Claims (7)
- Installation de retraitement (1) pour des solutions de nettoyage pour machines d'imprimerie contaminées, comprenant une machine d'imprimerie (2), laquelle machine d'imprimerie (2) est reliée du côté de la sortie à un réservoir collecteur (3), le réservoir collecteur (3) étant relié à l'entrée d'une installation de filtration (4), une conduite de perméat (5) de l'installation de filtration (4) étant reliée à un réservoir de solution de nettoyage (6), caractérisé en ce qu'une conduite de concentré (7) de l'installation de filtration (4) est reliée à une installation de séchage sous vide (8), en ce qu'un condenseur (9) de l'installation de séchage sous vide (8) est relié à un réservoir intermédiaire (10), en ce qu'un dispositif de dosage (11) est prévu pour l'ajout d'additifs à un condensat du condenseur (9), en ce que le réservoir intermédiaire (10) est relié au réservoir de solution de nettoyage (6) et/ou à une entrée de la machine d'imprimerie (2) et en ce que le réservoir de solution de nettoyage (6) est relié à l'entrée de la machine d'imprimerie (2).
- Installation de retraitement (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de dosage (11) est relié au réservoir intermédiaire (10).
- Procédé de retraitement d'une solution de nettoyage pour machines d'imprimerie, dans lequel la solution de nettoyage pour machines d'imprimerie contaminée est recueillie dans un réservoir collecteur (3) puis filtrée dans une installation de filtration (4) au cours d'une étape de filtration, dans lequel un perméat issu de l'étape de filtration est amené dans un réservoir de solution de nettoyage (6), dans lequel un concentré issu de l'étape de filtration est séché dans une installation de séchage sous vide (8) au cours d'une étape de séchage, dans lequel un condensat issu de l'étape de séchage est amené dans un réservoir intermédiaire (10), dans lequel le condensat est additionné d'additifs au moyen d'un dispositif de dosage (11) pour former la solution de nettoyage pour machines d'imprimerie, et dans lequel la solution de nettoyage pour machines d'imprimerie du réservoir intermédiaire (10) et du réservoir de solution de nettoyage (6) est ramenée à la machine d'imprimerie (2).
- Procédé de retraitement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le produit de séchage issu de l'étape de séchage est additionné d'un matériau absorbant capable de s'écouler.
- Procédé de retraitement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le produit de séchage est directement jeté après l'étape de séchage.
- Procédé de retraitement selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la solution de nettoyage pour machines d'imprimerie provenant du réservoir intermédiaire (10) et/ou du réservoir de solution de nettoyage (6) est amenée à l'installation de séchage sous vide (8) au cours d'une étape de nettoyage du sécheur et amenée au réservoir collecteur (3) après l'étape de nettoyage du sécheur.
- Procédé de retraitement selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la solution de nettoyage pour machines d'imprimerie provenant du réservoir intermédiaire (10) et/ou du réservoir de solution de nettoyage (6) est amenée à installation de filtration (4) au cours d'une étape de nettoyage du filtre et amenée au réservoir collecteur (3) après l'étape de nettoyage du filtre.
