Claims (14)
- Elektrische Kettenstellvorrichtung (8) für ein Verschlusselement (2), wie einen angelenkten Torflügel, wobei diese Stellvorrichtung umfasst:- einen ein Ritzel (96) antreibenden elektrischen Motor (86),- einen gemäß einem vorbestimmten Weg (D1) zwischen einer ersten Position und einer zweiten Position beweglichen Wagen (82),- ein Verbindungselement zwischen dem Wagen (82) und dem Verschlusselement,- eine offene Kette (84) im Eingriff mit dem Ritzel und angelenkt an dem Wagen,- ein Kernelement (88), das mindestens einen langgestreckten Aufnahmeraum (L1) zur Führung der Kette und des Wagens begrenzt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kernelement durch eine Platte (88) gebildet ist, dass der Führungsaufnahmeraum (L) durch einen Ausschnitt in der Dicke der Platte gebildet ist, und zwischen ihren Seitenflächen (883, 884) die ganze Platte durchquert, dass der Querschnitt des Aufnahmeraums (L1) von zwei Kanten (101, 102) begrenzt ist, die Schienen bilden und die vorgesehen sind, zwischen die Gliederplatten der Kette (84) in Eingriff zu treten, und dass der Wagen im Schnitt senkrecht zur Gleitrichtung in dem Aufnahmeraum eine zu den Kanten (101, 102) des Aufnahmeraums komplementäre Form aufweist.
- Stellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte eine Dicke (e88) kleiner als 1,5 mal der Breite (184) der Glieder der Kette (84) aufweist.
- Stellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte aus einem einzigen gestanzten Blech gebildet ist, um den langgestreckten Führungsaufnahmeraum (L1) zu bilden.
- Stellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte durch einen Stapel gestanzter Bleche (88A - 88C) gebildet ist, um den langgestreckten Führungsaufnahmeraums zu bilden.
- Stellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Raum (885) zur Aufnahme des Ritzels (96) in der Platte eingearbeitet ist und diese zwischen ihren Seitenflächen (883, 884) ganz durchquert.
- Stellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrische Motor (86) herauskragend entlang einer der Seitenflächen (883, 884) der Platte montiert ist.
- Stellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (88) kompatibel mit der Montage des elektrischen Motors wahlweise entlang einer (883) oder der anderen (884) ihrer Seitenflächen ist.
- Stellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der langgestreckte Führungsaufnahmeraum (L1) geeignet ist, den Wagen (82) und einen ersten Abschnitt der Kette, der den Wagen mit den Kettengliedern im Eingriff mit dem Ritzel (96) verbindet, aufzunehmen, während ein zweiter langgestreckter Führungsaufnahmeraum (L2) geeignet ist, einen zweiten Abschnitt der Kette in Bezug auf das Ritzel entgegengesetzt zu ihrem ersten Abschnitt aufzunehmen.
- Stellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Aufnahmeräume (L1, L2) in der Ebene senkrecht zur Drehachse (Y96) des Ritzels (96) gekrümmt sind.
- Stellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Krümmungszentren (C1, C2) der zwei Aufnahmeräume (L1, L2) in der Ebene senkrecht zur Drehachse (Y96) des Ritzels (96) an derselben Seite in Bezug auf diese Aufnahmeräume angeordnet sind.
- Stellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und zweite Aufnahmeraum (L1, L2) in der Ebene senkrecht zur Drehachse (Y96) des Ritzels (96) nicht parallel sind.
- Stellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Verbindungsstange (80) zwischen dem Wagen (82) und einem zu betätigenden Verschlusselement (2) umfasst und dass diese Verbindungsstange in der Ebene senkrecht zur Drehachse (Y96) des Ritzels (96) gekrümmt ist.
- Stellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der ausgefahrenen Stellung der Stellvorrichtung (8) die Stangenmittellinie (F80) der Verbindungsstange (80) in der Nähe eines Endes (802), mit dem sie an einem Torflügel (2) angelenkt werden kann (X10), so orientiert ist, dass in Bezug auf eine Gerade (Δ1), die in der Ebene senkrecht zur Drehachse (Y96) des Ritzels (96) umfasst ist und die Achsen (X8, X10) der Anlenkung der Stellvorrichtung an einem Pfosten (4) und an dem Türflügel verbindet, einen Winkel (α), der nicht null ist, vorzugsweise größer als 10° ist, noch bevorzugter größer als 20° ist, gebildet wird.
- Verfahren zum Montieren eines Tors (P), umfassend mindestens einen Pfosten (4, 4'), einen an diesem Pfosten angelenkten Torflügel (2, 2'), und eine Stellvorrichtung (8, 8') zum Betätigen des Torflügels in Bezug auf den Pfosten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Stellvorrichtung (8, 8') nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche verwendet wird, nachdem der elektrische Motor (86) der Stellvorrichtung entlang einer der Seitenflächen (883, 884) der Platte (88) montiert wurde, die abhängig von dem Wert (d1, d2) eines Abstandes zwischen einer Achse (X2) der Anlenkung des Torflügels (2, 2') an dem Pfosten (4, 4') und einer Achse (X8) der Anlenkung der Stellvorrichtung an einer Stütze (6) ausgewählt ist
