Definitions
- the invention relates to a cutting head for a pile tube, which can be introduced to form a foundation element in the ground, in particular in a body of water.
- the invention further relates to a pile tube and a device for creating a foundation element in the ground.
- a pile pipe for introduction into a body of water is for example in the WO 2010/015799 A2 or the EP 2011958 A described.
- a hole in the bottom of the water is created by means of high-pressure injection, in which the pile tube is lowered.
- a method for introducing a pipe into a river bed starting from a swimming platform is in US 3,672,447 described.
- the invention has for its object to provide a cutting head for a pile tube, a pile tube and a device for creating a foundation element, which allow economic insertion and secure anchoring of the pile tube.
- the cutting head comprises an annular removal device for removing soil material, a connection region for connecting a tubular base body of the pile tube and a mixing section between the removal device and the connection region for mixing a supplied hardenable medium with abraded soil material. Furthermore, according to the invention provided that lateral openings are formed at the mixing section, through which the curable medium mixed with the removed soil material can be conducted out of an interior of the cutting head radially outwards out of the cutting head.
- a basic idea of the invention can therefore be seen to provide a cutting head with a mixing space for producing a mixture of removed soil material and another medium and to provide the mixing space with lateral openings for passing the mixture produced.
- a plurality of openings is arranged distributed in the circumferential direction. Furthermore, a plurality of openings can be arranged axially one above the other. Through the openings, the curable medium or filling material enters an annular area outside the pile tube, where it anchors the post tube safely in the ground after curing.
- the cutting head according to the invention can be used with particular advantage together with a drilling device for boring the pile tube, which has a drilling tool and a mixing device arranged above it.
- the mixing device may comprise one or more mixing blades, which may in particular be driven in rotation.
- the mixing blades By means of the mixing blades, the removed soil material can be mixed with a supplied, curable medium, wherein from the removed soil material and the curable medium, a filling material for filling the pile tube is formed.
- a mixing section or mixing space is formed in the cutting head.
- the particular cylindrical mixing section or mixing chamber has in its outer wall a plurality of openings through which the filling material produced in the mixing chamber, in particular by a Rotary movement of the mixing blades, radially outward into an annulus between the cutting head and the surrounding soil can be promoted.
- the lateral openings in the cylinder wall of the cutting head are preferably dimensioned large, so that reliable enough backfill material can get into the outer annulus.
- the openings in the circumferential direction preferably cover an area of at least 30%, more preferably of at least 50%. Webs are formed between individual openings, wherein the openings preferably have a greater width in the circumferential direction than the intermediate webs.
- At least one fixed mixing element is arranged on an inner wall of the mixing section.
- the stirring or mixing element may be a radially protruding protuberance or a sheet.
- a plurality of fixed mixing elements or mixing plates are arranged distributed on an inner wall of the mixing section in the circumferential direction.
- the mixing elements can advantageously be arranged so that they are located directly above and / or below the mixing blades in a drilling device used with mixing blades. In this way, a particularly efficient mixing can be realized in interaction with the preferably rotationally driven mixing blades of the drilling device.
- a good mixing effect in conjunction with an efficient delivery of the filling material through the lateral openings out of the cutting head is achieved in that the mixing plates are arranged at the level of the openings, preferably at the webs formed between the openings. It is particularly advantageous if in each case at least two mixing elements offset axially from one another are arranged between the openings, between which the rotating mixing vanes of the drilling device can move.
- the axially offset mixing elements can also be designed as one-piece elements with a central groove.
- a stop is provided, on which a in the cutting head used drilling device is axially supported.
- a defined position of a drilling tool inserted into the cutting head can be set, so that cutting head and inserted therein drilling tool can be drilled together with a defined relative position to each other.
- the mixing process in a defined axial height of the pile tube or cutting head can be carried out by the common sinking of pile tube and arranged therein drilling device. Preferably, this height is defined so that the lateral openings are formed at the level of the mixing device.
- the annular cutter of the cutting head protrudes inwardly of the mixing section.
- the cutting device which may also be referred to as a cutting ring, forms a stable, lower termination of the cutting head and may be provided with a plurality of annularly arranged Bodenabtrags instituten.
