Description

  • La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'assise, offrant un soutien à la fois à la masse fessière et aux deux cuisses, pour toutes les postures assises avec une ou les deux cuisses positionnées dans un plan proche de l'horizontal ou dans un plan oblique en bas et en avant.
  • Les dispositifs d'assises existants offrent un soutien, à la fois à la masse fessière et aux cuisses tant que les cuisses sont au dessus du plan d'assise, ils ne permettent pas de pouvoir poser un pied au sol, a l'aplomb de la masse fessière, afin de favoriser le redressement et le passage assis debout sans effort, pour réaligner le buste au dessus du bassin et des membres inférieurs, sans que l'individu utilisateur ne se décale sur le coté, afin de dégager de l'assise la cuisse homolatérale au pied posé au sol. La position assise avancée par rapport à une surface d'assise classique permet de diriger les genoux en bas et en avant, les cuisses sont alors en dessous du plan d'assise mais ne sont plus soutenues sur une longueur suffisante pour garantir une moindre compression au niveau de la partie basse de la masse fessière et de la partie haute de la face postérieure de la cuisse.
  • De tels dispositifs d'assises sont connus des documents WO 9610937 et EP 2236057 .
  • Les dispositifs assis debout offrent une assise à la masse fessière mais n'offrent pas de soutien aux cuisses si elles sont positionnées dans un plan proche de l'horizontale avec une hauteur d'assise abaissée. Le brevet n° WO 9506424 présente une partie fémorale inclinée, il n'offre pas de soutien de la face postérieure des cuisses lorsqu'elles sont horizontales.
  • Les dispositifs de soutien pour la position abaissée, brevets n° WO 2007 05966 et n° WO 2009 011591 offrent un soutien à la fois à la masse fessière et aux cuisses, sous la condition que l'une des cuisses soit dans un plan oblique vers le bas sous l'horizontale. Ces dispositifs n'offrent pas de soutien à la fois à la masse fessière et aux deux cuisses lorsque ces deux dernières sont dans un plan proche de l'horizontale.
  • Le brevet n° FR 2897763 est un tabouret constitué de feuilles en matériau souple et en matériau rigide permettant d'être replié, mais présente les mêmes inconvénients que les autres dispositifs, il ne permet pas de soutenir à la fois à la masse fessière et les deux cuisses pour toutes les postures assises avec une ou les deux cuisses positionnées dans un plan proche de l'horizontal ou dans un plan oblique en bas et en avant.
  • Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients.
  • L'invention est un dispositif d'assise permettant de soutenir à la fois la masse fessière et les deux cuisses, que ces dernières soient dans un plan proche de l'horizontale ou en dessous dans un plan oblique en bas et en avant selon la revendication 1.
  • Le dispositif selon l'invention est une surface d'assise supportée par un ou plusieurs pieds, constituée d'au moins deux parties (1, 2), la première partie (1) est en matériau rigide, l'autre partie (2) en matériau flexible. Les parties (1, 2) sont superposées l'une sur l'autre pour constituer un plan d'assise, soutenant la masse fessière quelque soit la hauteur d'assise, la première partie (1) offre un soutien aux cuisses lorsqu'elles sont au dessus du plan horizontal, l'autre partie (2) offre un soutien aux cuisses dans le plan horizontal ou en dessous dans un plan oblique en bas et en avant. La forme à plat de la partie (1) correspond à une figure géométrique présentant quatre sommets (3, 4, 5, 6) et quatre cotés (7, 8, 9 et 10). La première partie (1) présente des cotés avant et arrière (7, 8) pouvant être droits, le coté arrière (8) présente une plus grande longueur que le coté avant (7). Les deux premiers sommets (3, 5) sont reliés par un premier coté latéral (9), les deux autres sommets (4, 6) sont reliés par un second coté latéral (10). Les cotés latéraux (9) et (10) peuvent dessiner deux lignes courbes présentant chacune au moins une concavité de sorte que la première partie (1) représente une surface avec un évidement de chaque côté.
  • L'autre partie (2) présente une forme plus large que la première partie (1), de sorte que superposée à la première partie (1) de manière stable et centrée latéralement, ses bords (11, 12) recouvrent les évidements de chaque coté de la partie (1) en débordant latéralement par au dessus les deux cotés latéraux (9) et (10).
  • La première partie (1), en matériau rigide présente un soutien d'assise, la masse fessière étant positionnée près du coté arrière (8), la partie distale des cuisses peut être en appui sur le coté avant (7) pour une posture assise dans le plan horizontal. Les cuisses peuvent prendre une position oblique vers le bas en étant positionnées entre les cotés avant et arrière (7, 8) et à l'extérieur du premier coté latéral (9) pour la cuisse gauche, et à l'extérieur du second coté latéral (10) s'il s'agit de la cuisse droite. L'autre partie (2) peut présenter au moins une échancrure de chaque coté (14) et (15) au niveau des bords (11, 12) augmentant ainsi la flexibilité de la partie (2) à ces niveaux, afin d'épouser la partie postérieure de la cuisse en appui à ce niveau.
  • Les échancrures (14, 15) peuvent être dirigées en arrière et en dedans.
  • Pour la position assise avec les cuisses dans le plan horizontal, ces dernières croisent par en dessus les échancrures (14, 15) de l'autre partie (2), ne provoquant pas de flexion importante vers le bas des bords (11, 12) de la partie (2).
