Claims (14)
- Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) pour un moteur à combustion interne, en particulier un ensemble de production de courant comprenant un silencieux amont (VSD) et un silencieux aval (NSD), le silencieux amont (VSD) et le silencieux aval (NSD) étant montés dans un boitier commun (2), le silencieux amont (VSD) étant monté dans une première chambre (3) de ce boitier tandis que le silencieux aval (NSD) est monté dans une seconde chambre (4) de celui-ci, et ces deux chambres (3, 4) étant en liaison d'écoulement par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une liaison d'écoulement,
caractérisé en ce qu'
une paroi de séparation (9) des deux chambres (3, 4) comportant la liaison d'écoulement comporte au moins une isolation thermique. - Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) conforme à la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
les deux chambres (3, 4) sont montées au voisinage l'une de l'autre ou l'une sur l'autre selon une configuration de type sandwich. - Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
la paroi de séparation (9) comporte une structure de type sandwich ayant au moins trois couches, une couche isolante (9c) étant de préférence positionnée entre deux tôles de séparation (9a, 9b). - Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce qu'
une paroi (8) du boitier (2) séparant ce boitier (2) de l'environnement comporte une isolation thermique, cette paroi de boitier (8) ayant de préférence une structure de type sandwich ayant au moins trois couches, et de façon particulièrement préférentielle une couche isolante (8c) est positionnée entre une paroi interne métallique (8a) et une paroi externe de préférence métallique (8b) de la paroi (8) du boitier. - Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) conforme à la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
la paroi externe (8b) de la paroi (8) du boitier est constituée d'une feuille d'acier spécial au moins en une seule couche, de préférence estampée en une calotte. - Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
le silencieux amont (VSD) est réalisé sous la forme d'un silencieux par réflexion (10). - Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
le silencieux aval (NSD) comporte au moins deux, de préférence au moins trois et de façon particulièrement préférentielle au moins quatre chambres de résonateur R1, R2, R3, R4. - Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que
dans le boitier (2) au moins en amont du silencieux amont (VSD) est monté au moins un dispositif de post-traitement des gaz d'échappement (6) formé de préférence par au moins une unité de catalyseur (5a, 5b). - Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) conforme à la revendication 8,
caractérisé en ce que
le boitier (2) comporte au moins une ouverture de montage (15) pouvant être fermée pour permettre le montage et le démontage du dispositif de post-traitement des gaz d'échappement (6). - Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisé en ce que
le boitier (2) est réalisé en une seule pièce avec au moins une tubulure des gaz d'échappement, de préférence flexible et/ou un raccord coudé pour les gaz d'échappement (7). - Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) conforme à la revendication 10,
caractérisé en ce que
la tubulure des gaz d'échappement et/ou le raccord coudé pour les gaz d'échappement (7) comporte une isolation de préférence formée par une structure de type sandwich ayant de préférence une couche isolante positionnée entre deux couches métalliques. - Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
caractérisé en ce que
la liaison d'écoulement entre les deux chambres (3, 4) est formée par une tubulure de liaison (16) susceptible de coulisser dans un siège de coulissement (17) de préférence perpendiculairement à la paroi de séparation (9). - Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 12,
caractérisé en ce que
le boitier (2) est constitué d'une coquille supérieure (2a) et d'une coquille inférieure (2b), la coquille supérieure (2a) et la coquille inférieure (2b) étant soudées l'une à l'autre parallèlement à la paroi de séparation (9), de préférence dans la zone d'un plan de séparation (ε). - Dispositif de silencieux d'échappement (1) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 13,
caractérisé en ce que
la paroi interne (8a) du boitier (2) est constituée d'au moins une demi coquille de préférence en tôle.
