Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ganz allgemein einen Kunstobjektträger, und betrifft insbesondere einen neuartigen mehrteiligen Kunstobjektträger, der bei einem Betrachter eine besonders ansprechende ästhetische Wirkung erzielen soll. Die Erfindung betrifft somit einen Kunstobjektträger zur Befestigung an einer Wandfläche, bestehend aus zumindest zwei separaten Teilen, wobei ein umlaufender Rahmen das erste Teil darstellt und dieser Rahmen zumindest ein ebenes und flächenhaftes Innenteil als zweites Teil mit einem Abstand dazwischen umschließt.
  • Kunstobjektträger sind in vielen Formen bekannt.
  • Zum Beispiel ist in der DE 1 846 944 ein Bilderrahmen beschrieben, bei dem Gegenstände "frei schwebend" im Bilderrahmen befestigt sind. Damit soll eine plastische Darstellung erreicht werden. Gemäß dieser Druckschrift werden die Gegenstände an Dornen aufgespießt, die am Bilderrahmen befestigt sind.
  • Aus der GB 2 482 777 ist eine technische Lehre bekannt, nach der eine optische Illusion von "schwebenden" Bildern oder Abbildungen durch Vorsprünge erreicht wird, die sich von einer Rückwand eines Bilderrahmens nach vorne erstrecken, wobei die Bilder flächenmäßig größer sind als diese Vorsprünge, so dass die Vorsprünge bei einer Betrachtung des Bildes fast nicht erkennbar sind und der Eindruck entsteht, dass das Bild im Rahmen frei schwebt.
  • Die DE 20 2006 001 517 U1 offenbart einen Bilderhalter, der eine transparente Rückplatte hat, wodurch ein auf der Rückplatte aufgebrachtes Bild "schwebend" erscheint. Der Rahmen erscheint damit ohne Kontakt zum Kunstobjekt.
  • Weiterhin offenbart die JP10057210A einen Kunstobjektträger zur Befestigung an einer Wandfläche, bestehend aus einem umlaufenden Rahmen als erstes Teil, wobei dieser Rahmen zumindest ein ebenes und flächenhaftes Innenteil als zweites Teil mit einem Abstand dazwischen umschließt, wobei zumindest ein Haken vorgesehen ist.
  • Schließlich ist in der DE 10 2005 034 025 A1 noch ein weiterer Bilderhalter beschrieben, bei dem schnur- oder strangförmige Befestigungsmittel zwischen einem Rahmen und einem Kunstobjekt vorgesehen sind. Das Kunstobjekt ist an diesen Schnüren im Rahmen aufgehängt. Je nach Dicke und Sichtbarkeit der Schnüre scheint das Kunstobjekt im Rahmen zu "schweben".
  • Allen bekannten Kunstobjektträgern haftet der Nachteil an, dass die ästhetische Wirkung des schwebenden Eindrucks des Kunstobjektes im Rahmen nicht immer gewährleistet ist und je nach Lichteinfall und Dimensionen der Schnüre, der Vorsprünge oder Dome eine Reflexion zu sehen ist, die diesen Eindruck wieder zunichte macht. Auch können an der transparenten Rückplatte nach der DE 20 2006 001 517 U1 entsprechende Reflexionen auftreten, so dass der Betrachter keinen "schwebenden" Eindruck von dem Kunstobjekt hat. Zusätzliche Bauteile, wie zum Beispiel die Schnüre zwischen dem Rahmen und einem Innenteil des Kunstobjektträgers beim Stand der Technik machen die Handhabung kompliziert.
  • Es ist daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Kunstobjektträger zu schaffen, der mit möglichst einfachen mechanischen Mitteln es ermöglicht, ein Kunstobjekt, welches vorzugsweise als flächenhaftes Gebilde vorgesehen ist, in einem Rahmen "schweben" zu lassen, so dass für den Betrachter des Kunstobjekts eine ästhetisch ansprechende Wirkung im Zusammenspiel zwischen dem Rahmen und dem Kunstobjekt entsteht.
