Claims (9)

  1. Installation de coulée continue comprenant une lingotière pour coulée continue (1) montée dans un cadre oscillant d'oscillateur (9) et un cadre de base (2) de l'oscillateur dans lequel vient se loger le cadre oscillant d'oscillateur, ainsi qu'un guidage de barre de coulée continue se raccordant directement à la lingotière pour coulée continue (1), constituée par plusieurs segments de guidage de barre de coulée continue (4, 5, 6, n) munis de galets de guidage de barre de coulée continue (17), lesdites segments s'appuyant contre un cadre de support de segments (3), caractérisée :
    - en ce que la lingotière pour coulée continue (1) peut être positionnée par rapport au cadre oscillant d'oscillateur (9) au moyen d'un point de fixation horizontal (8) ;
    - en ce que le premier segment de guidage de barre de coulée continue (4) s'appuie sur le cadre de base (2) de l'oscillateur et peut être aligné à un point d'appui (10) en direction horizontale contre le cadre de base (2) de l'oscillateur ;
    - en ce que le deuxième segment de guidage de barre de coulée continue (5) peut être aligné, dans la zone des galets de guidage de barre de coulée continue du côté entrée à un point d'appui (23) en direction horizontale contre le cadre de base (2) de l'oscillateur ; et
    - en ce que le deuxième segment de guidage de barre de coulée continue (5) s'appuie avec sa partie de base contre le cadre de support de segments (3) pour la détermination de la position horizontale et verticale.
  2. Installation de coulée continue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le point de fixation horizontal (8) se trouve sur le cadre oscillant d'oscillateur (9).
  3. Installation de coulée continue selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le point de fixation horizontal (8) sur le cadre oscillant d'oscillateur (9) se trouve au sein d'une zone située à une distance K1 par rapport au bord arrière de la barre de coulée continue (11) s'élevant jusqu'à +/- 300 mm.
  4. Installation de coulée continue selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le point d'appui horizontal (10) contre le cadre de base (2) de l'oscillateur se trouve au sein d'une zone située à une distance B1 par rapport au bord arrière de la barre de coulée continue (11) s'élevant jusqu'à +/- 300 mm.
  5. Installation de coulée continue selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le point d'appui (23) sur le cadre de base (2) de l'oscillateur se trouve au sein d'une zone située à une distance B2_o par rapport au bord arrière de la barre de coulée continue (11) s'élevant jusqu'à +/- 300 mm.
  6. Installation de coulée continue selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième segment de guidage de barre de coulée continue (5) s'appuie avec sa partie de base par rapport à la position horizontale et verticale contre le cadre de support de segments (3) à un point d'appui (14) à une distance B2_u par rapport au bord arrière de la barre de coulée continue (11), les distances B2_u et B3, c'est-à-dire leur valeurs d'écart par rapport au bord arrière de la barre de coulée continue, pouvant différer de 300 mm l'une par rapport à l'autre, c'est-à-dire que B2_u = B3 +/- 300 mm.
  7. Installation de coulée continue selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'alimentation des fluides du premier segment de guidage de barre de coulée continue (4) a lieu via des plaques de serrage à eau et à fluides (18) qui se trouvent dans le cadre de base (2) de l'oscillateur.
  8. Installation de coulée continue selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'alimentation des milieux du deuxième segment de guidage de barre de coulée continue (5) a lieu via des plaques de serrage à eau et à fluides (19, 20).
  9. Installation de coulée continue selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les plaques de serrage à eau et à fluides (19, 20) sont réalisées pour être flexibles, à l'aide d'éléments faisant ressort, pour compenser des erreurs d'alignement.
