Claims (14)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une couche de protection pour la protection d'un composant contre des températures élevées et des milieux agressifs, dans lequel une couche de surface comprenant de l'aluminium et du chrome est formée sur la surface du composant à pourvoir de la couche de protection, et dans lequel un traitement au chrome est effectué dans une première étape partielle et un traitement à l'alite est effectué dans une seconde étape partielle, caractérisé en ce que le traitement au chrome et/ou le traitement à l'alite sont effectués simultanément dans différentes zones locales de la surface du composant à protéger, mais le sont différemment de telle façon que la couche de protection soit une couche contenant de l'aluminium et du chrome, laquelle se forme différemment dans différentes zones de la couche de protection et présente des teneurs en chrome différentes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans la première étape partielle, du chrome est déposé au moyen de procédés thermochimiques ou de procédés thermophysiques ou de procédés électrochimiques.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans la première étape partielle de diffusion de chrome dans la surface de composant pour former une couche riche en chrome, un traitement thermique est effectué après l'application sur la surface de composant à protéger.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans la première étape partielle, différentes teneurs en chrome sont déposées dans les différentes zones, la teneur en chrome dans la couche formée variant entre 15 et 100 % en poids.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans la première étape partielle, des couches enrichies en chrome de différentes épaisseurs sont déposées dans les différentes zones, les épaisseurs de couche variant entre 5 et 150 µm.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans la première étape partielle de formation d'une première couche de surface, le traitement au chrome présentant une activité chimique du chrome supérieure ou égale à 0,4 est effectué.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le traitement au chrome est effectué à l'aide d'une barbotine riche en Cr contenant des phases liquides, laquelle barbotine est appliquée par moulage par injection.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le traitement au chrome est effectué de telle façon qu'il se forme une couche riche en chrome comportant une couche partielle de chrome α extérieure et une couche de cristal mixte intérieure constituée essentiellement de chrome et d'un composant principal qui présente la plus grande proportion de l'alliage du composant revêtu, la teneur en chrome de la couche riche en chrome étant en particulier supérieure ou égale à 40 % en poids.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le traitement au chrome est effectué dans la première étape partielle à une température de 1 000 à 1 200 °C, en particulier de 1 050 à 1 130 °C, pendant une durée de 1 à 20 heures, en particulier de 10 à 15 heures.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le traitement à l'alite est effectué dans la seconde étape partielle à une température de 1 000 à 1 150 °C, en particulier de 1 050 à 1 150 °C, de préférence de 1 080 à 1 100 °C, pendant une durée de 2 à 20 heures, en particulier de 9 à 15 heures.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'activité chimique de l'aluminium lors du traitement à l'alite est supérieure ou égale à 0,15, en particulier est comprise entre de 0,15 et 0,35.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, après une première étape de traitement à l'alite, un second traitement à l'alite présentant une activité chimique de l'aluminium plus faible est effectué, ledit second traitement à l'alite présentant une activité chimique de l'aluminium de 0,05 à 0,3 à une température supérieure ou égale à 1 050 °C pendant une durée de 3 à 20 heures.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, après le traitement au chrome et le traitement à l'alite, un recuit de diffusion est effectué à une température supérieure ou égale à 1 050 °C pendant une durée de 2 à 8 heures.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, avant, pendant ou après le traitement au chrome et/ou le traitement à l'alite, un traitement de surface est effectué par PVD, CVD, laquage, électrodéposition et/ou par application directe d'une substance dans laquelle un ou plusieurs éléments choisis dans le groupe constitué par le platine, le palladium, le hafnium, le zirconium, l'yttrium et le silicium sont appliqués.
