Claims (13)

  1. Elektromagnetische Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) umfassend ein Hauptteil (2), das vorgesehen ist, mit einem ersten Element fest verbunden zu werden, wie eine Einfassung oder ein Flügel, ein bewegliches Teil (3) mit einem länglichen Schaft (4), das eine Rückhalteaussparung (5) besitzt und vorgesehen ist, mit einem zweiten Element zum wahlweise Verriegeln und Lösen des ersten Elementes fest verbunden zu werden, und elektrische Rückhaltemittel (6), die die wahlweise Rückhaltung des beweglichen Teils (3) auf dem Hauptteil (2) gegenüber dem seiner Verschiebung weg vom Hauptteil (2) sicherstellen,
    wobei:
    - das Hauptteil (2) mechanische Rückhaltemittel (7)enthält, die zwischen einer Rückhalteposition und einer Freigabeposition zur wahlweisen Rückhaltung in einem Aufnahmesitz (8) oder Freigabe entlang einer länglichen Eingriffsachse (I-I), wobei der längliche Schaft (4) die Rückhalteaussparung (5) enthält,
    - die mechanischen Rückhaltemittel (7) ein Rückhalteelement (9a, 9b) umfassen, das ein erstes freies Ende (10) umfasst, das eine Verriegelungsnase (11) besitzt, die derart angepasst und ausgelegt ist, dass sie in der Rückhalteposition in die Rückhalteaussparung (5) des länglichen Schaftes (4) eingreifen kann,
    - das Hauptteil (2) entriegelbare Verriegelungsmittel (12) enthält, die eine Verriegelungsoberfläche (13) besitzen und die entlang einer ersten Richtung (II-II) parallel zur länglichen Eingriffsachse (I-I) zwischen einer Verriegelungsposition in der die Verriegelungsoberfläche (13) die Verschiebung der mechanischen Rückhaltemittel (7) aus ihrer Rückhalteposition verhindert und einer Entriegelungsposition, in der die Verriegelungsoberfläche (13) von den Rückhaltemitteln (7) beabstandet ist verschiebbar ist, und sich in eine Freigabeposition verschieben kann,
    - die Verriegelungsmittel (12) wahlweise rückgehalten oder freigegeben sind in ihrer Verschiebung entlang der ersten Richtung (II-II) mittels den elektromagnetischen Rückhaltemitteln (6),
    - die Rückhalteaussparung (5) ein äußerer kreisförmiger Hals ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die mechanischen Rückhaltemittel (7) gleitend entlang einer zweiten Richtung (III-III) gehalten sind,
    - das genannte wenigstens eine Rückhalteelement (9a, 9b) eine Verriegelungsnase (11) mit einer ebenen Stützsseite (31) umfasst, die zu einer Ebene rechtwinklig geneigt ist, welche durch die zweite Richtung (III-III) und durch die längliche Eingriffsachse (I-I) definiert ist,
    - die Verriegelungsnase (11) und die Rückhalteaussparung (5) derart aneinander angepasst sind, dass sie sich beim gegenseitigen Berühren entlang nur eines linearen Auflagers entlang einer dritten Richtung (IV-IV) durchgehend in einer Ebene erstrecken, die durch die zweite Richtung (III-III) und durch die längliche Eingriffsachse (I-I) definiert ist.
  2. Elektromagnetische Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das lineare Auflager sich über dem Rückhalteelement (9a, 9b) an einer freien Kante (16) der Verriegelungsnase (11) erstreckt.
  3. Elektromagnetische Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Verriegelungsnase (11) ein längliches Profil in Form einer ebenen ersten geneigten Rampe (14) umfasst,
    - die Rückhalteaussparung (5) ein längliches Profil in Form einer ebenen zweiten geneigten Rampe (15) umfasst.
  4. Elektromagnetische Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Richtung (III-III) im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur länglichen Eingriffsachse (I-I) steht.
  5. Elektromagnetische Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die mechanischen Rückhaltemittel (7) nur entgegen ihrer Rückhalteposition und/oder ihrer Freigabepostion elastische Rückstellmittel angelegt werden.
  6. Elektromagnetische Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die elektromagnetischen Rückhaltemittel (6) einen elektromagnetischen Aktuator (20) umfassen, der einen Hauptkörper (17) mit einer endseitigen Kontaktfläche (18) aufweist, gegen die zur Rückstellung eine bewegliche Polplatte (19) in Kontakt bringbar ist,
    - die Verriegelungsmittel (12) direkt oder indirekt mit der beweglichen Polplatte (19) fest verbunden sind,
    - die Verriegelungsmittel (12) in einer Verriegelungsposition sind, wenn die Polplatte (19) im Kontakt mit der endseitigen Kontaktfläche (18) des elektromagnetischen Aktuators (20) steht.
  7. Elektromagnetische Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenn die Eindringung des länglichen Schaftes (4) in den Aufnahmesitz (8) ausreichend ist, damit die Verriegelungsnase (11) in die Rückhalteaussparung (5) des länglichen Schaftes (4) eingreifen kann, sich die Polplatte (19) in einem ausreichend niedrigen Abstand (d) zu den elektromagnetischen Rückhaltemitteln (6) befindet, um angezogen und ferner durch diese zurückgehalten zu werden.
  8. Elektromagnetische Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzige Eindringung des länglichen Schaftes (4) in den Aufnahmesitz (8) des Hauptteils (2) zur Verschiebung der Verriegelungsmittel (12) aus ihrer Entriegelungsposition in ihre Verriegelungsposition führt.
  9. Elektromagnetische Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzige Verschiebung der Verriegelungsmittel (12) aus ihrer Entriegelungsposition entgegen ihrer Verriegelungsposition zur Verschiebung der mechanischen Rückhaltemittel (7) aus ihrer Freigabepostion in ihre Rückhalteposition führt.
  10. Elektromagnetische Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (12) durch erste elastische Rückhaltemittel (21) ständig zur Entriegelungsposition gedrückt werden.
  11. Elektromagnetische Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Rückhalteelemente (9a, 9b) enthält, die sich auf der länglichen Eingriffsachse (I-I) diametral gegenüberliegen.
  12. Elektromagnetische Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektromagnetischen Rückhaltemittel (6) einen elektromagnetischen Aktuator (20) mit einem elektromagnetisches Ventil zum Stromschluss oder zur Stromunterbrechung umfassen.
  13. Elektromagnetische Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - sie Sperrmittel (23) umfasst, die zwischen einer Sperrposition in der sie eine Öffnung (8a) des Aufnahmesitzes (8) versperren und einer Öffnungsposition in sie die Öffnung (8a) des Aufnahmesitzes (8) zur Ermöglichung eines Eindringens des länglichen Schaftes (4) in den Aufnahmesitz (8) ermöglichen verschiebbar sind, um durch die mechanischen Rückhaltemittel (7) zurückgehalten zu werden,
    - die Sperrmittel (23) ständig in der Sperrposition durch zweiter elastische Rückhaltemittel (24) gehalten werden.
