Claims (15)

  1. Un contenant comprenant un corps rond (1) et un double couvercle (2), comprenant en un couvercle supérieur (2a) et un couvercle inférieur (2b) qui sont adjacents, où le couvercle supérieur (2a) a une languette (4) conçue pour enlever le couvercle supérieur susmentionné (2a), où le double couvercle susmentionné (2) est attaché au bord du corps rond (1) de telle façon que le couvercle supérieur (2a) est facile à retirer du bord du contenant et le couvercle inférieur (2b) continue de couvrir le contenant, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle inférieur (2b) a un trou (3) avant que le couvercle supérieur soit enlevé (2a) et à travers lequel le produit est consommé après que le couvercle supérieur (2a) est retiré.
  2. Le contenant, selon la revendication 1, caractériséen ce que au moins la partie du couvercle supérieur (2a) recouvrant le trou (3) du couvercle inférieur (2b) est stérilisée.
  3. Le contenant, selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle inférieur (2b) a un trou (3) en ovale allongé, dont l'extrémité plus étroite est plus proche du centre du couvercle, tandis que l'extrémité plus large est plus proche du bord du corps rond (1).
  4. Le contenant, selon les revendications 1-3, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle inférieur (2b) du contenant est fabriqué à partir de plastique sélectionné du groupe composé de polypropylène, polyéthylène, polyamide et polystyrène, de préférence à partir de polypropylène (PP).
  5. Le contenant, selon les revendications 1-4, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle supérieur (2a) du contenant est fabriqué en feuille métallique, de préférence une feuille d'aluminium.
  6. Le contenant, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-5, caractérisé en ce que il est rempli d'un liquide ou d'un produit épais, de préférence une soupe épaisse.
  7. La méthode de production du contenant, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-6, caractérisé en ce que la méthode comprend les étapes suivantes :
    a) dans le couvercle inférieur (2b), un trou (3) est fait, de préférence en forme d'ovale allongé et il est prévu pour la consommation du produit ;
    b) le double couvercle (2), qui consiste en un couvercle supérieur (2a) et un couvercle inférieur (2b) qui a un trou (3), de préférence en forme d'ovale allongé, est attaché au corps rond (1) au moyen d'une méthode de pression à chaud de telle façon que le couvercle supérieur (2a) se retire facilement du bord du contenant et le couvercle inférieur (2b) continue de couvrir le contenant.
  8. La méthode de production du contenant avec double couvercle, selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que avant d'attacher le double couvercle (2) au corps rond (1), le corps rond (1) est rempli avec un liquide ou un produit épais, de préférence une soupe épaisse.
  9. La méthode de production, selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le liquide est de préférence une soupe épaisse chaude, de préférence à une température de 75-85°C.
  10. La méthode de production, selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que, après avoir attaché le couvercle (2) au corps rond (1), le contenant est retourné, de préférence 1 à 3 secondes pour stériliser.
  11. La méthode de production, selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que, après la stérilisation, le contenant est refroidi, de préférence à 6°C, et puis, si souhaité, stocké à -18°C, de préférence 5 jours, afin de le congeler.
  12. La méthode de production, selon les affirmations 7-11, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle inférieur (2b) du contenant est fabriqué à partir de plastique sélectionné du groupe composé de polypropylène, polyéthylène, polyamide et polystyrène, de préférence à partir de polypropylène (PP).
  13. La méthode de production, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7-12, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle inférieur (2b) a un trou (3) en ovale allongé, dont l'extrémité plus étroite est plus proche du centre du couvercle, tandis que l'extrémité plus large est plus proche du bord du contenant (1).
  14. La méthode de production, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-6 caractérisé en ce que avant la consommation le couvercle supérieur (2a) est retiré tandis que le couvercle inférieur (2b) reste sur le contenant.
  15. La méthode d'utilisation, selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que après que le couvercle supérieur (2a) est retiré, le contenant est chauffé jusqu'à la température souhaité au micro-ondes.