  • Pour les postures assises avec les cuisses dirigées vers le bas et l'avant, ces dernières ont des directions proches de celles des échancrures (14, 15), ce qui engendre une flexion importante vers le bas de la partie (2) en matériau flexible, au niveau des zones débordant les bords (11, 12) de la partie (2), épousant le chant des cotés latéraux (9) et (10) de la première partie (1) et la face postérieure de cuisse. Une partie (13) en matériau flexible peut être fixée à la partie (2) par en dessous, transversalement, de sorte que les bords (11, 12) de la partie (2) soient en appui contre la face supérieure de la partie (13) lorsque la cuisse de l'individu utilisateur provoque par une poussée de haut en bas une flexion vers le bas des bords (11, 12), limitant ainsi l'importance de la flexion vers la bas des bords (11, 12) de la partie (2).
  • Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention :
    • La figure 1 représente dans le plan horizontal la première partie (1) du dispositif.
    • La figure 2 représente dans le plan horizontal l'autre partie (2) du dispositif.
    • La figure 3 représente dans le plan horizontal une vue avec transparence des différentes parties (1), (2) et (13) du dispositif superposées, sans le ou les pieds de soutien.
    • La figure 4 représente sur une vue de coté, le dispositif avec un pied de soutien, et en traits discontinus, une cuisse de l'individu utilisateur dans un plan oblique en bas et en avant.
  • Selon un mode particulier de réalisation :
    • la partie (1) présente un coté avant (7) de longueur moins importante que la longueur du coté arrière (8)
    • les parties (1) et (2) sont jointes de manière superposées, la partie (2) fixée au dessus déborde par ses bords (11) et (12) respectivement les cotés (9) et (10) de la partie (1).
    • la partie (2) peut présenter une surface d'élasticité non uniforme
    • l'échancrure (14) peut rejoindre le coté latéral (9) de la partie (1), et l'échancrure (15) peut rejoindre le coté latéral (10) de la partie (1).
  • A titre d'exemple non limitatif, les sommets (3) et (4) sont distants de 30 cm, les sommets (5) et (6) sont distants de 40 cm, les sommets (3) et (5) d'une part et (4) et (6) d'autre part sont distants de 45 cm. Les cotés (8) et (9) sont en leurs points les plus proches formés par leurs sommets de concavités distants de 12 cm.
  • Le dispositif d'assise peut être supporté par un ou plusieurs pieds et permet une utilisation pour toutes les hauteurs d'assises, assise classique de 40cm hauteur par exemple devant une table, assise haute devant un bar, plan de travail, ou assise basse près du sol.
  • Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à améliorer le confort de l'individu utilisateur en offrant un soutien à la fois à la masse fessière, et aux cuisses que l'une ou les deux soient dans un plan en dessous de l'horizontale, pour les positions assises, assis debout et assises basses.

Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif d'assise offrant un soutien à la fois à la masse fessière et aux deux cuisses pour toutes les postures assises où une ou les deux cuisses peuvent être positionnées dans un plan proche de l'horizontale ou en dessous dans un plan oblique en bas et en avant, le dispositif étant une surface d'assise supportée par un ou plusieurs pieds, constituée d'au moins deux parties (1, 2), superposées l'une sur l'autre, lesdites parties (1, 2) soutiennent la masse fessière quelque soit la hauteur d'assise, une première partie (1) offre un soutien aux cuisses lorsqu'elles sont au-dessus du plan horizontal, caractérisé en ce que l'autre partie (2) offre un soutien aux cuisses dans le plan horizontal ou en dessous dans un plan oblique en bas et en avant.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la forme à plat de la première partie (1) correspond à une figure géométrique présentant quatre sommets (3, 4, 5, 6) et quatre cotés (7, 8, 9 et 10), la première partie (1) présente des cotés avant et arrière (7, 8) pouvant être droits, le coté arrière (8) présente une plus grande longueur que le coté avant (7), les deux premiers sommets (3, 5) sont reliés par un premier coté latéral (9), les deux autres sommets (4, 6) sont reliés par un second coté latéral (10), les cotés latéraux (9 , 10) pouvant dessiner deux lignes courbes présentant chacune au moins une concavité de sorte que la première partie (1) représente une surface avec un évidement de chaque coté.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que l'autre partie (2) présente une forme plus large que la première partie (1), de sorte que superposée à la première partie (1) de manière stable et centrée latéralement, ses bords (11, 12) recouvrent les évidements de chaque coté de la première partie (1) en débordant par au-dessus les deux cotés latéraux (9, 10) de la première partie (1).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la première partie (1) est en matériau rigide, l'autre partie (2) en matériau flexible.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'autre partie (2) peut présenter au moins une échancrure de chaque coté (14, 15) au niveau des bords (11, 12).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce la partie (1) présente un coté avant (7) de longueur moins importante que la longueur du coté arrière (8), les deux cotés latéraux (9) et (10) de la première partie (1) peuvent avoir une forme courbe concave.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les échancrures (14) et (15) peuvent être dirigées en arrière et en dedans.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'une des échancrures (14) peut rejoindre le coté latéral (9) de la première partie (1), et l'autre échancrure (15) peut rejoindre l'autre coté latéral (10) de la première partie (1).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que l'autre partie (2) peut présenter une surface d'élasticité non uniforme.
