Claims (13)
- Vakuumtrommel (7), welche dafür angepasst ist, mindestens ein Etikett (2a, 2b) entlang eines gegebenen Pfades (P) um eine Drehachse (A) zu übertragen, aufweisend:- einen Hauptkörper (9), welcher von einer äußeren Seitenfläche (11) abgegrenzt wird, die dafür angepasst ist, das zu übertragende Etikett (2a, 2b) aufzunehmen;- eine Vielzahl von durch die Fläche (11) definierte Luftöffnungen (10a, 10b), welche mit einer Vakuumquelle (22) verbindbar sind;- Steuermittel (30), welche dafür ausgelegt sind, auf der Basis eines ausgewählten Formats des entlang des Pfades (P) zu übertragenden Etiketts (2a, 2b) eine gegebene Anzahl der Luftöffnungen (10b) mit der Vakuumquelle (22) wahlweise zu verbinden, wenn die Luftöffnungen (10b) der gegebenen Anzahl zwischen einer Eingangs- und einer Ausgangsstation (3, 4) des Pfades (P) angeordnet sind, um so das Etikett (2a, 2b) entlang des Pfades (P) zu übertragen;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel (30) eine Vielzahl von Ventilen (32) aufweist, welche durch eine Steuereinheit (31) der Steuermittel (30) auf der Basis des ausgewählten Formats steuerbar ist, um einen Luftstrom zwischen der Vakuumquelle (22) und nur der gegebenen Anzahl an Luftöffnungen (10b) zu ermöglichen.
- Vakuumtrommel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Ventile (32) ein Silizium Mikroventil ist.
- Vakuumtrommel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vielzahl von Luftleitungen (8) aufweist, welche jeweils ein erstes, mit einer jeweiligen Luftöffnung (10a, 10b) verbundenes Ende und ein zweites, dem ersten Ende gegenüber liegendes zweites Ende besitzen, welches mit der Vakuumquelle (22) verbindbar ist;
wobei jedes Ventil (32) entlang einer jeweiligen Luftleitung (8) eingefügt ist. - Vakuumtrommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fläche (11) zylindrisch ist.
- Vakuumtrommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegebene Anzahl an Luftöffnungen (10b) im Betrieb ein mit dem ausgewählten Format des Etiketts (2a, 2b) zugeordnetes Muster bildet.
- Vakuumtrommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vielzahl von Fluidleitungen (12) aufweist, welche jeweils mit einer entsprechenden Zahl der Luftleitungen (8) verbunden ist und mit der Vakuumpumpe (22) für jede Winkelposition der Vakuumpumpe (7) um die Achse (A) verbindbar ist.
- Vakuumübertragungssystem (1), aufweisend:- ein stationäres Verteilerelement (5), welches die Vakuumquelle (22) aufnimmt; und- eine Vakuumtrommel (7) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welche in Bezug auf das Verteilerelement (5) drehbar ist.
- Vakuumübertragungssystem nach Anspruch 7, wenn von Anspruch 6 abhängig, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen pneumatischen Schleifring (35) aufweist, um die Vakuumquelle (22) fluidisch mit den Fluidleitungen (12) für jede Winkelposition der Trommel (7) um die Achse (A) zu verbinden.
- Vakuumübertragungsanordnung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine stationäre Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstelle (36) aufweist, um eine mit dem Format des zu übertragenden Etiketts (2a, 2b) verknüpfte Angabe zu erhalten und welche mit den Steuermitteln (30) elektrisch verbunden ist.
- Verfahren zum Übertragen von mindestens einem Etikett (2a, 2b) entlang eines gegebenen Pfades (P) um eine Drehachse (A) unter Verwendung einer Vakuumtrommel (7), aufweisend:- einen Hauptkörper (9), welcher von einer äußeren Seitenfläche (11) abgegrenzt wird; und- eine Vielzahl von durch die Fläche (11) definierte Luftöffnungen (10a, 10b);wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:- in Drehung versetzen der Vakuumtrommel (7) um die Achse (A); und- Aufnehmen des Etiketts (2a, 2b) an der äußeren seitlichen Fläche (11);- Auswählen einer gegebenen Anzahl der Luftöffnungen (10b) auf der Basis eines ausgewählten Formats des zu übertragenden Etiketts (2a, 2b); und- Herstellen von Vakuum nur durch die gegeben Anzahl von Luftöffnungen (10b), wenn sich Luftöffnungen (10b) der gegebenen Anzahl zwischen einer Eingangsstation (4) und einer Ausgangsstation (5) des Pfades (P) befinden;gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:- Steuern einer Vielzahl von Ventilen (32) mittels einer Steuereinheit (31) von Steuermitteln (30) auf der Basis des ausgewählten Formats, um einen Luftstrom zwischen der Vakuumquelle (22) und nur der gegebenen Anzahl von Luftöffnungen (10b) zu ermöglichen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Herstellens den Schritt umfasst, nur die Luftöffnungen (10b) der gegebenen Anzahl mit einer Vakuumquelle (22) zu verbinden, wenn die Luftöffnungen (10b) der gegebenen Anzahl zwischen einer Eingangsstation (4) und einer Ausgangsstation (5) des Pfades (P) liegen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Auswählens den Schritt umfasst, jene Luftöffnungen (10b) auszuwählen, welche ein mit dem Format des zu übertragenden Etiketts (2a, 2b) verknüpftes Muster bilden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt zum Herstellen eines Vakuums die folgenden Schritte aufweist:- fluidisch Verbinden einer Vielzahl von Fluidleitungen (12) mit der Vakuumquelle (22) für jede Winkelposition der Vakuumtrommel (7) um die Achse (A); und- fluidisch Verbinden nur einer gegebenen Anzahl von Luftöffnungen (10b) mit den Fluidleitungen (12).