  • Die Erfindung weist zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe die im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale auf. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen hiervon sind in den weiteren Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Somit wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass zumindest ein Haken vorgesehen ist, mit dem das zumindest eine Innenteil an der Wandfläche, für einen Betrachter verdeckt, befestigt ist, dass zwischen dem langen Schenkel des Hakens und der Wandfläche ein Abstandhalter vorgesehen ist, und dass die Dicke des Abstandhalters der Dicke eines Bleches entspricht, aus dem der Rahmen gefertigt ist.
  • Die vorstehende Aufgabe, die Merkmale und Vorteile nach der vorliegenden Erfindung können unter Berücksichtigung der folgenden, detaillierten Beschreibung der bevorzugten Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung und unter Bezugnahme auf die zugehörigen Zeichnungen besser verstanden werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Diese zeigen in:
    • Fig. 1 eine schematische Querschnittansicht des erfindungsgemäßen Kunstobjektträgers von der Seite;
    • Fig. 2 eine weitere Querschnittansicht des Kunstobjektträgers;
    • Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht auf den Kunstobjektträger von vorne, wie ein Betrachter den Kunstobjektträger sieht, wobei die Formen an einem Innenteil rein beispielhaft dargestellt sind;
    • Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht auf das Innenteil nach der Fig. 3;
    • Fig. 5 zwei Draufsichten auf einen Rahmen des erfindungsgemäßen Kunstobjektträgers, wobei oben der Rand nicht umgebogen ist, während in der unteren Darstellung der Rand und zwei Laschen umgebogen sind;
    • Fig. 6 eine Seitenansicht des Rahmens mit einem kastenförmigen Profil; und
    • Fig. 7 eine perspektivische und schematische Detailansicht der Aufhängung des erfindungsgemäßen Kunstobjektträgers im oberen Abschnitt sowie drei unterschiedliche Draufsichten auf den Kunstobjektträger im unteren Abschnitt der Fig. 7.
  • In der Fig. 1 ist in einer schematischen Querschnittansicht des erfindungsgemäßen Kunstobjektträgers die Wandfläche 4 zu sehen, die zum Beispiel eine Wand in einem Gebäude sein kann. An dieser Wandfläche 4, die in der gezeigten Ausführungsform vertikal verläuft, wird der Kunstobjektträger befestigt.
  • Der Kunstobjektträger selbst besteht im Wesentlichen aus zumindest zwei Teilen. Und zwar aus einem umlaufenden Rahmen 1, der in der Querschnittansicht nach der Fig. 1 eine L-Form aufweist, wobei im oberen Bereich des Rahmens 1 zumindest eine Lasche 10 vorgesehen, die mit Bezug zu den Fig. 5 und Fig. 7 noch beschrieben wird. Der zweite Teil des Kunstobjektträgers ist zumindest ein Innenteil 2, welches innerhalb einer Aussparung, die der Rahmen 1 ausbildet, angeordnet ist. Zwischen dem Rahmen 1 und dem Innenteil 2 ist ein Spalt S vorhanden. Die beiden Teile, Rahmen 1 und Innenteil 2 sind separate Teile. Anstatt eines einzigen Innenteils 2 kann auch eine Mehrzahl von Innenteilen 2 vorgesehen sein.
  • Um die Beschreibung der vorliegenden Erfindung einfach und verständlich zu halten, ist die bevorzugte und zeichnerisch dargestellt Ausführungsform mit lediglich einem Innenteil 2 beschrieben.
  • Kern der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nun die Art und Weise des Zusammenwirkens des Rahmens 1 und des Innenteils 2 sowie die Befestigungsart des Kunstobjektträgers an der Wandfläche 4, so dass für einen Betrachter der Eindruck entsteht, dass das Innenteil 2 bzw. Das Kunstobjekt, welches auf dem Innenteil 2 ausgebildet oder angebracht ist, frei im Raum innerhalb des Rahmens 1 schwebt. Diese ästhetische und ansprechende optische Wirkung wird erzielt dadurch, dass zumindest ein Haken 3 vorgesehen ist, der zur verdeckten Befestigung bzw. Aufhängung des Innenteils 2 an der Wandfläche 4 dient.