- the stop for the drilling device may be formed in particular on the cutting ring.
- the pile tube according to the invention comprises a cutting head according to the invention and a tubular base body of the pile tube, which is connected to the cutting head.
- the tubular base body which forms the predominant length of the pile tube, can in principle be composed of a plurality of interconnectable pile tube segments and can also be referred to as a pile tube base body.
- the tubular body of the pile tube has lateral openings. These, as well as the lateral openings in the cutting head, serve to direct a hardenable medium or filling material for filling the pile tube in an annular outer area between the pile tube and the surrounding soil.
- An effective backfilling of the annular space outside the pile tube can be achieved in that the lateral openings are formed in a lower region of the tubular base body of the pile tube.
- An effective Verchell Scheme outside the pile tube for securely anchoring the pile tube can be provided in that the tubular body of the pile tube, at least in sections, has a smaller outer diameter than the cutting head. As a result, a larger hole in the ground is cut free by the cutting head, as for the remaining pile tube, so the tubular body, would actually be required.
- the annular space formed above the cutting head can then be filled with the curable medium or filling material, so that a particularly secure anchoring occurs.
- the device according to the invention for creating a foundation element in the ground, in particular in a body of water comprises a pile pipe according to the invention and a drilling device with a rotationally drivable drilling tool for removing soil material within the pile pipe.
- the drilling device can preferably be used as a separate unit in the pile tube or placed on this and comprises a rotary drive for a drill pipe, which extends through the pile tube and at its lower end has the drilling tool.
- the drilling device preferably has a mixing device above the drilling tool, which comprises at least one mixing disk which can be driven in rotation and with which the soil material removed by the drilling tool can be mixed within the pile tube with a supplied curable medium to form a filling material.
- a mixing device above the drilling tool, which comprises at least one mixing disk which can be driven in rotation and with which the soil material removed by the drilling tool can be mixed within the pile tube with a supplied curable medium to form a filling material.
- Fig. 1 shows a pipe according to the invention 20 with a drilling device 40 inserted therein.
- the pile tube 20 comprises a tubular base body 22 and attached thereto by means of a mounting flange cutting head 24.
- the cutting head 24 has relative to the tubular body 22 has a slightly larger outer diameter.
- the lower portion of the tubular body 22 is provided with a plurality of openings 26 which are arranged in rows and distributed in the circumferential direction.
- the openings 26 are provided to direct a backfill material from inside the pile tube 20 into an outer annular space between the pile tube 20 and the surrounding soil.
- the entire pile tube 20 with base body 22 and cutting head 24 is intended to remain as a support structure in the ground.
- the cutting head 24 at its lower end an annular removal or cutting device 27 or a cutting ring with a plurality of Abtrags instituten 28 on.
- the cutting ring 27 or a lower end face of the cutting head 24 protrudes inwards relative to the overlying pipe wall, thus has a greater radial extent than the overlying pipe wall.
- the end face and the abrading elements 28 arranged thereon extend radially to approximately at the level of the inner circumference of the tubular base body 22 inwards. In other words, the space bounded by the end face or the cutting ring 27 corresponds approximately to the inner cross section of the tubular base body 22.
- the cutting head 24 comprises, above the cutting device 27, a mixing section 36 in which a mixing space is formed for mixing removed soil material with a supplied curable medium.
- a mixing section 36 On a cylindrical lateral surface of the mixing section 36, a plurality of radial openings 30 are formed, which extend along the circumference of the cutting head 24. The openings 30 are provided to discharge the filler material produced by mixing radially outward from the pile tube 20.
- the particular rectangular openings 30 are separated from each other by vertical webs 32 in the circumferential direction. Between the openings 30, preferably on an inner side of the webs 32, respectively fixed mixing elements 34 are fixed, which protrude inwards and in particular may be designed as mixing plates.
- the mixing plates each extend in a radial plane and are in particular intended to cooperate with rotatingly driven mixing vanes 62 of a drilling device 40 arranged in the pile tube 20.
- a drilling device 40 arranged in the pile tube 20.
- two axially superposed rows of mixing elements 34 may be provided, between which the rotating driven mixing blades 62 can move.
