den Seitenwänden der Ausnehmungen 7 sind.
- In der
Figur 3 ist eine alternative Ausführungsform der Transportbehälter 1 dargestellt. In diesem Beispiel ist auf die mittlere Ausnehmungsreihe eine Verstärkungsleiste 11 aufgeschweißt, die ihre Entsprechung in der Noppenstruktur der Standfüße 3 hat, wie es inFigur 4 dargestellt ist. Zwischen den beiden äusseren Noppenreihen ist hier ein kanalförmiger Freiraum 12 gelassen. - Die Höhe der Noppen 9 ist kleiner gewählt als die Tiefe der Ausnehmungen 7, so dass gewährleistet ist, dass die winkelförmige Auflagefläche 10 der Standfüße 3 auf der Oberseite der Randkante 6 bzw. den Seitenkanten der Längsseitenwände 4 aufsteht.
- In der
Figur 5 ist schematisch dargestellt, wie der Transportbehälter 1 zusammengeklappt ist. Um die Scharniere 13 werden die kürzeren Seitenwände auf den Boden 2 geklappt. Um die Scharniere 5 werden dann die Längsseitenwände 4 auf die kürzeren Seitenwände herabgeklappt. - Die Noppen 9 erfahren ihre Entsprechung in komplementären Ausnehmungen 7.
Claims (5)
- Transportbehälter (1) mit einem rechteckigen Boden (2), an dessen Unterseite Standfüße (3) angeordnet sind und mit von diesem Boden aufsteigenden um Scharniere (5) klappbar ausgestalteten Seitenwänden (4), wobei die im zusammengeklappten Zustand oben liegenden Seitenwände (4) zusammen mit der die Scharniere (5) aufweisenden Randkante (6) des Bodens (2) Auflageflächen für die unterhalb des Bodens (2) angeordneten Standfüße (3) eines baugleichen zweiten Behälters (1) bilden,
wobei im linken und rechten Seitenbereich der im zusammengeklappten Zustand oben liegenden Seitenwände (4) durch Rippen (8) voneinander getrennte Ausnehmungen (7) vorgesehen sind zur Aufnahme von auf der Unterseite der Füße (3) angeformten Noppen (9), deren Höhe geringer ist als die Tiefe der Ausnehmungen (7). - Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Noppen (9) pyramidenstumpfförmig ausgebildet sind und die Ausnehmungen (7) eine komplementäre Form aufweisen. - Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die kürzeren Seitenwände im zusammengeklappten Zustand unterhalb der Längsseitenwände (4) angeordnet sind. - Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Längsseitenwände (4) im zusammengeklappten Zustand mit ihren Oberkanten aneinander liegen. - Transportbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass durch Aufschweißen einer Verstärkungsleiste (11) der Ausnehmungsbereich in zwei Bereiche links und rechts neben der Leiste (11) aufgeteilt ist und komplementär hierzu im Noppenbereich der Standfüße ein Kanal (12) gebildet ist.