  • Der Haken 3 ist im Wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet, allerdings mit einem langen Schenkel 3a und mit einem kurzen Schenkel 3b, die über eine Basis des U-förmigen Hakens 3 miteinander verbunden sind. In der gezeigten Ausführungsform sind beide Schenkel 3a und 3b jeweils senkrecht zur Basis abgebogen.
  • Mittels einer Schraube 7, die beispielhaft als Befestigungsmittel dargestellt ist, kann der Haken 3 an der Wandfläche 4 fixiert werden. Ein Bolzen 8 und eine Mutter 9 dienen auf der anderen Seite, d. h. an dem kurzen Schenkel 3b des Hakens 3 zur Befestigung an dem Innenteil 2. Vorzugsweise ist der Bolzen 8 an der Rückseite (aus Sicht des Betrachters) des Innenteils 2 angeschweißt bzw. punktverschweißt. Je nach Größe und Gewicht des Innenteils 2 können auch mehrere Haken 3 zum Einsatz kommen, um jeweils ein Innenteil 2 an der Wandfläche 4 zu befestigen.
  • Damit das Innenteil 2 möglichst parallel zur Wandfläche 4 ausgerichtet ist, kann im unteren Bereich des Innenteils 2 ein Abstandsbolzen 5 vorgesehen werden, der den korrekten Abstand zur Wandfläche 4 herstellt.
  • Wie in der Fig. 3 gut zu erkennen ist, ist das Innenteil 2 in beliebiger Form ausführbar, wobei ein Spalt S rundherum zwischen dem innenliegenden Rand des umlaufenden Rahmen 1 und dem Außenrand des innenliegenden Innenteil 2 verläuft. Je nach ästhetischer Wirkung, die erzielt werden soll, kann die Breite des Spaltes S über den Umfang variieren oder gleich bleiben.
  • In der Fig. 4 ist das Innenteil 2 in einer Ansicht von vorne, aus Sicht des Betrachters eines Kunstobjektes, dargestellt. Vorzugsweise wird das Innenteil 2 bemalt oder beklebt. Um zusätzlich dreidimensionale Effekte zu erzielen, kann das Innenteil 2 an den gezeigten Einzelflächen (die gezeigten Dreiecke, Kreise, Vierecke, usw.) durch Schattierungen in Airbrush-Technik bemalt sein. Das zumindest eine Innenteil 2 trägt dann das Kunstobjekt oder trägt die Kunstobjekte. Nach einer weiteren Ausführungsform stellt das Innenteil 2 selbst das Kunstobjekt dar.
  • In der Fig. 5 sind zwei Ansichten des Rahmens 1 dargestellt. In der oberen Ansicht des Rahmens 1 ist ein Rand 11 noch nicht abgebogen, sondern befindet sich in einer Ebene mit dem Zeichnungsblatt. An einer Linie (Kante) 12, die gestrichelt und nur teilweise dargestellt ist, wird der Rand 11 des Rahmens 1 nach hinten umgebogen, um den L-förmigen Querschnitt des Rahmens 1 zu erreichen. An den Kanten 12 ist der Rand 11 dann im rechten Winkel zur Vorderseite nach hinten abgebogen. Die Ecken der umgebogenen Ränder 11 können bevorzugt verschweißt werden.
  • Im oberen Bereich des Randes 11 des Rahmens 1 ist zumindest eine Lasche 10 vorgesehen. In der Darstellung nach der Fig. 5 sind jedoch zwei Laschen 10 vorgesehen. An diesen Laschen 10, die mit dem Rand 11 gemeinsam nach hinten umgebogen werden, kann der Rahmen 1 dann an der Wandfläche 4 an der Schraube 7 (siehe Fig. 1) aufgehängt werden. Dazu kann die Lasche 10 ein weiteres Mal um 90° nach unten abgebogen werden, wie dies in der Querschnittansicht der Fig. 1 bzw. der perspektivischen Ansicht nach der Fig. 7 zu erkennen ist.
