Claims (14)

  1. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, comprenant un chien (5), une queue de détente (14), un percuteur et un dispositif de sûreté (17, 18), le chien (5) comportant un axe de rotation (7), une tête (8a) de marteau, ainsi qu'un mentonnet d'encliquetage (6), sachant que ledit mentonnet d'encliquetage (6) coopère avec un cliquet (15) de la queue de détente (14) de l'arme à feu de poing (2), et que ladite tête (8a) du marteau agit directement ou indirectement contre le percuteur de l'arme à feu de poing (2) lors du désarmement de ladite arme à feu de poing (2), et provoque le départ du coup, la tête (8a) du marteau et le mentonnet d'encliquetage (6) pouvant être animés de mouvements relatifs, en particulier linéaires, ou ledit mentonnet d'encliquetage (6) étant doué d'élasticité, sachant que le chien (5) est monté avec faculté de rotation autour d'un axe, dans l'arme à feu de poing (2), et peut être précontraint au moyen d'un ressort, sachant que ledit chien (5) peut être maintenu dans une position armée, au moyen d'un cliquet (15) de la queue de détente (14), et que ledit cliquet (15) libère respectivement ledit chien (5), ou le mentonnet d'encliquetage (6) de ce dernier, par actionnement de ladite queue de détente, de telle sorte que ledit chien (5) puisse parvenir à sa position désarmée, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif de sûreté (17, 18), affecté à la sécurité de l'arme à feu de poing (2), est configuré de façon telle qu'il fasse pivoter la queue de détente (14) à sa position initiale au cours de l'instauration de la sûreté, lorsque le chien (5) se trouve dans la position désarmée ; et par le fait que le cliquet (15) de la queue de détente (14) déplace alors le mentonnet d'encliquetage (6) par rapport à la tête (8a) du marteau, ou déforme élastiquement ledit mentonnet d'encliquetage (6).
  2. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le chien (5) présente un corps (8) de marteau muni de la tête (8a) du marteau, ainsi qu'une pièce encliquetable (9) dotée du mentonnet d'encliquetage (6), ladite pièce encliquetable (9) étant montée avec mobilité par rapport audit corps (8) du marteau, notamment avec faculté de coulissement radial ou tangentiel par rapport à l'axe de rotation (7).
  3. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que la pièce encliquetable (9) est montée sur le corps (8) du marteau au moyen de surfaces de guidage, avec faculté de coulissement notamment linéaire.
  4. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que la pièce encliquetable (9) est sollicitée vers une position crantée, sous l'action d'une force, à l'aide d'un moyen élastique (11) et notamment d'un ressort.
  5. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que le corps (8) du marteau et la pièce encliquetable (9) sont montés avec faculté respective de rotation ou de pivotement, autour d'un axe (7) commun.
  6. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que la pièce encliquetable (9) est pourvue d'un trou oblong (10) traversé par un tourillon (7) ou par une saillie axiale du corps (8) du marteau, ledit trou oblong (10) limitant le mouvement relatif entre ladite pièce encliquetable (9) et ledit corps (8) du marteau.
  7. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que le corps (8) du marteau présente un orifice de passage (8d), le tourillon (7) traversant ledit orifice de passage (8d).
  8. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que le corps (8) du marteau et/ou la pièce encliquetable (9) présente(nt) des surfaces de guidage (8f, 9c) au moyen desquelles ladite pièce encliquetable (9) est guidée sur ledit corps (8) du marteau, avec faculté de coulissement.
  9. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que la tête (8a) du marteau sert respectivement à transférer de l'énergie à la cartouche ou à la mise à feu de ladite cartouche, par sa surface de percussion (8b).
  10. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le chien (5) est doté d'une surface de glissement (9b) autorisant un glissement sur un cliquet (15) de la queue de détente (14) de ladite arme à feu de poing (2).
  11. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif de sûreté (17, 18) comporte un levier de manoeuvre (17) actionnable à la main, avec lequel fait corps, ou auquel est fixé un axe (18) en forme de came, en particulier un axe de section transversale semi-circulaire, sachant que, dans la position assurée ou lors du pivotement dudit levier de manoeuvre (17) vers ladite position assurée, ledit axe (18) provoque respectivement le maintien de la queue de détente dans sa position initiale, ou son déplacement vers cette dernière, et sachant que ledit axe ne restreint pas le mouvement de ladite queue de détente (14, 15, 16) dans la position déverrouillée.
  12. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que ladite arme à feu de poing (2) présente un boîtier (12), ledit boîtier (12) formant écran de protection du chien (5) vis-à-vis d'influences extérieures, notamment vis-à-vis de l'action de forces extérieures et/ou de l'encrassement.
  13. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisée par le fait que ladite arme à feu de poing (2) est dotée d'au moins un mécanisme de réglage pour au moins deux modes de tir, en particulier le tir au coup par coup, le tir automatique à commande forcée comptant notamment trois coups, ainsi que le tir par rafales.
  14. Arme à feu de poing (2) à chargement automatique, selon l'une des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisée par le fait que ladite arme à feu de poing (2) est une arme semi-automatique et/ou entièrement automatique, se chargeant automatiquement.
