Claims (2)

  1. Procédé pour vérifier et remettre en état un injecteur pour l'injection de carburant dans la chambre de combustion d'un moteur à combustion interne, l'injecteur comprenant une buse, une plaque d'étranglement et une soupape de commande ainsi qu'un écrou de serrage de buse qui maintient ensemble lesdites parties et à l'aide duquel lesdites parties sont fixées à un corps d'injecteur de l'injecteur, caractérisé en ce que les composants fonctionnels que sont la buse (3), la plaque d'étranglement (4) et la soupape de commande (5) sont séparés du corps d'injecteur (7), une pièce de raccordement (8) servant à la liaison des composants fonctionnels (3, 4, 5) à un banc d'essai est vissée à l'aide de l'écrou de serrage de buse (6) sur les composants fonctionnels (3, 4, 5) pour former un module d'injecteur (2) et le module d'injecteur (2) est raccordé à un banc d'essai et est soumis à une vérification et ensuite éventuellement à une remise en état, le vissage de la pièce de raccordement (8) sur les composants fonctionnels (3, 4, 5) pour former le module d'injecteur (2) s'effectuant à l'emplacement du moteur à combustion interne, le module d'injecteur (2) étant ensuite transporté jusqu'à un banc d'essai éloigné de l'emplacement du moteur à combustion interne et les composants fonctionnels (3, 4, 5) étant vérifiés, et la remise en état des composants fonctionnels (3, 4, 5) s'effectuant dans une installation de fabrication éloignée de l'emplacement du moteur à combustion interne, sans que le corps d'injecteur (7) soit également transporté jusqu'à l'installation de fabrication.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de raccordement (8) est vissée sur l'écrou de serrage de buse (6) de telle sorte que la buse (3), la plaque d'étranglement (4) et la soupape de commande (5) soient retenues dans l'écrou de serrage de buse (6).