  • Zurückkommend auf die Fig. 1, ist des Weiteren ein Abstandhalter 6 vorgesehen, der zwischen dem Haken 3 und der Wandfläche 4 angeordnet ist. Infolge dieses Abstandhalters 6 befindet sich zwischen der wandseitigen Oberfläche des Hakens 3 und der Wandfläche 4 ein Spalt bzw. Abstand, in dem der Abstandhalter 6 angeordnet wird und gegebenenfalls befestigt wird. Im Bereich und oberhalb der Schraube 7 ist dadurch ein Freiraum vorhanden, in den die Lasche 10 von oben eingeführt werden kann. Dadurch wird der Rahmen 1 ebenfalls an der Schraube 7 eingehängt und gehalten.
  • In der Fig. 2 ist eine weitere Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Kunstobjektträgers dargestellt - lediglich die Dimensionen des Rahmens 1 und des Innenteils 2 sind geringfügig abgeändert. Ansonsten entspricht diese Ausführungsform der bereits oben beschriebenen ersten bevorzugten Ausführungsform. In der Fig. 2 sind die verschiedenen Teile, wie Rahmen 1 und Haken 3 bündig aneinander anliegend dargestellt, während in der Fig. 1 kleine Zwischenräume vorgesehen sind, um die Erkennbarkeit und das Zusammenwirken der verschiedenen Teile miteinander im Sinne einer Explosionszeichnung zu erhöhen.
  • In der Fig. 6 ist eine Seitenansicht des Rahmens 1 dargestellt. Der Rand 11 ist umgebogen und liegt in dieser Darstellung in der Zeichenebene.
  • In der Fig. 7 ist die Aufhängung in einer perspektivischen Ansicht dargestellt. Die Schraube 7 ist in dieser Zeichnung weggelassen. Die Schraube 7 durchgreift die Bohrung 13 in dem langen Schenkel 3a des Hakens 3. Das Innenteil 2 ist schematisch dargestellt und der Rahmen 1 umschließt das Innenteil 2. Am Rand 11 des Rahmens 1 ist eine Lasche 10 vorgesehen, die eine halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung 14 an der Kontaktfläche zur Schraube 7 aufweist. Diese halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung 14 sitzt beim Einhängen des Rahmens 1 auf der Oberseite der Schraube 7.
  • Im unteren Abschnitt der Fig. 7 ist von links nach rechts jeweils eine Draufsicht auf den erfindungsgemäßen Kunstobjektträger von vorne, von der Seite und von hinten dargestellt.
  • Selbstverständlich können pro Rahmen 1 oder pro Innenteil 2 eine oder mehrere Laschen 10 und/oder einer oder mehrere Haken 3 vorgesehen werden, um den erfindungsgemäßen Kunstobjektträger an der Wandfläche 4 zu befestigen.
  • Vorzugsweise werden der Rahmen 1 und das oder die Innenteile 2 aus Edelstahl hergestellt. Diese Teile werden aus Platten mittels Laser- oder Wasserstrahlschneiden ausgeschnitten oder mittels Stanzen bzw. Prägen hergestellt. Der Rahmen 1 wird anschließend am Rand bearbeitet, der Rand 11 wird umgebogen und an den Ecken verschweißt. Die bearbeiteten Ecken und Kanten werden feinbearbeitet und gratfrei gemacht.
  • Der Rahmen 1 kann quadratisch, rechteckig, vieleckig oder rund ausgebildet sein. Zudem kann der Rahmen im Querschnitt kasten-, L- oder U-förmig ausgebildet sein.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Kunstobjektträger kann aus Metall, insbesondere Edelstahl, oder aus Kunststoff bestehen.
  • Um die optische Wirkung des Kunstobjektträgers nach der vorliegenden Erfindung zu verstärken, kann der Haken 3 vorzugsweise in der Farbe der Wandfläche 4 gehalten sein.
  • Bei den oben beschriebenen Ausführungsformen ist der Rahmen 1 einteilig ausgeführt. Selbstverständlich lässt sich der Rahmen 1 auch aus mehreren Abschnitten zusammensetzen. Gegebenenfalls muss dann eine mechanische Verbindung zwischen den einzelnen Rahmenteilen vorgesehen werden bzw. falls die mehreren Abschnitte keine direkte Verbindung zueinander haben, können an den Abschnitten des Rahmens 1 auch weitere Haken 3 vorgesehen werden, die den jeweiligen Rahmenabschnitt an der Wandfläche 4 halten.
  • Grundsätzlich lässt sich der vorliegende Kunstobjektträger aus jedem Material fertigen. Da jedoch eine edle und ästhetisch eindrucksvolle Wirkung erzielt werden soll, bieten sich hochwertige Materialien an. Eine Ausführungsform in Holz oder Kunststoff, um Gewicht einzusparen, ist denkbar, zum Beispiel überzogen mit einem Glanzlack oder Klavierlack.
  • Hinsichtlich vorstehend im Einzelnen nicht näher erläuterter Merkmale der Erfindung wird in übrigen ausdrücklich auf die Ansprüche und die Zeichnungen verwiesen.

Claims (14)

  1. Kunstobjektträger zur Befestigung an einer Wandfläche (4), bestehend aus zumindest zwei separaten Teilen, wobei ein umlaufender Rahmen (1) das erste Teil darstellt und dieser Rahmen (1) zumindest ein ebenes und flächenhaftes Innenteil (2) als zweites Teil mit einem Abstand dazwischen umschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Haken (3) vorgesehen ist, mit dem das zumindest eine Innenteil (2) an der Wandfläche (4), für einen Betrachter verdeckt, befestigt ist, dass zwischen dem langen Schenkel (3a) des Hakens (3) und der Wandfläche (4) ein Abstandhalter (6) vorgesehen ist, und dass die Dicke des Abstandhalters (6) der Dicke eines Bleches entspricht, aus dem der Rahmen (1) gefertigt ist.
  2. Kunstobjektträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Innenteile (2) vorgesehen sind, die alle innerhalb des Rahmens (1) angeordnet sind.
  3. Kunstobjektträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jedes der mehreren Innenteile (2) zumindest ein Haken (3) vorgesehen ist.
  4. Kunstobjektträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1) quadratisch, rechteckig, vieleckig oder rund ausgebildet ist.
  5. Kunstobjektträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunstobjektträger aus Metall, insbesondere Edelstahl, oder aus Kunststoff besteht.
  6. Kunstobjektträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zumindest eine Haken (3) in der Farbe der Wandfläche (4) gehalten ist.
  7. Kunstobjektträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (3) U-förmig mit einem langen (3a) und einem kurzen Schenkel (3b) ausgebildet ist.
  8. Kunstobjektträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1) entweder einhängbar am Haken (3) ist oder mit eigenen Befestigungsmitteln an der Wandfläche (4) befestigt ist.
  9. Kunstobjektträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oder mehrere Abstandsbolzen (5) vorgesehen sind, die zwischen der der Wandfläche (4) zugewandten Rückseite des zumindest einen Innenteils (2) und der Wandfläche (4) angeordnet sind, so dass das zumindest eine Innenteil (2) parallel zur Wandfläche (4) ausgerichtet ist.
  10. Kunstobjektträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Innenteil (2) mit zwei Haken (3) an der Wandfläche (4) befestigt ist.
  11. Kunstobjektträger nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem langen Schenkel (3a) des Hakens (3) und der Wandfläche (4) ein Abstandhalter (6) vorgesehen ist.
  12. Kunstobjektträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1) im Querschnitt kasten-, L- oder U-förmig ausgebildet ist.
  13. Kunstobjektträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zumindest eine Innenteil (2) das oder die Kunstobjekt(e) trägt oder dass das zumindest eine Innenteil (2) selbst das Kunstobjekt ist.
  14. Kunstobjektträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1) mehrteilig ausgebildet ist.
